Loved the details like: Slippers for us to walk around in, filtered water in the fridge, HOT water :), nice clean bedrooms with luggage racks, noise machine and oil diffuser, quiet neighborhood, plenty of towels and blankets available, some exercise equipment set out for use, and smart tvs to enjoy our favorite programs! We really appreciated it all!

The schoolhouse was the perfect place for us to escape for a couple of days. It sits out in the country and is very quiet with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our time here! Thanks Lara!

Perfect location. Wonderful cottage. You definitely feel at home once you step inside. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time! Hot tub was the highlight of the trip. The host, Teresa, is an absolute gem. Very accommodating, kind and sweet lady. Also, very easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome. She goes above and beyond for her guests! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would absolutely stay here again in the future!

We came here for a few days along with her children for a quality family time. This place is a beautiful Oasis. Complete privacy and quiet. The house is very comfortable with lots of room for everybody. The game room is well stocked which our children really enjoyed. The amenities are incredible with so much to do and no need for any other attractions. The hot tub, the many different boats and water activities, the basketball court, gym and more. The UTV’s are a real added bonus with awesome hills and paths to ride. Michael was a great host always available and helpful. We highly recommend this place and are sure that you will have a great time!

Nadine was so quick to give me all the check in instructions. The place was immaculate and looked exactly like the photos. The location was perfect everything is walkable in the tiny town of Howard. There was a binder inside with all the local restaurants and everything we needed to know about our stay and check out. The place was perfect for our stay. The house is very private with a nice outdoor area. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely recommend this place.

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions and offer helpful tips on exploring the area. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Pat's place is so charming and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room is cozy and the bedroom is peaceful. We enjoyed the short walk to downtown Cottonwood Falls and the closeness to the walking path across the falls. Such a lovely place!

Kelly's Carriage House was just as pictured. Peaceful, private and centrally located to everything I wanted to do and see. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Such a nice place. Extremely well done/updated. Loved the kitchen and sitting areas. Beds were very comfortable. Our son loved the basement for playing darts and watching games on the tv. The weather prevented us from sitting outside but there is a really cool fire pit seating area. We were in town for graduation and we were able to host my daughter’s friends for a small celebration. We will plan to stay here again. One of the nicest places we have rented.

Wonderful, seamless stay at Sarah's! Well-rested and ready for the last leg of the road trip the next day. Very peaceful location, wish we weren't just passing through or we'd have loved to explore the grounds which were beautiful!

I came with a 3 friends and we met partway between our locations. We had a retreat and ended up staying snuggled in at the sweet space for our full two night stay for our activities. Sweet touches like baked cupcakes made you know how much Diane cared for her guests. Everything was spotless and the design and decorating were so inviting! Everyone commented at what a great fine this was!

I absolutely adored this stay. My first tiny house experience, but exceeded my expectations. I found it cute and cozy, and adorably decorated. Kimberly was a fantastic host. She was proactive in providing directions, including pictures, since there was local construction causing detours. She left fresh fruit, bagels, cream cheese, and so much more in the kitchen to make us feel at home. I also really appreciated the standard early check-in (11am) and late check-out (4pm). I had a meeting the day of check-out so it was nice to not have to hope I would be permitted a later check-out. It's also nice to be able to squeeze that last bit of time out of my trip.

This was a great place to stop on our drive from CO to NC. Beautiful and clean home on lots of land right off I-70.
