This is the fifth time we have stayed here. Host is very friendly and helpful. It has what we need for our stay. Catholic Church, food shops and restaurants close by. Main road is close (less than 10 minutes on foot for getting auto-rikshaws). Town centre is about 15 minutes away by rik from main road.

My family and I arrived at Mohit's place after a grueling 22 hour journey and immediately felt at home. He was there to welcome us, offer us a cup of tea and give us his cleaner's contact details. He was extremely responsive - when I found that the freezer wasn't defrosting properly, he promptly got a new fridge. If I messaged him about the cleaning, he immediately coordinated with the helper. The house too went beyond our expectations. Each room is tastefully decorated with comfortable rugs and chairs. Linens and towels were changed regularly, without my prompting. The living space is large and great for a family. He offered us the services of a cook as well, and although I didn't need it, it was good to have options in case I didn't want to cook. The area is quiet and private as well, while being 5 minutes away from the Sarjapur main road. Full marks to the host for creating an welcoming oasis!

Its a good property, surrounded by corporates. Other amenities like gym and swimming pool are not for guests.

An exceptional stay in heart of Mangalore. The 3bh apartment is very well maintained and decorated. This is a great place for families to stay very close of centre of Mangalore. Having a washer was an added advantage. Rajat was a great host and always available with local recomendations or any other help. Check-in/out was also very smooth with the caretaker making sure he was around when we reached.

It is a very peaceful place. The room had all the required amenities as listed . Host has been responsive and helpful.

Ambience was awesome. Everything was well-instructed and neat & clean. Locality was also serene. Even local market is within 1-2 km range.

Excellent Host and a great human being. I came for treatment with my wife. Mr Vivek has helped us with everything we need. Being from Tanzania we had difficulty in knowing the places in Bangalore.He has gone a level ahead in helping. The house is also fully furnished and has all the amenities needed for a great stay.I'm booking again.

I had a comfortable stay. The description was matching with the place with all amenities for usage. Finding this place is also fairly easy, it's around 700m from prakash Nagar metro station. Good option for those looking for stay near Begumpet.

La sua casa è perfetta sia per corti che per lunghi soggiorni, è fornita di tutto quanto il necessario, gestibile tramite una comoda applicazione tramite il proprio Smart phone. Nelle vicinanze c’è un supermarket, una palestra e il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. La zona è tranquilla e non interessata dal traffico tipico di bagalore. Comoda anche per chi lavora presso il vicino ospedale. La consiglio veramente.

The property is as good as it’s shown on photos, the interiors were good and the host was very responsive irrespective of the time and also he agreed to get us a early check in and late check out and we’re quite impressed with that move of host, the place was easy to navigate with no troubles and it’s definitely the peaceful place and there were all types of OTT’S that have been available on the TV

Our family including 2 kids travelled to mangalore for a short trip, we had a late check in but Preeti helped us, her parents greeted us with smile n even offered my kids some biscuits as they were hungry! The rooms are spacious n bathrooms are clean. All rooms have ac n geysers. There was a kitchen with fridge n microwave n stove for basic heating things. House is in first floor n has a lift. There is a nearby South Indian restaurant for quick bf before heading out to explore things. Beach is about 20 minutes drive

Host is always approachable any time for any help or needs. Had good time with my stay in the place and especially with all essential kitchen amenities available for cooking at stay.
