The best!!! We wanted a private home with lush surroundings and that's exactly what we got. House was exactly as it was listed and was perfect for our needs. Could not be at the location, close to Wailea beaches or Kihei shops/restaurants. Def will stay there again!!

The location was good for us with easy access to the beach and other island sites. House is well stocked with kitchen accessories, beach going toys, towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Owners were responsive and communicated well. House was spacious and met our needs.

This was my second stay at Peter’s cottage and it was amazing yet again. He is constantly upgrading and this time has a new kitchen sink and bathroom sink. The place was private and quiet and spacious for me, my sister and our kids. Peter is communicative while also giving us space, and is a total lifesaver. I will be coming back every time I visit Maui. He embodies the spirit of aloha.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. We appreciated the private patio space. This home is in a convenient location for easy walking to restaurants and shops in central Paia. It was hard to leave!

We had such a lovely stay. The house and surroundings are beautiful. We enjoyed resting on the peaceful porch, and my daughter enjoyed the quiet streets to get her runs in. The beds were comfortable and the house was cozy - we felt right at home. The house is perfectly located for the airport (27 min), road to Hāna (10 min), the harbor for whale watching tour (30 min - I recommend Pacific Whale Foundation), Mama’s Fish House (10 min), and the Haleakalā summit for sunrise (1hr, 10 min). The house had everything we needed, including beach chairs! Dave and Natalie were kind, welcoming, and helpful. For food, we thoroughly enjoyed Freshie’s for breakfast after the Haleakalā sunrise and ramen at the Haikushi food tuck near the grocery store. Mama’s fish house was pricey but worth it! Definitely heed Natalie’s recommendation to make reservations early.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The space was beautiful, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach—which was a huge plus. We really appreciated that the home had everything we needed, from the kitchen to beach umbrellas, chairs, and more. The community was peaceful and welcoming, and parking was super convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we were able to relax, connect, and make beautiful family memories. Highly recommend and would love to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Turtle House. Poni was wonderful, location made us feel like we were locals. Beaches were amazing, so many fun restaurants to choose from. Her guide book was second to none, recommendations were spot on. We will definitely stay here again.

So happy to have stayed here. Felt like a very central location and the home was so cozy. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood, and a great size home to come back to after the beach. The hosts were so kind to even have a delicious pie waiting for us in the fridge. I would not only stay here again, but I would also definitely recommend it to others.

Dee Dee was an amazing host! She was very flexible especially when we booked and had to change our dates last minute. She was also very proactive with her communication even going as far as recommending things to do around the island. Check in was easy and the property was centrally located, clean and beautiful. It was our first time staying at a time share and I would definitely stay here again,

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The kids were comfortable on the pullout and the bedroom was comfortable for us. We enjoyed the easy access to the pool and BBQ area. The place had everything we needed to cook and to enjoy the beach. The highlight of this property is the turtles in the bay! This place was perfect and I highly recommend.

So happy we found this cozy spot, with direct access to the beach, and central to a lot around the island. The welcome gift and local tips on where to eat, what to see, and things to do were thoughtful touches. We were thankful the unit supplies beach chairs and towels, and it was awesome having a gauge in the shower to control the water temperature. We also loved meeting the local kitties near the property. The building community seemed very friendly and chill - would definitely stay there again!

The resort grounds, amenities, and view were incredible especially given the price point. It is in the northern part of Kihei which requires a bit (~5 minutes) of driving south to get to some kid friendly beaches, but it gave the place a peacefulness since it was away from the busy heart of Kihei. We stayed with our small children and they loved the pool and the beach for building and playing in the sand. The pull out couch is the only thing I would mention. It was perfect for kids - they don't care what the bed feels like, but I wouldn't book the place if you are putting older kids/adults on the pull out Overall, we had such a great time and appreciate how responsive John was throughout the process. Thank you for sharing this condo with us!

We loved staying at this condo. It is right across the street from Charley Young beach. That beach is a nice family beach with fun little waves to swim in. We used the umbrella and beach chairs that were in the condo. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We love the location and we had a great vacation at this condo. We would love to come and stay here again!

Amy’s place was amazing! I wish we had time to use all of the amenities included, but it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Definitely will keep this place in mind to book for future trips!

Easy walk to swimmable beaches and places to eat. Lots equipment avaiable to take to the beach.

Very convenient and comfortable, well-appointed. The condo is on the shady side of the complex, which might be an important advantage in the summer months; it was not an issue now, although it was hard to find a sunny space to dry shoes. The general aspect was very pleasant, with very easy access to the beach, which is gently sloped and has calm waves. Easy highway access to drive to other places. The ceiling fans keep the rooms feeling cool; we were always comfortable. The (patio? lanai?) outside the living room was an extremely pleasant place to sit. The instructions warned about ants, but we saw none. Possibly the season, or the fact that we didn't cook much. The one thing I could have wished for was some specification in the description about the hardness of the mattresses. Preferences on this vary; we prefer very firm mattresses and these were somewhat soft, which caused problems for my wife's back.

What a great location! Karen’s condo was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable beds. We loved it so much we booked for next year. It is like a 4 minute walk to beach, she had beach chairs, toys and umbrella. There is a convenient outside shower in lower parking lot to wash off sand. We saw lots of whales breaching or tail slapping from beach, even a giant sea turtle would come sun itself. If you are planning on staying here, we found directions to actual condo confusing. We were hauling luggage and golf clubs up and down stairs. The easiest way to get to unit if you park in upper lot bring your luggage DOWN to The road to main entrance there is one set of steps to go down to unit.

Great place - will stay again. Complex is nice, quiet and very cleaen. BBQs, small pool. Parking is easy. Walk across to beach and sunset :)

It was a fantastic stay just know the second bedroom with the full side bed is very difficult for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. We slept on the sleeper sofa after the first night. It was much better

Wish we could have stayed longer. Place was so clean, convenient location in the building and easy in and out access to explore the surrounding areas. We felt right at home. Loved the balcony views. Washer and dryer are big and nice, perfect for us between stops on different islands. Kelly was super nice, communicative and responsive! Would absolutely come back.

We had a great stay at Kihei Bay Surf. We were right across the street from the beach, but when it got too windy, we also had pool access which was very nice. The road was a bit busy, but ultimately not too bad. For those guests that like to cook from their stays (like we do) we found the kitchen well equipped, though you may want to plan ahead regarding seasonings and condiments, etc. There are also a lot of great restaurants nearby (Karen's recommendations were all excellent!) Thanks!

The owners were so welcoming and proactive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. They had some uncontrollable maintenance issue arise that they handled immediately and it did not disrupt our trip at all. The building and amenities were perfect. Our son loved exploring the beach and chasing crabs. Our daughter spent the evenings in the pool after our daytime adventures. We will be back and are so grateful to have experienced this slice of paradise.

This is a perfect place to stay while visiting Maui. All the positive reviews are right on point so I won't repeat them and Dan is an awesome wonderful host. The location is perfect close to everything and this was probably the best-stocked Airbnb with everything you need to feel at home. We can't wait to return.

Su made everything an easy and smooth stay. Location is fantastic! We had everything we needed, including beach and pool equipment. Everything was organized and very clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for just the right place in Kehei.
