An absolute dream spot on 200 acres of exclusive parkland next to the lake with giraffe and zebra’s walking through your garden. The cottage is utterly charming. Old school rustic but made beautifully comfortable by a doting team. The home made food delivered to the cottage was some of the best we have eaten in Kenya. A truly hidden gem. Can’t rate this place highly enough.

In the pictures looked like one room but there is a whole house! Lots of space and very clean. Great place to stay while you are in Navaisha for business or exploring the surroundings. Patricia is responsive and helpful.

This place exceeded our expectations—it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures! The lake view is absolutely breathtaking, with hippos right in front of the house and plenty of wildlife in the surroundings. The staff was outstanding, and the chef prepared delicious meals for us every day. We highly recommend this place.

Spacious and beautifully decorated home. We were very comfortable and Virginiah took good care of us. Easily accessible by car to restaurants and lodges.

Millie was such a wonderful host and the house was perfect. I stayed there with my fiancee and we had an amazing time! Cannot recommend this house more for either a couple or family, it had everything we needed for a great trip. It's really conveniently located on near South Lake Road and checkin was quick and easy. Such a great house!

I highly recommend Sarah she is a great host ,and I liked the fact that she was great at communicating. Her place is very nice, super clean and very comfortable.

I had one night stay at the place, i was apprehensive when i reached the place due to proximity to village but the place was very well maintained. It was well furnished with great aesthetics. It had all the required facilities one can imagine. Excellent value for money.

Winrose is an amazing and kind host. She was prompt in communicating and responding and made me feel at home. The space is all you need and is in close proximity to the city and the lake side

The house is amazing. It’s so beautiful. The plants are nicely grown and the gardener coming ever to take care of them. The staffs are very kindly and very helpful. And we can see some small wild animals like marmotinis jumping around. But this stay we are so busy with the race so we nearly have time to enjoy it. Next time we will come for it and have a good trip for sure.

We had a very nice stay at the lodge from Eunice. We came came with 4 adults, a baby and 2 dogs. There was so much space for the dogs to run and for the baby to play. The accommodation was really well equipped for our group. And the last night, we got even a visit from a hippo. Super nice! Thanks Eunice, for your hospitality. And thanks Rose, for preparing the accommodation. We hope to see you again!

My friends and I ushered in 2025 here. It was a really good place with amazing views of fireworks. The bonfire was always lit and the jacuzzi always hot! Not ideal for more than 4 couples though (unless you don’t mind being in each other’s space). The chef did a fantastic job! 👌

Great place to explore Naivasha and Mt Longonot. The house and the area are amazing, and very quiet. This is a great place to disconnect if you are coming from busy Nairobi. The house has everything you need to spent few days and relax

We had such a wonderful stay at Emara Cottage! It’s the perfect weekend getaway, set in the most breathtaking surroundings. The cottage and rondavel suited our family perfectly, providing both comfort and charm. A big bonus for us was the airstrip within walking distance, making our trip even more convenient. Thank you for a truly lovely stay—we will most definitely be back!

It’s a lovely cottage, privately located right at the lake. The kitchen is well equipped and there was a housekeeper available around the compound to respond to all our inquiries. There was a slight miscommunication upon arrival but everything was sorted relatively easily. It’s a really romantic, private space, still close to Hells Gate, Longonot, and the Crater Lake hike (last activity we can really recommend). We felt the accommodation was a bit pricey for its size, but this may also have been due to our late booking just before the Naivasha Rally weekend. All in all we would love to come back next time.

We have a lovely short stay at Ruth's, wish it was longer! Great location for going to Hell's Gate, etc.
