A very peaceful and beautiful stay while visiting Maui. Our view to the ocean was incredible, especially being able to view from afar whales. Beach access is easy to navigate within walking distance for nearby beaches or evening sunsets. Great location and friendly staff. For our 5 days stay it worked well for us traveling from PNW looking for sunshine and relaxation.

Awesome place. Gorgeous views. Comfortable. Kids loved the beach that was 5 minutes away. We are already looking forward to staying here again.

We loved Eric’s place. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer. We loved being able to use the beach chairs and cooler. The house was so beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were too large for us, but maybe that’s just personal preference. My kids slept on the pull out bed but ended up needing to put the mattress on the floor which was fine. This was our first trip to Maui. We didn’t realize how far it was from all the beaches and tourist spots. If we come back we will probably stay closer to Kehei. We did love the place. We worried about it not having a stove or oven. But to our surprise they had a hot plate and air fryer. I wish I had known that before we went to Costco. The bath tub was so nice. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. It was so awesome.

We had a great time! It is in a great location, away from some of the businesses closer to Lahaina. It is within walking distance to the beach and close to great snorkeling locations.

Our stay was excellent! Bathrooms have been updated as well as the flooring (not pictured) which was a very pleasant surprise. Great place to stay in Kapalua with amazing views. Only downside was that we received check in instructions an hour and a half after check in time.

We loved our stay! This place has everything - from the well appointed kitchen to beach chairs, and of course the awesome view we woke up to every morning. We will certainly stay here again in the future!!!

Gal and his team were extremely responsive, answering questions about the property and things to do in the area. The villas are in a choice area, quite easy to walk to various restaurants, stores, food carts, along a handful of beaches in each direction. The pool and BBQ area are nicely sheltered from wind which was fortunate during part of our trip affected by stormy conditions. The only concern for some may be road noise but this is an active part of the Kihei, so most places along this strip will experience the same. We enjoyed the authentic and less sterile part of this town. Overall, my wife and I had a great experience at this beautiful boutique property. We plan to come back again.

Was an awesome stay, peaceful, private with a great view and reasonably close to beaches, restaurants and stores. Host was great, professional and responsive. Will definitely try and book again in the future.

This is a very quiet complex. It feels private. The beach is less than a ten min walk and is not crowded like some of the other beaches can be because of the low density housing in the area. There are some beautiful walks that you can do right from the unit. There is lots of room in the unit to put away all your things away. The management is great. We locked ourselves out one day, they got us back in, in under 10 min! We had a small problem in the unit, maintenance was there to take care of it shortly after. I left an item there and only realized when I got back home to Canada. They offered to mail it back to me at their cost! We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Condo -Spectacular Location This condo was perfect for our family of four. Everything we needed we provided, and we were grateful for the well stocked dishes and cookware. The Master suite has an incredible view and we enjoyed watching whales while drinking our coffee. The bedding and linens were high quality. The entire property is beautifully maintained and this condo was sparkling clean. We’ve recommended this property to all our friends who are planning a trip to Maui. There’s no better place to stay!

Amazing place with breathtaking views! Great amenities with the pools. BBQ and dining area near the pool. Only suggestion would be adding an A/C unit in the living room as it gets a little warm in there during the day. Definitely still gets 5 stars in my book. My family and I enjoy a staycation on Island whenever we can. Will definitely be coming back. Mahalo Nui for everything!

We enjoyed our stay at the Parrish Maui. Everything was as described and the amenities worked great. We used our villa as a staging spot for our elopement, and vendors were able to find the place for the most part. We enjoyed how quiet the place was, loved the beautiful view, and appreciated the communication from the staff.

This place blew us away. The views and location are just amazing. It is a bit removed but we loved that. We just sat for hours admiring all the beauty that the Maui coastline had to offer and whale watching! It was just a short jaunt to a beautiful beach and an easy drive to Lahaina for dining. We wished we could have stayed forever. Thanks so much!

Beautiful location! Is exactly what was listed on listing. No catfishing here! The A/C broke while we were there and maintenance was very attentive came right out and fixed the problem. The staff is very respectful and accommodating. Would definitely come again.

Located in the beautiful hills of Kapalua with amazing views of nature, golf course, and the ocean at a distance. Conveniently located near many restaurants and beaches nearby. Very very peaceful location. The location was spacious, super clean, and very well equipped with beach chairs, snorkel equipment and binoculars.

This well-stocked, clean, spacious condo is in the most beautiful setting on earth. The view from the rear and side windows was stunning. We felt very lucky to get to stay there.

Exceptional property! Just a few yards from the sea and with 180 deg views of the Ocean. The villa itself is very spacious with 2-level heights in the living room and is very well appointed. If you're planning to stay mostly on the West side, that's the property to be in - otherwise it is a longish drive to the rest of Maui's attractions. Highly recommend!

The view and the grounds were just amazing. The condo had everything we could need and the place was spotless. The swimming pools were great but had trouble with the code to enter the pool enclosure. Highly recommend Merriman restaurant and Cane and Canoe at Montage. Walk to beach or drive to parking lot but need to get there early to get a parking space.

Very short nice walk to coconut grove beach. Walk a little farther down path and through Napili Kai to get to an even nicer beach. DT Fleming beach in front of Ritz Carleton is also very nice and great for wave riding (and good shade) but is more like a 20 min walk. Or drive to public lots on either side of ritz. Lava outcrop paths nearby make for neat mini hike
