Amina is an amazing host! I stayed at a smaller flat which was great but this one was even better and much more space. Again, her team is amazing! There isn’t anything that I have requested that wasn’t handled from something as simple as the trash or as complex as the generator. Speaking of which, the electricity here is the biggest bonus of all! Nigeria suffers from power outages BUT not at Amina’s. Being an American who isn’t used to the heat, I thoroughly enjoyed the air conditioning system being able to run all hours. Thanks Amina for just being a wonderful human and the same to your team. We will definitely be back!

We were warmly welcomed into the apartment, which proved to be not only comfortable but also well maintained. We loved having breakfast in the mornings and relaxing in the evenings in the gazebo. We strolled through the mini garden, relishing the serene atmosphere and admired the array of exquisite plants.

WOW, WOW, WOW. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! If you are looking for a place that is beautiful, clean, in central Abuja, quiet, peaceful and EVERYTHING you and your family want, you NEED! to stay at this place. The house comes with a House manager and a house chef (Chef Martins). The house was sooo clean, the foood?? Oh my goodness!! We were fed silly!! Such good people that own and manage this house. If you hesitate for whatever reason and go with another place, I promise you, you will regret it in comparison to the peace of mind and experience you will experience at Raynald's place. This property is meant to be booked ALL YEAR ROUND for their impeccable service!! Raynald, thank you so much. You made my life and that of my friends lives so easy by having this property. Our stay here was splendid. Very clean, very professional staff, this place exceeded all expectations , my family felt very comfortable and didn’t want to go leave . I had the pleasure of meeting the amazing host and spouse , I can honestly say their heart is in this , their passion and drive for customer service satisfaction is top notch I will definitely be staying with them wherever I visit Abuja , I absolutely recommend this place .

Thanks Glory for going above and beyond in hosting. Your home is peaceful and quiet. I'd add that there is not much to do in the immediate environment but ofcourse that is not your fault in any way.

It was a very quiet place, safe and private. Constant electricity supply from normal electricity to solar to a standby generator, we always had electricity. We enjoyed the pool which was cleaned every morning before woke up(it felt as if there was a house weld in the compound but we hardly ever saw him. There is a grocery shop in the estate (10mins walk). Bashir was always helpful and swift with his response. We loved the place and would recommend this house.

Very high value for money. Nice location with all relevant shops nearby and easy access to the rest of the city. The home is clean and the inside is very well maintained and modern, and very fast and competent help is continuously provided and you feel that you are very welcome. For those who want something practical that works with a primary function as accommodation, this is perfect.
