I recently had the pleasure of staying in the penthouse, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the sheer elegance and sophistication of the space. The place was just amazing. It had a view like no airbnb has and one of the finest buildings in karachi with high security. No issues while checking in and yes this place does have kitchen and all necessities its just not shown in pictures so don’t worry guys it’s a proper place to live in. Asad bhai was responsive and only had issues with cleaning but i came late everyday from work as this was a business trip so cant complain. I am just happy asad bhai didn’t get a heart attack after seeing the garbage coming out of dustbin hahaha.

Sana is an amazing host. She is cordial and responds immediately to any issues that may arise during the stay. The apartment is adequately clean and is located in a commercial area with convenient access to grocery stores, breakfast places and lots of chai dhabas. The only inconvenience is that it is situated on the 3rd floor and the building is not served by a lift.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this place. The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Ishrat is a very responsive host, I was at his apartment for around 10 weeks.The apartment is new and have all the facilities available. The area is right in the center of karachi, Luckyone mall is 10 min by drive and National cricket stadium is 5 min away by car. The society of the apartment is gated so the area is pretty secure.

It's a hidden gem – quiet yet close to the city center, making it ideal for solo or family travelers. The host's attention to detail shines in the tasteful decor and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom is cozy with a comfy bed and impeccable cleanliness. Communication with the host was seamless, and they provided a helpful neighborhood guide. I highly recommend this Airbnb for its comfort, convenience, and charm. Looking forward to returning on my next visit.

Very responsive and extremely cooperative

We had a wonderful stay. Mahvish's place is everything an Airbnb should be. the apartment was really clean and linens and everything were sufficiently provided & clean. the kitchen was well supplied with the basics, and things like soap, a couple bottles of water etc. were also provided. the location was very convenient as well. the apartment is located on a walkable street with lots of grocery options and a variety of shops. apartment is really peaceful and tastefully decorated - we can't recommend it enough! A parking garage is also available if you have a car

it was a short stay but really felt very comfortable and secure with privacy, whole place is clean, decorated, very attractive and more than as shown in pictures, extra towel, tissues, soaps, hand wash, cleaning material and trash bags were there to use. Dealing with mobin was very good, he is very kind and responsive, not a tipical type of owner who tease on every small things, I really recommend if you people have family visit in future, I will definitely use this place whenever is needed.
