Comfy and clean, had everything we needed for a great 2 night stay. Well stocked kitchen and the kids were impressed with the size of the TV! Easy access to the city for all the attractions and places to eat - The Best Cafe was a great find for gluten free fish and chips! Thanks for having us :)

Extremely convenient location right in the middle of Dunedin. Lovely to be there during the holiday season for shopping and festive atmosphere. This was our second multi-week stay at this property and we highly recommend it.

The apartment was very clean with new furniture and new kitchen/bathroom, which was fantastic. The walk wasn't as 'flat' as I thought it would be (I guess it's all relative though, especially in hilly Dunedin!). The description of a fully stocked kitchen 'to ensure the comforts of home' was a little bit inaccurate as there was not much other than tea, coffee, sugar (for example, no paper towels, no plastic storage containers etc). The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable for my family of 4, however the sofa was only big enough for 2 adults. It was missing some finishing touches like a rug in the living area, cushions, throw blankets, hall stands etc. All that said, it was a nice apartment, just not as cosy or homely as some of the others I've stayed in while in NZ.

We had a great stay in Dunedin thank you. It was very easy to walk into town and place was large enough to have a few people stay. I would recommend this place if you are visiting the area

Christine’s place was excellent for us, convenient for getting to our locations. No parking at the location, but easy enough to park on the street. Christine was very nice, we didn’t need anything from her but it would have been easy if we had.

We have a excellent experience in the house. The house is quiet and tidy. House keeper Jana prepared the delicious chocolate. we really love it！ The kitchen is very convenient for cooking. the bed is very soft and all instructions when checking is clear to follow up！ thanks.

We had a fabulous stay at Jo & Jeff's place, it was perfect space. A great location and facilities. The bed linen and towels were very high quality, the kitchen was well equipped and the location unbeatable. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

An older home with very large bedrooms and has everything that you might need for short or extended stay. House was very clean and tidy with private parking. Only issue is the single shower which is very small and on the ground floor. If visiting Dunedin again we would definitely consider booking.

Very nice and very large home, walking distance to town, public gardens, museum. Nice bathroom, very functional kitchen, comfortable bed. Washer/ dryer were very handy for us to wash a few things.

Very comfortable beds and had everything we needed. It was quiet and lovely. Our children enjoyed the books and toys they had.

Again we were not disappointed staying at Geraldines place. This is the 4th time we have stayed here, this place is perfect for our family.

Neil’s place was great, exactly as it looked in the photos. The location is great, easy walking distance to shops & eateries particularly those in and around the Octagon. Neil’s instructions were clear & he was very responsive to our messages.

The apartment was close to the Centre. It was a short bus ride. Everything was pretty much walkable to the major attractions.

Threave house is a wonderful place to stay in central Dunedin. This historic Hose was converted into flats a long time ago, and the one I stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. Dunedin is well know for its historic architecture. Threave house is a well preserved part of that history. The bus runs frequently and is right there. Or, a 15 minute walk will get you to the octagon and the heart of the cbd. And if you have a car there is plenty of street parking adjacent to the house. Great experience. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay. Felt like a step back in time. Very old victorian goth style house but kept in pristine condition. Rooms were cold as expected from a home of its age, but nothing to complain about. Heat pump and electric blanket were a perfect fix. Stunning view from the room, especially watching the sun rise.
