Beautiful location! Is exactly what was listed on listing. No catfishing here! The A/C broke while we were there and maintenance was very attentive came right out and fixed the problem. The staff is very respectful and accommodating. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful spot to spend our honeymoon. Great location! Kapalua shuttle is super convenient. All amenities we could have needed were there. Much better than staying in a hotel! Thank you Kim for being a great host and sharing your property with us. Hopefully we’ll be back!

There is no better place we could’ve chosen for our stay in Maui!! Continue reading because I’ll share details about access to the beaches. We traveled with our 2 children as well as my parents. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the condo. The room upstairs is an open space, so beware there’s no door for privacy and plan sleeping arrangements accordingly. There are, however, 3 full bathrooms and they’re all impeccably beautiful. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need whether your cooking or baking. If you’re particular with spices bring your own. They have a drip coffee maker and they provide their own brand name of Hawaiian coffee which is delicious! The house also had a cooler, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and some mugs you can use to keep your drinks cold. There are plenty of beach towels and they provide plenty of shampoo and conditioner so all you need is your toothbrush and toothpaste! This condo has a beautiful view. To the right (facing the ocean and about a 2 minute walk from your front door) you have Oneloa bay. Wake up at 6:30am and walk with your coffee to enjoy the most beautiful sunrise! Come back home, have breakfast, and then to the left (south) just a 7 minute walk (with a gorgeous view) you have Kapalua bay. In the evenings is when we saw most of the sea turtles laying on the sand. They rent paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear right there if you want to swim with turtles! This bay was super calm to relax and not worry about crashing waves with the kiddos. About another 7 minutes south you find Napili which is comparable to Kapalua, but since Kapalua was so close we didn’t really spend much time there. Another option up North (to the right of the condo), you can take the Kapalua trail for an 18 minute walk and you’ll find Fleming beach. This is a much bigger bay, relatively calm water, but not enough to leave kids swimming unattended. Absolutely gorgeous views. The reason I loved this condo so much is for the many options of beautiful family beaches without worrying about parking- all within walking distance. This condo is 55 minutes from the airport. If you go to Hana remember you have to travel back to Kahului to begin the Hana road. It is about 17 minutes from Lahaina. We don’t like busy town center life, so this location was perfect and private. We went to the Grand Wailea Luau and that was also a 50 minute drive. The condo offers a grocery delivery, but I just did a Walmart curbside scheduled on the day of arrival and picked it up from the airport. I hope this helps plan your vacations. This condo was everything we could have hoped for and more! The location is unbeatable - right on the ocean with absolutely breathtaking views. We spent our mornings sipping coffee, watching whales all day long (seriously, they were everywhere!), and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The condo itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the easy access to beautiful beaches and scenic coastal trails, plus having great restaurants within walking distance was a huge bonus. If you’re looking for a peaceful, oceanfront retreat with stunning views and prime whale-watching, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Exceptional property! Just a few yards from the sea and with 180 deg views of the Ocean. The villa itself is very spacious with 2-level heights in the living room and is very well appointed. If you're planning to stay mostly on the West side, that's the property to be in - otherwise it is a longish drive to the rest of Maui's attractions. Highly recommend!

Our stay was excellent! Bathrooms have been updated as well as the flooring (not pictured) which was a very pleasant surprise. Great place to stay in Kapalua with amazing views. Only downside was that we received check in instructions an hour and a half after check in time.

This is a very quiet complex. It feels private. The beach is less than a ten min walk and is not crowded like some of the other beaches can be because of the low density housing in the area. There are some beautiful walks that you can do right from the unit. There is lots of room in the unit to put away all your things away. The management is great. We locked ourselves out one day, they got us back in, in under 10 min! We had a small problem in the unit, maintenance was there to take care of it shortly after. I left an item there and only realized when I got back home to Canada. They offered to mail it back to me at their cost! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! It is in a great location, away from some of the businesses closer to Lahaina. It is within walking distance to the beach and close to great snorkeling locations.

Beautiful place to stay at. Quick walk to the beach. and a fast walk to some restaurants. the pool and the Jacuzzi was great too.

The cottage is a delightful little private paradise hidden right off the main street in Kihei. I don’t think the photos do it justice — it’s a calm, relaxing space surrounded by a beautiful landscape and convenient to so many great food options. We especially appreciated the protected, gated parking space and the large drying rack for beach towels and swimsuits. The cottage was super clean and well-maintained. The host was very supportive and responsive and few minor issues we had were addressed very quickly.

This is one of the nicest Airbnb rentals ever. If you do many Airbnb rentals you will sometimes find units are are clearly created purely for rental and the furniture and amenities reflect that. This villa is the opposite. It is furnished with beautiful high end furniture. The kitchen is wonderful with lovely silverware, plates, glasses, etc. This truly is like you are walking into a home that someone lovingly decorated and furnished. Beautiful pictures on the walls and decorations. The pictures do not adequately show how nice it is. The rooms are huge, and the bathrooms are spacious. Of course, the views from the villa of the ocean and golf course are outstanding. Ridge Realty was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations and guidance. If you are considering going to Maui this would be a great rental - the villa and Kapalua are amazing.

I gave 5 stars across the board because they didn't list 6. Having used AirBnB for13 years and having stayed in over 50 places this is now the one to beat. Location: wedged between pesky golfers and a noisy ocean. Interior: comfy king bed, en suite with soak-er tub and 2nd bathroom. Large living area with 9 foot ceilings. Really good pots and pans. Everything worked for 5 weeks. Combo locks for door and pool - no keys to loose. Great communication, beautiful grounds. Outstanding in the sunshine

This place blew us away. The views and location are just amazing. It is a bit removed but we loved that. We just sat for hours admiring all the beauty that the Maui coastline had to offer and whale watching! It was just a short jaunt to a beautiful beach and an easy drive to Lahaina for dining. We wished we could have stayed forever. Thanks so much!

Everything about our stay was amazing! Super clean apartment, comfy bed, everything you might need is provided. We loved the property and the ocean is right across the street. Every question was responded to immediately, very nice and accommodating manager! Will definitely stay again!

Located in the beautiful hills of Kapalua with amazing views of nature, golf course, and the ocean at a distance. Conveniently located near many restaurants and beaches nearby. Very very peaceful location. The location was spacious, super clean, and very well equipped with beach chairs, snorkel equipment and binoculars.

This well-stocked, clean, spacious condo is in the most beautiful setting on earth. The view from the rear and side windows was stunning. We felt very lucky to get to stay there.

The view and the grounds were just amazing. The condo had everything we could need and the place was spotless. The swimming pools were great but had trouble with the code to enter the pool enclosure. Highly recommend Merriman restaurant and Cane and Canoe at Montage. Walk to beach or drive to parking lot but need to get there early to get a parking space.

We had such a beautiful and peaceful time at the Ridge on our trip to Maui. Our unit was spacious and spotless, it included all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The in-unit washer and dryer is such a great thing to have on a trip to Hawaii, because we were able to underpack and not bother checking bags. We've stayed countless times in South-facing units on the other side of the property, and while the afternoon sun and sunsets are always lovely, we actually enjoyed how cool our (North-facing) unit stayed with the offshore breezes all week. To catch the sunset, we grabbed a beer and a blanket and walked out to Tee 3, just across the way. We had cozy mornings with coffee watching whales from our bed in in the channel and peaceful afternoons with poke from Napili market and a bottle of wine on the downstairs lanai. This unit is VERY quiet because it's on the end of the property. We had the most enjoyable time. THANK YOU!

Very short nice walk to coconut grove beach. Walk a little farther down path and through Napili Kai to get to an even nicer beach. DT Fleming beach in front of Ritz Carleton is also very nice and great for wave riding (and good shade) but is more like a 20 min walk. Or drive to public lots on either side of ritz. Lava outcrop paths nearby make for neat mini hike
