the whole stay was great; the area is centered, and there is easy access to all the restaurants; you can go by taxi or 5-7 minutes by tram, which is great. The apartment is very clean and extremely warm, which is not typical of Istanbul. The only noticeable lowlight is that it might be noisy to sleep in the guest room (second room, not primary bedroom), but we got used to it fast, so no problem with sleep. I def. recommend!

excellent location and great host. I think the some of the comments are not fair for this location. the location is unbeatable. 5 min to any major destination. a lot of great shops and restaurants around to visit. Comments about the noise, I sleep very light so i wake up very easy. I stayed there 5 days and did not have any noise issue. Yes the shower is small. But i did not feel any issue with that.

I booked this for my husband and daughter who had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, in a very authentic neighbourhood, walkable to the main attractions and metro station, and it felt very safe. The apartment was as described, cosy and comfortable, with a warm living area and comfortable beds. Eyup's communication was great, he was very friendly and helpful, always available but never intrusive. Would definitely recommend!

Cost-effective and convenient. The house is exactly as on the photos and it's locations is extremely close to public transportation. Sometimes, there is a mild unpleasant smell but it's nothing to worry about. This is an overall decent experience.

Fatih harika bir insan. Gerçekten bize her konuda çok iyi yardımcı oldu. İletişimi çok güzel her zaman hızlı dönüşler yaptı. Mekan gerçekten çok iyiydi konum olarak şehrin neredeyse tam merkezinde 15 dakika yürüme mesafesi ile Galata Kulesi‘ne taksim’e bir çok yere erişim sağlayabiliyorsunuz kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim ve bir sonraki seyahatlerimde arayacağım ilk kişi Fatih bey 🍀🙏☺️
