Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

Great stay for large groups, plus an amazing and attentive host made this a great place for a staycation. Plus the bathtub is amazing

Amazing place to stay! owner did her best in describing the place, gave us fruit from their orchard and place is the same as advertised. such a beautiful place. family and i bonded really well through it and managed to experience the authentic kampung life. totally recommend for people to stay

Lots of low priced restaurants to eat nearby. Host is very friendly.

One of our favorite places to stay in KL. Restaurants were everywhere, grocery and shopping mall, just minutes away on foot and parks nearby. We also play pickleball and enjoyed the sporting facility in the Lotus Shopping center. My only regret is that we didn’t stay there longer!

The rooms was clean and have many option to play games with friends. But im alone😌😂

Great location as was convenient to walk or drive to shops and easy access to motorway. Place was spacious with 3 toilets and bathrooms to accomodate the max number of guests. Would book again!

Rumah selesa, cantik,lengkap dan bersesuain dengan harga. Encik Afiq pun senang nk berurusan. Safety n security tinggi. Kalau dapat 2 kad akses lagi best sb setiap pintu utk keluar masuk perlukan kad utk akses termasuk lif😁 jadi utk saya yg baru2 ni terlibat dengan event yg lain2 waktu agk susah jugak bila ada 1 kad akses😊 overall sy puas hati. Isaac keeps his apartment well equipped, spotless and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and hope the place is available on my next visit. Isaac was responsive whenever I called him, even late evening or early in the morning.

It requires to meet the Host to pickup the keys upon check-in but the check-in process was smooth and easy. The listing looks exactly like the photos. Super clean, comfortable and feels like home. The Host is very nice and communicative. Thank you for allowing me to check-in early ! Will definitely come back here again.

Very accomodating EV ARENA is very accesible has a near 7/11 and KK mart which is very nice to not worry about what to eat at the middle of the night all AC rooms are very cold

Responsive host, free netflix. Note that it's a studio, there's no door to the bed area but it's mostly blocked by floor length closet so still quite private. If you have a 4WD or big car, pls consult the host as they can arrange parking in the UG/L1 (coz the usual parking is on the 7th floor and the ramps between levels are quite narrow and tight squeeze.

The apartment was extremely clean and in great condition. There was a water filter which really made it so much easier during our stay. Check-in instructions were clear and we had no trouble locating the place and checking in. Ruben was lovely and quick to response to any queries we had. Overall this was a 5/5 stay for us!
