Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

An exceptional host! Incredibly kind and understanding, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I recently organized a wedding proposal at their place, and it was a complete success-thanks in large part to the host's speedy communication and willingness to accommodate our needs. Bebe homestay is a very clean abode. The bathrooms are very clean and water pressure for bathing is superb very powerful. Bebe has been a very responsive host and she is very friendly too. I love the idea of the auto gate that makes getting in and out of the house easy! The sheltered patio is big enough for one car. All and all, very very clean house. Bathing necessities are sufficient and fully stocked up! I would not hesitate to book this accommodation should I have a chance to visit Kapar again. It’s definitely a good choice to book this place and NO REGRETS!

We booked 2 units with GenieHomes without realising both are in a different towers for our daughter's wedding at Kamalinda Marketplace. Owners were able to swap with ones in a same tower which was convenient. Both units fully and tastefully equiped as in the photos. Spacious and clean.

A great apartment, very clean with basic amenities. The apartment complex has an excellent pool, gym and playground if you have children. The hosts were super helpful and easy to communicate with. If you want to cook in the apartment you will probably find it difficult as there are only very basic kitchen utensils, but in KL why cook?

A nice and large place to stay if you a have larger group. There are two toilets, one for the master bed room and living room. Plates and utensils were provided. I went during the cny holidays so there wasn't much traffic or noise. There is a mamak store and 7 11 below if you need things. overall a good place if you have a large group!

Lovely clean flat with lots of amenities in the complex. It was well sealed so no uninvited visitors (aka lizards) could come in. The hosts were very friendly and responsive would definitely recommend!
