Away from the hustle and bustle from central Denpasar. Great opportunity to experience the life of the locals. The host is very responsive and helpful. Grab and Gojek will find it easily and it's not too bad to go the hot spots of the island. The place has a kitchen if you prefer or need to cook. It was a good cost benefit ratio.

A lovely room in the heart of Ubud. So easy to be able to walk to everything from the room. The family were so friendly and the staff were very helpful. We stayed for 2 nights here and was the perfect place. We also arranged the mount Batur tour through Agung which was great, all planned and booked for us for the next day at short notice for a really reasonable price.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful home, and I truly couldn’t have asked for more. First and foremost: Hermanto is a rare gem of a host. Incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful – always available, always warm-hearted. He even supported me in a difficult situation that went far beyond his responsibilities as a host. That kind of care and generosity is something you don't forget. 🙏 The house itself is a dream. It has absolutely everything you need and so much more. It’s peaceful and quiet – even though you’re right in the middle of it all, it feels like you're in your own private jungle oasis. Surrounded by lush greenery, you get that tropical, serene Bali vibe that’s hard to find elsewhere. The neighbors are kind, the entire team is lovely and attentive, and the whole atmosphere is just relaxed and healing. I felt safe, seen, and truly at home here. We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation. Everything was perfect ! The accommodation is very cozy and clean. Big favorite for the location in the middle of the rice fields which offers moments of calm and serenity outside the traffic of Ubud There are also very good restaurants close to the accommodation with really low prices

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen met een welkomstdrankje. Duidelijk uitleg gekregen over de villa. Het was een erg mooi en rustige omgeving tissen de rijstvelden en natuur. Hier moet je rekening mee houden, maar dit staat al duidelijk in de omschrijving van de villa. Wij hebben hier heerlijk overnacht. We doen het graag weer over!

We stayed at Ross’ place for 3 nights over Nyepi and it ended up being the perfect place for that. The Airbnb is far enough away from the busy streets that you truly feel like your away from it all, but still just a 14-20 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the shops and market in front of the Ubud Palace. This was a beautiful and relaxing stay and I would highly recommend it and would love to stay again.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! Our experience at this villa was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. While there was a bit of a walk from the drop-off point, the staff was ready to greet us, assist with our bags, and escort us to the villa. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and we especially appreciated that two of the three bathrooms were outdoors—perfect for rinsing off after a swim without tracking water through the house. The pool was a great size, providing both entertainment and relaxation. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day, and overall, the villa offered a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely return! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Without a doubt the cabins offer the most beautiful view I have ever seen. The environment is so peaceful and quiet; you really come to rest here. Nyoman and Titha are really nice people and always available to help out. Breakfast was also very nice!

Jane is simply the best ! The spot is comfortable and spotless. It has all the European amenities in a remote corner of Bali. Jane was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She gave us great food recommendations and was flexible with check in and check out times (which was amazing because we had issues with transportation on both). The pets are also wonderful, a cute turtle and a polite dog made the stay extra special. Thank you 😊

I loved this accommodation. It’s like a cute escape from the outside. The garden was stunning. And you also have everything that you need around you, good restaurants etc. Beach was also not too far away. Can recommend definitely:)

Dewa’s villa was absolutely beautiful, just like the photos! Check-in was smooth and easy, with friendly staff who gave us a super helpful booklet full of things to do in Ubud. The villa itself was spotless, and the bed was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The peaceful setting, overlooking the rice fields, made it feel like a little slice of paradise. Dewa and his team were so welcoming, accommodating, and easy to communicate with, they really made us feel at home. Dewa’s restaurant just next door provided lovely home cooked food with Indonesian and English cuisine. The taxi service provided to the airport was an extra help without the faff! There was also a scooter with 2 helmets provided, although I wasn’t able to use this due to not having a license I can imagine it would be so helpful to those to do.

My wife and I had an amazing honeymoon at Villa Samadhi. It was even better than we imagined! The place is like a dream come true. The location is perfect - near the beach with great restaurants, but far from the noise of traffic. Sofia, our host, was incredible. She was so friendly and welcoming, and her smile made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend staying here for a truly memorable experience. Thanks a lot Sofia for such a wonderful experience.

However, the entrance and yard could be improved—keeping it clutter-free and more inviting would enhance the holiday vibe for guests. Made is a fantastic host—super friendly and very responsive. We stayed at this house for a month and loved its remote location, away from traffic. As mentioned in the listing, geckos live on the ceilings, helping keep flies away. We got used to them quickly, though we had to clean up after them occasionally and they might make some noises from time to time. Since the house is near rice fields with lots of vegetation, insects, frogs, and spiders sometimes made their way inside. The pool, just three meters from the bedroom, was a big bonus, it was also regularly cleaned by local staff. The air was fresh, the surroundings peaceful, and the internet was fast enough for video calls, despite occasional freezes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were really sad to leave. If you’re looking to escape routine and experience Ubud’s authentic vibes, I highly recommend this place!

Ketut was an excellent host. He lives within walking distance and was able to answer messages with a short time. We arranged a driver to take us to our next destination but cancelled on us, Ketut volunteered and to took us to our next destination, which was an hour and half driving. Not to mention the breakfast was super.

A great villa located right in the centre of Seminyak close to the beach and popular spots. La Favela is only a 5 minute walk down the road! We loved the pool and quiet, private space. Would definitely stay again.
