Great little place to stay for a short weekend

This place was perfect for our stay. The space was exactly how it was described, clean, great breakfast place (Mildred’s) right next door, and tram pickup right out front. Would definitely stay here again. Also, loved the decor!

This Airbnb is spotlessly clean! The moment you step inside, you’re hit with the refreshing scent of cleanliness. Megan, the host, is incredibly responsive and friendly. Her attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the space. Everything has been carefully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great overnight stay! Very nice little spot, free coffee next door. Next to a bar but no noise issues at all during our stay. Would recommend for anyone.

This is a wonderful apartment! Amelia Earhart lovers, you will enjoy this. The aviation and Amelia theme was part of the appeal of it, and it was worth it! It had so many cool elements to it, as well as coffee available for brewing. The host was very clear in instructions and describing the place. Would stay again, 100%!

We had an amazing stay at Jake’s place! He is very responsive and his place was gorgeous. I loved how all the light switches were labeled! The shower was amazing, and there are so many high tech upgrades. There was some street noise but that is to be expected given the location.

I chose this place because it was close to the home of my family members who I was in town to visit, but I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kansas City. I was surprised when I drove up at how nice it was and when I walked inside I thought it was way nicer than what the photos portrayed. The furnishings are minimal but quality. I liked having both firm and soft pillows to choose from – that is a big deal to me. The temperature control was good as well as the fact that there was a lamp and night table for both sides of the bed. Being able to sit on the porch and watch birds on the feeders and take a walk on the nature path was an unexpected surprise. I slept very well here and am recommending it to my parents who frequently stay in the area. The location is less than 10 minutes from legends and literally right next to Highway 435 so an easy drive to anywhere. I will never be staying in a hotel in this area again as long as this place is available.

Some friends and I drove in from out of town to hang out with friends and play some tabletop games. Everything as accurate from the photos. Very good water pressure in the showers/sinks. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the living room. Note that if you are a light sleeper, there is a very active train line nearby that you may hear at any hour, so bring earplugs or such.

Great place to stay. Perfect location for the activities I had planned. Quiet. Great area to walk. I hope to stay here again!

We’ve stayed at this home a number of times. It’s always a warm and comfortable stay for our travels with our dog. The beds are especially comfortable. Brandon is always so proactive with communications prior to check in, turns on the lights for us when we are set to arrive after dark, and very responsive with replies to our messages. Whether it’s traveling through, or visiting the area this is a great home with a nice fenced back yard for your pups. Highly recommend!

Great little house amazing back yard not a lot to do in the area but that was okay stores weren’t to far away overall great place to go if you don’t want to deal with the noisy city and are just trying to get away for the weekend

Carrie was AMAZING to work with and extremely responsive. She was always available and happy to answer any questions. Her place was squeaky clean and we felt at home. I would HIGHLY recommend this place but really renting any of her places. She has by far been the best host out of all of the Airbnb I have stayed at. If you are looking don't hesitate to rent from her! She was very accommodating even with my sick mother. You won't be disappointed trust me!

Tiffany's place was perfectly located for our trip to play in a Bonspiel at the local KC Curling. The stay was quiet and comfortable.

I frequent KC and it’s the perfect location for me. I can just walk back when we’re done for the night.

Regi was a great host— super responsive and so sweet. The place was great, really easy to find and within 15 minutes of driving to everything we had planned to do. The yard was enormous and our dogs loved it!!

My stay here was great, the place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, very clear instructions were provided. Would stay here again.

The apartment was beautiful very easy to find excellent communication extremely clean and sophisticated property would highly recommend this day! If we are back in Lawrence, we will definitely be using him again!!!!

What a great place to stay! Just like the photos and description. Perfect location for downtown happenings and plenty close enough to campus as well! Super easy to access tons of restaurants and nightlife if you want! Jessi was a great and responsive host! The condo was in great condition! Will definitely rent again!

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

This is my second stay at Corbin’s place and it made my life very easy while visiting family. Corbin’s place is quiet, easy parking, convenient location, comfortable bed, wonderful shower and soft towels. I appreciate Corbin being open to feedback and suggestions to maintain a 5 star stay!

We love the "Hawk's Nest"! Wonderfully appointed condo in an ideal location near Mass St. Condo was just as described and very clean with everything you need. Perfect size with comfy furniture and bed. Love the balcony and its chairs. Excellent for people watching :-D Omar is super responsive and accommodating with any questions or requests. Would highly recommend for any Lawrence visitor!
