Odličan smještaj, čisto i uredno, predivan pogled na jezero. Vrhunski domaćini, uvijek na usluzi. Dolazimo opet sigurno! Topla preporuka svima!

Le logement de Sanja est très bien situé avec des places de parking gratuites juste en bas de l’immeuble, pratique. L’appartement est très sympathique, bien équipé et correspondait totalement à la description et aux photos de l’annonce. En plus de la très bonne communication avec Sanja, notre hôte est très gentille, l’heure d’arrivée a été flexible, de nombreuses recommandations nous ont été proposées et des boisons, ainsi que des fruits nous ont été offerts à notre arrivée. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, je recommande !

Estuvimos muy bien y Robert estuvo muy pendiente de que todo fuera perfecto. Muy recomendable. Muy buena opción si se quiere visitar los lagos Plitvice ya que está solo a 30 min en coche.

Apartman je bio iznimno čist i moderno opremljen te je imao sve potrebne sadržaje. Lokacija je mirna, uz rijeku i savršena za odmor izvan grada. Rado ćemo se vratiti :)

Wir waren zu fünft für eine Nacht bei Iva zu Gast. Es war so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Sehr einladend. Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, könnten wir nicht viel von der Umgebung sehen. Direkt unter dem Haus befindet sich aber ein Campingplatz und ein angrenzender See. Im Sommer waren deshalb ein paar Mücken im Haus. Was aber nicht allzu tragisch war. Sehr einladend und zum empfehlen.

Hiša res zelo blizu reke Kolpe, cca 150 m do skoraj zasebne plaže, z lepim dostopom do vode. V hiši je vse, kar potrebujete, ima manjše pomanjkljivosti, vendar niso zelo moteče. Lahko smo celo uporabljali čoln. Na počitnicah smo se imeli krasno in absolutno priporočamo to nastanitev.Upam, da bomo sem še lahko prišli.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa! The location was great to walk to the beach and resturants in the area. Plus, good location to travel north or south for day trips. We rented a car but we could have walked to harbor and taken the water taxi into Dubrovnik or Cavtat. The beach was lovely - clear, clean water for swimming and water sports. Hosts were very friendly! Slept great on all the beds - nice linens provided. The villa was perfect size/spacious for our family of 5 (parents and 3 adult children). The kitchen is well equiped, some basics were provided to start our stay (including coffee and filters!!). Loved the pool (used every day) and terrace areas.

Haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Valentina war sehr freundlich und hat uns beim Check in Herzlich mit ihrer Tochter empfangen und gleich alles erklärt und gezeigt. Es gab auch ein Kanu, welches wir nutzen durften. Der Fluss war richtig angenehm und es gab viele Stellen die nicht sehr tief waren, perfekt für kleinere Kinder. Valentina hat sich auch manchmal erkundigt, ob wohl alles in Ordnung ist. Das Häuschen ist zwar nicht das Größte, aber es ist alles da, was man für 4 Personen braucht. Einfach ein wunderschöner, ruhiger Ort, fernab von den ganzen Touristenmengen. Beim Check out bekam unsere kleine Tochter von ihr ein Stofftier, worüber sie sich sehr gefreut hat. Also wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Gute Unterkunft. Nette Gastgeber mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Gute Tipps zum Essen gehen. Ca. 30 min. bis zu den Plitvicer Seen.

The apartment was exactly as described, modern and very comfortable. The hosts were very nice people, helpful and very friendly. The nature was beautiful, very nice dock for swimming a 2 minute walk away. We will be coming back:)

Lovely house with even lovelier hosts. The inside of the house is clean and well-designed. The outside has an amazing view and situated in a quiet town that still has all the necessities you would need. The surrounding area is quite beautiful. I 100% plan on coming back!

Wurden in Damir‘s Reich freundlich Empfangen. Kurze, verständliche Einweisung und Orte zum Essen, Verweilen und Einkaufen wurden uns gesagt. Es ist alles da, was ein Airbnb beinhalten muß. Wenn es der Anlass zuläßt, werden wir wieder dort Absteigen. Danke Damir, für Deine Unterkunft.

Kucica jako lijepa, uredna i cista, osjecate se kao doma, bilo nam je dosta toplo, imali sve sto nam je potrebno, ukljucen rostilj , okolina mirna i prigodna za setnje, uz to se vidi rijeka Kupa te se ljeti mozete i provozati camcom. 20 minuta od kucice mozete posjetiti i akvarij te cevabdzinicu Behar. Sve preporuke! 💙

We really enjoyed this place! It had great access to Plitvice national park through the little known 3rd entrance. The host gave us a recommended route to walk the afternoon we got in before we entered the park the following morning. The food was great and very cozy on the small inn.

What a perfect place to stay especially when visiting the national park. We were welcomed with such warmth. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean and the food was an unexpected highlight. We will be talking about our dinner and breakfast feast for a long time to come. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely beautiful property with flowers galore and expansive country setting with sheep roaming the hillside! The rooms were lovely and nicely appointed. The onsite dinner was fantastic as well as a bountiful breakfast. They even gave us baggies to make a sandwich to take for lunch in the park. Great location within walking distance to park entrance #3, which is less crowded and puts you right between the upper and lower sections of the park.

Fantastisch pension. Schone bedden, airco, heel fijn. Het diner is geweldig. Er wordt voor iedereen het zelfde gekookt. Heerlijk! Het pension ligt op loopafstand van de meren. Wat echt een aanrader is. Prachtig
