I rented Nick's place for a month and a half for my son who goes to a school nearby and had such an amazing experience! The home was spotless clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the pictures. Nick was an excellent host, treating my son with respect and care. He was very thoughtful and pleasant. He provided clear instructions and quick response to any questions. He even gave recommendations to nearby markets and malls which my son really liked and kept going since. The amenities were great, bedding was comfy with fast wifi and well equipped kitchen. Location is also very close to malls and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when I have a chance to visit and recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Afida’s place is as described in her post. Her place was clean, had good space, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Internet speed was good, had all the amenities as described. The location is peaceful and quiet though away from main commercial areas which is what we wanted. Afida is a great host who communicates well and very specific. Got to rent the property less than 24 hours before the stay. Host managed to response on time. All the facility was better than I expectation, cause most of the property do not provide wine glasses. I brought mine but still happy to see it there 😂 The sofa was different from the image provided but it was all good with black leather sofa.

the place was very clean and exactly as described. but the house was just painted with new color. the host is very responsive so i have no problem in finding the place with instruction from the host

Great deal for me. I book right away when I see this place. And it turned out better than my expectations. The house is beautiful, large and the design is very comfy. Me and my friend all can gather around in the largest room to have some chat and played some games and we have a great time here. The owner is very responsive and immediately send someone to handle our issue right away and it turned out it's my issue that didn't switch on the Aircon power. Me and my friend did some cooking inside and the utensils and equipments are all there for us to use. I definitely will book again if there's a chance.

Awesome and spacious place! Had gathering with my girl friends at this lovely house. They all loved it!! Near to shoplots, so not hard to get any essentials during emergency. Overall, a satisfying stay, Tq Amirul!!

Archer is the best host, and will do everything he can to make your stay comfortable and convenient. He is a "can do" kind of guy and is very easy to communicate with. He manages quite a number of apartments so he was particularly flexible in moving us to a new area in line with where we were working during those weeks. I highly recommend Archer and his service.

Feel right like home!

The host couple was incredibly hospitable and friendly. He ensured my family of 8 were comfortable with everything we needed. They were also very accomodating when we requested for early check-out at 8am. The amenities: pool and gym are plus points! The location is very convenient as its within short driving distance to the local supermarkets, mall and places of interests (i.e go-karting and sunday flea market). Overall, a perfect getaway from busy towns and crowds. No regrets extending an extra night stay. Very very nice people :)

We have a pleasant stay for 2 nites. Swimming pool is really nice and big, kids really enjoyed it.

The host is friendly and provided us with very clear check-in instruction, including video for us to understand better. the house is very clean and comfortable. everything is in very good condition. they even provided us some free biscuits for snacking, appreciate this a lot. the only downside is the noise from CSR factory opposite, hence. we have to close window all the time. overall, I am very satisfied and open to return to this home again.

Overall a great stay. A bit on the expensive side for what it is. But quality is there. Pros: - very clean overall (apart from small amounts of dust inside the drawers) - wifi works well, no issues - amazing view that is peaceful and dynamic at the same time - neighbor's cat came to visit me on the balcony, a very cute cat - bed is comfy, 4 pillows provided - plates/cups/glasses/knives/cutlery is fine - tv+youtube - Panasonic vertical fan Cons: - bad frying pans, unusable - some small noise from the highway (to be expected), not disturbing much - no washing machine - this may be an issue for some. although there are multiple laundry shops and laundromats available in the vicinity - bathroom has a few issues: the shower pressure is on the lower side, water somehow goes out on the floor when you use the sink (in the shower area), towel rack is cracked/broken, window handle also broke - ac blows directly to the bed by default, but you can adjust it by using the remote

Checkin procedure was super easy. Car parking lot located at the very first level and closed to the lift entrance (very convenience for frequent in and out movement). Location very closed to supermarket aeon mall. In overall sufficient for my stay thank you
