Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

I loved staying at this condo. Everything was fairly accessible and the neighbors were very nice people. Amenities were useful and everything was functional enough for my lifestyle. It was a functioning home. There are ATMs downstairs, guards are super nice, the restaurants below are worth eating daily in, and the convenience of a small grocery store with everything you’ll ever need is the sweet cherry on top. Also, it was not difficult getting transportation. With the Mall of Asia at your doorstep as well as everything the bay has to offer, it’s also difficult to get bored on days off. I was working remotely during my entire stay and it was blissful. 10/10 would recommend!

Impeccable Cleanliness: Cleanliness is evidently a priority at Nads Place Manila. The entire area, including the swimming pool, is kept in pristine condition. The pool is inviting and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Comfortable Accommodation: The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms ensures a pleasant stay, allowing guests to feel at ease and rejuvenated. Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

Owner made our stay without issues. Very nice view from large balcony. Full kitchen. This is one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve stayed at in this area. Very comfortable bed, and one of few places that actually has real blanket. Gym is nice, but charges fee. So isn’t free. Don’t accept cash, so this might be something non PH needs to plan around in advance if they want to use it. Only thing that could be improve on would be the couch. But compared to other places in the area, this is minor issue compared to what you get at some other places. Definitely would stay again in property if given the chance.

The location of the place was perfect and convenient. Everything was accessible. Mona’s condo was also huge and comfortable. It never felt like someone else’s place but like home for us. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience at Marian’s condo. I give her condo 5 stars rating. 1)The condo is very spacious and very clean. 2)The garbage pick up is twice a day. 3)The shower flow is very good and strong, the hot water is good enough at number 2 button. 4)The AC is very good, I leave it at 22 sometimes 20. 5)Washer, Dryer and free parking space. 6)There are nearby restaurants to choose from. 7)Market Market and SM Aura are very close proximity to the condo. I truly enjoyed my stay at Marian’s condo and will definitely return on my next vacation.

I have stayed in Alfonso's condo unit countless times. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and businesses. Alfonso is an excellent host—responsive, friendly, and very accommodating to my requests. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the space felt like a second home to me. In fact, a few times I have factored the availability of Alfonso's place in deciding when to go to the Philippines. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Philippines and looking for to stay around BGC area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Steps away from stars walk of fame, restaurants, bars, cinema and mall. The unit is clean and as describe. Self-check in was a breeze. Wi-Fi was fast. Will book again.

Great host. Her pictures and descriptions were an exact representation of the condo. Check-in could not have been easier. Super convenient location to food, entertainment and Century City Mall. Wonder stay and we are looking forward to our next visit at Aira's condo. Highly recommend for comfort and convenience while in Makati.

2nd time to book. Very responsive host and co-host even if I messaged late at night (around 11pm) and check in was the next day.

I will use Roses Condo again without a doubt so convenient to the airport living in NZ the flight to PHP is exhausting and to have such a nice condo to relax so near after is a plus and the ability to refresh and adjust to the time zone is great thankyou Rose

Amazing Stay. Highly Recommended! I had 11 days fantastic stay at Sir Leo’s place! The unit was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Manila, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Sir Leo was a great host, friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations. The small touches, like steam iron, hair straightener, hair blower, toiletries, made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manila!

The host is very friendly and responsive with all our queries. We highly recommend the place for solo and couple traveller thou not recommended for long stay as there's no washing machine to use. Mostly of the staycation short or long term there is a washing machine inside the unit. Overall, this place is excellent specially its along C5 road only and there is nearby restaurant, gasoline station and bank atm machine. Definitely, will stay again in our future travel plan to manila.
