This place was perfect for our stay. The space was exactly how it was described, clean, great breakfast place (Mildred’s) right next door, and tram pickup right out front. Would definitely stay here again. Also, loved the decor!

This place is exactly like described! We are so glad we chose this place. Exactly what we were looking for. Very convenient to Science City, LegoLand, Crown Center and the Plaza. Casey was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful.

Great overnight stay! Very nice little spot, free coffee next door. Next to a bar but no noise issues at all during our stay. Would recommend for anyone.

My friend and I started to joke that everywhere we wanted to go was 3-4 miles away. in other words the apartment is very centrally located. it is also thoughtfully decorated and well designed. Roomy and comfortable, we couldn't have asked for more and would gladly return.

We had an amazing stay at Jake’s place! He is very responsive and his place was gorgeous. I loved how all the light switches were labeled! The shower was amazing, and there are so many high tech upgrades. There was some street noise but that is to be expected given the location.

We had a great stay. The home was clean, cozy, well furnished, and a short 20 minute drive from all of our Kansas City spring break plans.

Some friends and I drove in from out of town to hang out with friends and play some tabletop games. Everything as accurate from the photos. Very good water pressure in the showers/sinks. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the living room. Note that if you are a light sleeper, there is a very active train line nearby that you may hear at any hour, so bring earplugs or such.

On a trip to visit family in KC, Summer's house turned out to be perfect for me. It's cozy, comfortable, and located in a quiet residential neighborhood that was minutes away from my family. Kansas City is large and spread out, but the location makes it pretty easy to reach anywhere you might want to visit. Add to that Summer is friendly, easy to reach and responds quickly to any questions and you've got a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Tiffany's place was perfectly located for our trip to play in a Bonspiel at the local KC Curling. The stay was quiet and comfortable.

A very nice home and a beautiful neighborhood. Also, the homeowners were wonderful and very quick to respond. Love the decor as well.

Nice place, and just a short drive to downtown

Regi was a great host— super responsive and so sweet. The place was great, really easy to find and within 15 minutes of driving to everything we had planned to do. The yard was enormous and our dogs loved it!!

Super cute craftsman style home, nestled on a quiet street. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved the porch swing and rocking chairs! Very clean and comfortable linens. Host was very welcoming and we would definitely recommend!

This place is great. Super nice. Easy walks to the plaza and Westport and the art museums. For the transit inclined, very easy access to a bus downtown.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

My stay here was great, the place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, very clear instructions were provided. Would stay here again.

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

I will certainly want to stay here again. It's a beautiful space. The kitchen is well stocked. One of the things I judge a airbnb on is the quality the kitchen knives. There six very sharp knives. It looks out on Oak. It's very quiet due to the double pain windows. The main wall is 60 percent windows, so there's lot's of great light. Comfy bed--firm but soft. Great bedding. I didn't need it, but I tried the HVAC system, and it's robust. There are two ceiling fans. I had some friends over to chat about old times. They stayed six hours--I think because the place is so inviting. One friend fondly remembered buying a nickel bag in the pine trees across the street, circa 1973. The Nelson is amazing, and keeps getting better.

Wonderful place in a great neighborhood!

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
