Was the perfect size for the group of friends we had! Walking in I was immediately in awe with how clean this place was. We spent a lot of time in the basement playing pool and darts. It was such a fun addition to this place! Also loved that it had some pull-out couches in the basement. My group forgot to bring snacks, and thankfully she had a whole tray of an assortment of snacks sitting on the counter for us. Check in was quick and easy. Was a quick uber ride to everything downtown. Would highly recommend this place!

Luke & Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our group! The layout was spacious and thoughtfully designed, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. The beds were super comfortable, and there were more than enough sleeping options for everyone. The location was unbeatable—right in a lively neighborhood with tons of great restaurants, bars, and things to do just a short walk away. We loved being able to explore so easily and quick access to the Power and Light district. Luke & Katie were fantastic—quick to respond and made sure everything was set up for a seamless experience. If you’re looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay in Kansas City, this is it. We have already booked again for next year.

We stayed at the mandrake for a bachelorette party/girls’ weekend and it was perfect! The house is beautiful with plenty of room and spaces to hang out. The location is perfect for walking to the wineries and O’Malley’s Pub. Overall, just a great space! Michelle was easy to communicate with-check in and out was hassle free.

David was a great host and the house was better than we expected! Definitely recommend and would book with David again!

This was the perfect place to celebrate Christmas with my family. The place is gorgeous (even better than the pictures). It’s spacious but still manages to feel cozy at the same time. Lisa was very nice and helpful before and throughout our stay. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of a luxury home with resort amenities …this is the place!

We loved our weekend at Jena's! It was the perfect relaxing weekend for reading, relaxing, and socializing. So many spaces that are just perfect for groups of all sizes. And the neighborhood watch dogs were a delight as well!

Our family loved staying at Jake & Steph’s place! It was so good we can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we visit KC again. There was plenty of space to spread out. We took full advantage of every amenity and enjoyed the little things like popcorn and candy in the movie room, and the highchair + pack n’ play for our little guy. We loved the extras including a nice workout room, the hot tub, and the fire pit. The skeeball table and little playroom were also hits with our kiddos. It is just a few minutes from good restaurants (we loved the takeout from Waldo’s pizza) and shops (Trader Joes and Target in particular). Jake gave great recommendations for food and places to visit. The neighborhood was so peaceful and people were friendly. We hope to visit again sometime and bring friends. Thanks for sharing a great place for our family to make memories!

Enjoyed this place! Comfortable set up, the cute little “kid nook” upstairs and the few toys and books for kids was a nice touch. Instructions were clear and precise and Regi was very responsive when messaging! Only thing I wish I would have paid a little more attention to in the reviews is that the house sits on a busier main road. We live in the country typically, so road noise was a bit much for us. I don’t think it’s much more than any other “city house” but for us was more than we were used to. Also having the back driveway as much more convenient to access than the driveway off of the main road. We loved the house, it was perfect for our needs!

A perfect stop on our cross country road trip! Great spot for pups and our family of 4 adults and 1 infant. Brian's house is stocked with lots of helpful amenities for a family (baby gates, toys for kids of all ages, books, etc.) and has a lovely and large backyard. We felt right at home and after a stressful day on the road, this spot was the perfect respite for us. Walkable to a very sweet community park too! Thanks, Brian!

Came for weekend wedding, great location to get to/from Winery! House was perfect for us! Mike was a great communicator, allowed us to get in a bit early which was very much appreciated!

Kari's place was a great place for my family to stay for our KC visit! It is private and close to all of the spots we wanted to see while there. The rooms and bathroom downstairs were perfect for older guests that couldn't get up and down stairs and the kids loved the bunk beds and games upstairs. Kari responded to all of my questions promptly and made sure we felt at home. Towels, soap, coffee, extra blankets, etc. were well stocked. Checking in and out was a breeze and I will absolutely save this home for future stays. Our CA family was visiting our KS family and being in this home made the visit feel so much more special. I had a wonderful stay at Casey's place! The communication was top-notch from the start, with Casey providing clear instructions and making it known that she was ready to answer any questions I had. The space itself was cozy and looked just like the pictures provided. This is a great spot to rest and recover after spending the day exploring the KC convention center. With the convention center being a short drive away and Casey being a great host, I would recommend you check this spot out for your next stay

The house was nice, well kept, and clean. The front steps are something to watch out for when it's icy out as it's made of wood. The neighborhood was quiet and located centrally to shopping, restaurants, and main highways which made it extremely easy for us. The yard was large and appreciated by our dog and kids alike; truly enjoyable space for family to visit and have people over for dinner between the upper and lower living room areas. Laundry was quiet and efficient, showers warmed up nicely and the house stayed warm without over running the furnace. Great place and location for the price!

Lots of room, house in good condition, everything worked, well stocked. A 4 star area not a 5 star one (corner lot on the main neighborhood road). Very close to the LDS “Liberty Jail”. Worked great for us and our family of 9! Would stay here again and the value is second to none.

This is a fun place! We took the kids to the Elvis Retreat for a few days and they loved swimming in the pool and playing in the arcade room. The house was clean and spacious. Any questions we had for the hosts were answered very quickly.

The home was so spacious. 6 bedrooms and 3 of them have a private bathroom! The home was clean and nicely decorated. Johnny was very helpful with an early check in and very responsive. Excellent home!

We stayed here as a large family group ranging in age from 7-84 and coming from various points in Missouri, Tennessee and NY to help Uncle Bill cross off his bucket list item of tailgating and seeing a Chiefs game at Arrowhead. For anyone needing a large gathering space in the KC area, this is it! Perfection! Plenty of space, bathrooms, gorgeous surroundings with so much to do, and the kindest hosts. Two of us stayed in the cabin which we loved. The grounds made for amazing family pictures. We left with treasured memories and talk of returning in summer to enjoy a longer stay and the pool. I think this is the best AirBnB experience we have ever had.

We enjoyed staying at Kathleen's Air BnB. Each of us had our own bedroom and there was plenty of space.

Beautiful house, the pool was closed but a very good area.

Came in town with my kids for a Chiefs game. We enjoyed our stay and the area. House was great, exactly what we needed. Casy was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!
