What a perfect mid winter break! When the host decorates exactly like me…even down to the homemade essential oil cleaner…I felt right at home! 😀We are already planning a spring trip back to enjoy the outdoors! It was perfect. ☀️

Very easy to check in and out. Clear written instructions in the house once we arrived on what all we needed to do as well as how we needed to leave the house. Very clean with everything you could need. Great communication with host and she was very accommodating. Would definitely want to stay here again!

Awesome secluded house, host was very responsive and helpful if anything was needed during our stay, highly recommended. Our group had come from tennessee to waterfowl hunt awesome place to stay felt like we were way out in the country but it's actually very close to restaurants and other accommodations.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our two families, with plenty of space for everyone! Everyone loved the pool table and the games. The hot tub & fully fenced back yard were exactly what we needed. We never got a chance to use the fire pit, but it was bigger than we thought it would be, and I wish we'd had time for it! It was the perfect size for our two families. The kitchen was not only spotless, but it had plenty of space for everyone to get around. There was plenty of coffee, and our host even provided an extra creamer in the fridge, just to make our stay extra special. We had a wonderful time, and we would absolutely come stay here again!

We had a perfect stay at Manny's place in College Hill, while in town for a wedding. The place has been pristinely-restored, and the decor was warm and lovely. Had everything we needed in terms of amenities. The historic home is located in a beautiful part of Topeka, with a heavy tree canopy and welcoming streets for meandering. We even saw an owl while out one evening - and it followed us from tree to tree as we walked! Most importantly, Manny provided us with very personalized service, stopping by when we had a glitch with the wifi and it needed to be reset. He responded immediately to all queries, and was a pleasure to interact with. We were delighted to stay, and would be happy to enjoy the beautiful home again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The owners were incredibly kind, super easy to communicate with, and just overall made our stay even better. The property was in a great spot, perfect size, and had everything we needed! The beds and living room furniture were so comfy, and we enjoyed the kitchen as well!!

A coworker and I were passing through, and Diana's place was perfect for us. Would definitely stay again!

I rented this for my step daughter and her husband as I was unable to accommodate them on their trip. I accidentally have my step daughter the wrong code and Neil was so quick to respond and help them get in. They loved staying here!

Lil is a great host. From check-in to check-out, Lil was beneficial. She checked on me periodically to ensure I had everything I needed and was comfortable. She did this without it feeling too intrusive or bothersome. The place was very clean and had all the amenities. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great place for a weekend stay in Manhattan. Check-in was simple. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the football stadium (just over a mile) and was an easy drive to everything else in town. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it.
