What a perfect mid winter break! When the host decorates exactly like me…even down to the homemade essential oil cleaner…I felt right at home! 😀We are already planning a spring trip back to enjoy the outdoors! It was perfect. ☀️

This farm house was an exquisite historical place to stay, tucked in past gorgeous trees next to a field. The home was beautiful and the space was very comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the property outside and exploring the surroundings!

We had a group of 10 people to attend a funeral in town. It accommodated everyone with room for more. Plenty of hot water and room for everyone to have a great time. Everyone in the group was completely satisfied with the house. Highly recommend.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and a great location. We were able to walk to a lot of the recommended restaurants, which were delicious! The house was very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!

Angie was very responsive and helpful in a tough situation. We were stranded in the area due to a snowstorm and she was willing to open her place to us. We didn’t end up staying there due to power being out however we would’ve loved to stay in the cute and welcoming space.

We had a family wedding and needed a place to stay that was comfortable and accommodating. Our 89-year-old mom hasn’t traveled in many years and we needed to make the experience great for her. Maddelena’s home was perfect. High quality linens. An easy location. We had a wonderful weekend together.

Home was clean and felt homey. Rooms were spacious and the outdoor spaces were a bonus. The house is better than pictured and host was very responsive and friendly which made us feel welcomed. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient place easy check in and just what our crew needed with comfortable beds

The stay was exactly what we needed. Close to the event we went to and more room than a standard hotel.

I rented this for my step daughter and her husband as I was unable to accommodate them on their trip. I accidentally have my step daughter the wrong code and Neil was so quick to respond and help them get in. They loved staying here!

One of the most unique places we’ve ever stayed at. Larissa has taken extreme care to create an amazing experience. Even our toddler was impressed with all the amazing vintage fixtures and decorations, while keeping a very clean and cozy home. Love to stay here or any of her places again! Very close to downtown and walkable restaurants and cafes.

Carrie was a great host and she communicated well and was flexible. I had 3 other friends fit well in her place. We were comfortable and really enjoyed it. I highly recommend.

Young was one of the best parts of our stay! The house itself was gorgeous, it was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of amenities, including towels/soaps, kitchen supplies, board games, books, and more. She even provided candies for us! We had 6 people during our stay, and we were cable to accommodate everyone. While the house was very nice, by far our favorite part of the weekend was getting to know Young and her husband! They were both so nice and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw them. She even gave us a bottle of Champagne, and brought us oranges in the morning. She was happy to help us however possible! I would recommend this place to everybody, clean house, perfect location (walkable to Aggieville and campus), and wonderful host! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

This Airbnb is spotlessly clean! The moment you step inside, you’re hit with the refreshing scent of cleanliness. Megan, the host, is incredibly responsive and friendly. Her attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the space. Everything has been carefully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

This was our third or fourth visit to the Koch Guesthouse and it never disappoints! We love how quaint and peaceful it is. Cindy and Maurice are great hosts!

Perfect house for our needs and much more to do for those that would use the extra amenities.

Geri’s place is perfect if you’re looking to get away for a couple days. Plus, pretty cool, llamas and pig!

The cabin was amazing! It had a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere! This hot tub was great and the scenery was gorgeous. Even though the weather did not cooperate, sitting and listening to the rain added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The smores station was nice and added a real cabin in the woods feeling. The house was stocked with everything someone would need! I look forward to staying again!

This Cabin was the best place to get away from the city for a weekend. The hosts were very easy to get ahold of and very understanding in some circumstances. They had the friendliest dogs there as well. If you need a good place to relax with a friend, spouse or even by yourself I would say this is the best spot. We will definitely be going back!!

The cabin was exactly as described, and in a quiet, peaceful location. It was perfect for our needs, which included our two dogs. Jana, the host, was always prompt and friendly in responses to questions and requests. We would have no concerns renting again if we are in the area. Also, we would recommend to others without hesitation, which I believe is the best complement you can give.
