Konaklamamizdan gayet keyif aldik. Giris yaparken Onur bey’in birebir gelerek evi tanitmasi ve talimatlari vermesi islerimizi cok kolaylastirdi. Evin konumuna, manzarasina ve buyuklugune diyecek hicbir sey yok sadece bu fiyata koltuk takimlarinin daha rahat ve kullanisli olmasini beklerdik. Mevcut takim baya eskiydi. Termosifon eve girdigimizda 2. Kademede verilmisti. Ilk dustan sonra termosifon yeniden dolana kadar soguk suyla dus almak zorunda kaldik. Bu konuda daha net sekilde bilgilendirilsek iyi olurdu. Bir eksi puan da yastiklarin baya rahatsiz olmasiydi. Evin konumu iyibariyle restorantlara cok yakin mesafede olmasi buyuk bir arti! Otopark cok kullanisli. Ev icindeki tabak ve bardaklar cok yeterli sayida konulmus. Her seyin otesinde giristen cikisa kadar rahat bir konaklama deneyimi yasadik. Bu nedenle ev sahibine tesekkur ederim. Gonul rahatligiyla bir sonraki seyahatimizde de gelmek isteriz.

We stayed six nights at this apartment in Güzelyalı, Izmir, and had a very good experience. The host, Çağdaş, contacted us before arrival, met us in person, kindly helped with our luggage, and walked us through the apartment, explaining everything clearly. He was friendly, helpful, and accommodative throughout. Check-in was smooth. The apartment was just like the listing—clean, well-kept, and fully functional. The sea view was unobstructed and a highlight of the stay. The space was well arranged and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location is convenient, close to public transport, and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, shops, and a mall. The area felt safe and active. Communication with Çağdaş was easy, and he replied quickly when needed. He also offered some great local tips for restaurants and tours. I recommend this place and would stay again.

Ev gerçekten çok güzel bir manzaraya sahip. Apartmanın önünde cafe ve restoranlar var. Ev gerçekten çok temizdi ve ilanda belirtilen her şey eksiksiz olarak vardı. Ev sahipleri çok ilgiliydi ve her sorumuza hızlı geriş dönüş yaptılar. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim…

My family stayed at Ahmet's place for 2 nights and the space exceeded our expectations. There was everything one needed in an apartment- clean linen, bath products, slippers, kitchen utensils, extra toiletries, cleaning products etc. Ahmet also very generously permitted us early check in and late check out. Parking is provided, check in instructions were clear and easy. Definitely recommend his place over others.

İf someone is looking for short time and budget friendly stay in İzmir, İ recommend this place. Bus passes nearby from location that takes you towards city center. The house owner Ercan is quite helping and very nice person. İ didn’t face any kind of issue there. Everything was same as mentioned in the description. The house was clean and quiet. The only thing that got misunderstood between us was that İ was expecting cooking facilities there to cook something. Overall, it was a good experience. İ recommend.

Tavsiye ediyorum düzenli temiz kendi evimde gibi konakladım. İhtiyacımız olacak her şey evde mevcuttu, her imkan çalışır ve işe yarar vaziyetteydi giriş çıkışta çok pratikti. Fiyat performans . Utku beye soru sormak için ulaştığımızda hemen iletişim kurabildik. 2. günümüzde nasıl geçtiğini sorunumuz olup olmadığınıda sordular gayet güvenli ve iyi bir konaklamaydı bizim için izmire geldikçe tercih edebiliriz.

Cemil bey gerçekten cok ilgiliydi ve oda temiz ve anlatıldığı gibiydi bir daha ki sefere tekrar burada kalmayı düşünüyorum
