Exactly what we needed to detox from the world and devices for a night away with a little one. Took us back to a simpler time, was entertaining teaching a 5 year old how to use a CD player and having him try to convince us the fireplace was actually a secret TV. Loved our walk down to the river and an evening watching the stars and full moon rising seeing "a trillion satellites". Even though our hosts were right next door we felt entirely left to our own devices and it was magic to have the dishes all done for us.

Loved our stay ! Grant (and Ollie) were super friendly and looked after us excellenly. We all ejoyed the pool and spa pool - especially the pool toys and sun lounges. The views were stunning and was the perfect county escape for our small family. Highly recommend staying here !

Had a great weekend at Gayle & Phil's. They were great hosts. A very comfortable and well stocked place. Great location a short walk to the town centre. Would recommend.

Nice place and hosts. You can have as much or as liitle interaction that you want with the family. Plenty of interesting stories. I will see you next time I am in Wellington.

A lovely place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, and the view is just magic. The continental breakfast was very generous and the home made biscuits amazing. The hosts were very accommodating and allowing us early entry to put food into the fridge was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Rosalie's cabin ingeniously provides for anything you need for a rainy day in. The detached bathroom is brand new and pristine. , and Rosalie is very friendly and approachable.

Vicki was super generous and allowed us a late check out for free. Beautiful home and wish we stayed another night to use the pool as it was such a beautiful day the next day! 10/10 recommend :)

Radhini made this whole experience very easy and made us feel at ease. She was very responsive and helpful as well always checking in to see if we were comfortable and for that I highly recommend having her as a host

Highly recommended! The space was private, clean, and spacious, with all the essentials well equipped. The lovely decoration added a charming touch, making it feel like a home. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay - so I think that probably speaks for itself. V handy to train, compact but with sufficient space for two people to be comfortable. Well designed and aesthetically pleasant. Kacper is a responsive and friendly host.

Very clean, comfortable bed, good shower, great tea/coffee/hot chocolate facilities. Good off street parking. The flowers were a nice touch. Would stay again, thank you.

Kirsty and Bruce were lovely helpful hosts and their place is gorgeous, quiet and relaxing space, spotlessly clean. Beautiful non crowded beach a short walk away. Breakfast was all locally sourced or homegrown and was delicious. Would love to come back.

We loved our stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a quick 10-15 minute drive to the CBD but also had some shops and restaurants within walking distance. A fantastic base for Wellington!

Had a lovely stay . Accommodation and amenities were faultless, as was Richards hospitality. The amazing view was an added bonus.

It was nice to have Janet & Ian meet us on arrival. The unit is a cosy self contained and private section in the downstairs area of their home. Very comfortable bed. Having off-street parking is a bonus.
