The space was very large and spacious. Incredibly clean and affordable, will definitely return next time we’re in town!

Kale has a beautiful home in a great location. The instructions to check in were extremely helpful and easy to follow. The house had great amenities and was very nice and clean. I would recommend this house to anybody visiting Manhattan, Kansas.

Perfect location to stay for a few days while we moved our son from Florida.

Place was clean and I felt very comfortable. There was some confusion with the lock codes, but I had been forewarned and Nyccole worked quickly to get it resolved. I would recommend her place and if ever back in the area would visit again.

Very accommodating. I'm so grateful to find a place that was conveniently in town close to family vs staying in a hotel miles away. The apartment had everything we needed including condiments in the fridge and coffee to brew in the morning. This was a nice apartment, in a good neighborhood, and Kaycee was very prompt to respond every time I reached out to her. I would recommend staying here.

Chris was very responsive. The place was beautiful and the beds were so comfy! It was nice to have somewhere close to our event in KC.

This is our second stay at Erin's place. The first was wonderful, of course, or we would not have booked again. Great quiet location. Comfy furniture and bed. Sparkling clean. And the small touches that make you feel at home are present - coffee pods, popcorn, a few candies, and even a couple of fresh eggs in the fridge! We travel along I-70 often and will always be pleased if Erin's place is available should we need an overnight (or longer) stay in Hays!

I enjoyed my stay at Tania’s place and it was super close to Strataca Salt Mine Museum in Hutchinson. I highly recommend her AirBnB!

My friend and I traveled to Kansas with 4 dogs for a dog competition and stayed at this lovely AirBnB. It was absolutely perfect! Staci was super responsive to messages, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was very quiet. After each day of competing with our dogs it was nice to come “home” to a cozy place to rest, relax, and recoup for the next day.

The space is comfortable and clean. Basics were provided, and necessary appliances were there. Everything that we needed was available. We are very satisfied.

This place was fantastic. I always worry a little bit about dog friendly places and if they will be as clean as pet free rentals. There was no signs or smells of previous pups, the place could not have been cleaner. There was plenty of room for two adults a dog and a baby. Would definitely stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It gave off hotel vibes but also a cozy place for you to relax and feel at home! It’s downtown so walkable to lots of shops and restaurants!

We enjoyed our overnight stay, the apartment was comfortable and had everything needed. Down the street is a park and pathway overlooking the Smoky Hill River.

We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was exactly as described. Appreciated the Roku TV's in every bedroom. Also - the faucets in the shower were a little complicated but there were actual instructions on how to use them on the wall by the faucet - that was a really nice touch. Great water pressure in the shower and very comfy beds. Walkable to the triangle which was also really nice.

My Airbnb experience was fabulous! Stunning atmosphere & cozy. I enjoyed the TV size, hot tub, and kitchen. Made all home cooked meals. Jackie provided snacks too. Location was walkable to everything downtown. Parking varied and needed to pay meters at times and I got 1 ticket. Then I found a free parking one block away so that was okay. I would definitely come back and stay again. Clean, organized, comfortable. Extra pillows, soap, hair dryer, pots and pans. Splendid trip! May even think of renting from 800 Lofts.

My wife and I stayed at Nichole’s place and it was exactly as described. A clean and comfy home away from home. Check in was a breeze. Any questions we had Nichole answered promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Great place and very responsive host! Bar on the street was a little loud at night but it is also a college town which is expected. Will stay again!

Nichole is very responsive and a wonderful host. The directions are lengthy but accurate and once you get settled in it’s super easy to explore the layout of all the listed amenities. This was our second time staying at Nichole’s place and it was absolutely wonderful !
