A beautiful location with super comfy bed and roomy shower. The host was very friendly and the breakfast was yummy. The only issue was the noisy upstairs floors.

Ron and Cindy's "Bear Necessities" Airbnb was perfect for our visit to KC. It was such a pleasure to stay there. The unit was very clean, decor was beautiful, and the King size bed was super comfy. The wooded landscape and quietness around the unit made it feel like you were far away from the city. Ron and Cindy are wonderful hosts. Ron met us when we arrived, showed us around the unit, and explained some of the various amenities and how things worked ~ which was very helpful. We got to meet and visit with Cindy the next day. It was nice getting to know the owners since they lived upstairs. They are both very friendly, helpful, and super easy to contact. If we had questions, either Ron or Cindy responded right away. After greeting us, Ron and Cindy gave us all the privacy we wanted. We would definitely recommend Ron and Cindy's place if you plan a trip to KC.

Carmen’s guest house was immaculate, it was so clean. Reliable kitchen, comfortable bed, safe neighborhood. It was really easy to check in. And it was really nice to walk into a nice clean house after a long flight to Kansas City and then a long drive to topeka. It was mine and my boyfriends first time staying in an Airbnb and it was a wonderful experience, I recommend this Airbnb to anyone who is staying in topeka!

We didn’t really have much occasion to visit with our hosts as we were mainly there to sleep and left in the mornings to be with and spend the days with our grandchildren. It was an easy 5” drive to them. So nice to have coffee and yogurt available for quick breakfast. You can hear our hosts walking around in the morning above us but was not a problem as we don’t sleep in anyway. I did bring our granddaughter over to see the chickens which she loved. Thank you to Jana and “Mike”. We look forward to using this as our base camp in the future.

Susan was an amazing host with a kind heart behind all intentions. I had a group of 8 people and then had two other people join occasionally during our stay and she was understanding of everything and was open to communicating everything.

The place was the perfect home base for visiting family nearby. It had everything we needed. The view is spectacular. Our hosts were super responsive to anything we needed. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Merrily's home is exactly like the pictures. Very quiet, clean and had everything we needed. She was proactive in all her communication we actually didn't have to ask for a thing. We were only there for a long weekend, but she was so thoughtful in leaving some fruit on the counter and a few things in the frig for the morning, so we didn't have to run to the store right away. We would highly recommend her as a host.

Highly recommend this basement suite in Michael and Cheryl’s home. Privacy is top notch. The suite is spotless and comfortable and within easy commute to so many KC area attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. 5 stars.

Annie was very sweet and she made sure we had everything we needed , after thinking that a home space in the basement was not for us, it felt like a regular air bnb honestly just with more hospitality , not to mention FRESH EGGS 6-8 bucks for a dozen to 18 of them so cheaper than the grocery right now!

I will be hard pressed to find a more welcoming, responsive, communicable, caring, helpful, and wonderful host. I've stayed a lot of places all over the country and have definitely been in bigger, better, and more expensive places but I have never felt more welcome. I will miss Annette and her family and appreciate the time I was there!

I recently spent two weeks at Sara's place and had a wonderful stay. The location was convenient and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The space was clean, roomy, and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and Sara was quick to respond to any questions I had. Since the unit is in the basement, there is some noise from the residents above, but it was manageable and didn’t disrupt my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Located in a charming suburban neighborhood, there were plenty of things to do and eat nearby. The people in the area were incredibly friendly, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The property itself was clean and spacious, providing us with all the comfort we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

A perfect place for a weekend visit to my daughter at Benedictine College! Perfect location, clean, quiet , and all the amenities ( and more) of a hotel room. My only regret is that my first stay was not duirng the srping/summer when we could have enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space!! I may just have to book again!

Bert's place was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the location as it was across the street from a lake with walking trails, a golf course nearby, as well as a dog park. We also enjoyed the hot tub on site. Overall, it was a good stay!

This is my second visit at Stephen's place and I am looking forward to many more stays! He is an amazing host who has literally thought of everything. From detailed instructions to a super comfy bed, delicious coffee and everything in between, this place is absolute perfection.

The studio space was tidy up on arrival. Everything was as pictured. Perfect for a long weekend visit. The area is near many sites, shops, and restaurants. Appliances, bathroom, shower all worked well. comfortable night's sleep in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. Jeffrey is a pleasant, responsive host.

Stacy’s home was a very cozy, relaxing, and peaceful. She was very thoughtful with the amenities. We longed for nothing and felt right at home. Her flexibility was superb with check-in and checkout. Looking forward to our next stay!
