Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım! Ev son derece temiz ve düzenliydi, kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Ev sahibi iletişim konusunda oldukça ilgiliydi ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Genel olarak beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir konaklamaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Fotoğraflar gerçekte göründüğü gibiydi ve Şeyma Hanım bir sorunumuz olduğunda hızlı ve etkili ilgilendi. Gönül rahatlıyla konaklaya bilirsiniz.

Georgia’s place was in a fantastic location to walk to all the local highlights in old town Istanbul and even over the bridges to the newer town. It was a safe and quiet neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants close by. The house was large, and had just what we needed for our stay and was a welcome break from hotels. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions we had.

The most comfy beds, despite being so central -nice and quiet. Amazing water pressure. House nice and warm. Great bars, restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes. Omer was proactive and a great communicator about the local protests which we had no idea about. Appreciated the coffee left for us. Simple check in with keys. Downstairs toilet didn’t flush and Omer fixed it ASAP. Great value for money and would 100% stay again. Thank you Omer 💕

This was a perfect base for our four night stay in Istanbul. Grischa and Sergey have taken care to make things in the house comfortable for their guests. We were two friends and so had a bedroom and en suite each, and had lots of room. The place is also quite stylish and unique, spread over three floors. The house is in a really great location with cafes and restaurants and quirky shops all around, while also being quiet enough at night to sleep well. A five min stroll down to Tophane tram stop makes it easy to reach many of the main sites. I recommend wandering north up Cuca Cuma Cd to explore the local area more and to get lost in the local streets. We were very happy with the house itself, and my friend says she'd definitely stay here again. There are some things out host can't control such as the 'art installation' (furniture graveyard) out the back, but it's easy to ignore. Choose this place if you want to be comfortable and well located.

Don't miss out on this fab place! Stunning location in beautiful old building and huge private terrace with the best view ever; awesome! Everything in walking distance, and still the street is quiet. The apartment itself is big, plenty of chairs, armchairs and sofa. Beds big and comfy, seperate second toilet very useful. Perfect for a family of four or close friends, as second bed is separated from living room by a curtain only. Communication couldn't be better! Fast and helpful! They provide the rechargable metro card! Beware the stairs, 5th floor in an old building is quite a hike, but it's worth it!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber in einer sehr guten Lage. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Das Einzige Problem, das ich mit dieser Unterkunft hatte, war der Parkplatz. Aber trotzdem das ist sehr empfindlich.

great place to stay. lots of space, the bedroom is massive! Super responsive host, very helpful. the views at the top of the street are stunning. 30 min walk into town or a 10 min walk into the bars and restaurants nearby. there is also a shop a few doors down which is very useful. would defo stay here again.

Great for a couple, just 2 minutes away from Istiklal street and 5 minutes away from Galata Tower. Many places to eat and bars around. Just have in mind that streets are steep, I do not recommend to people with mobility problems.

I had a fabulous week at Ugur's place. I liked the cozy little apartment that was like an eagle's nest above the roofs of Istanbul. The place was very quiet considering being so close to the main street İstiklal. Most of the places I wanted to see (Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Galaton Bridge etc) where easy to reach by foot, when you love a bit of walking. Ugur was very proactive and provided me with addresses of restaurants nearby. You must definitively try the Turkish breakfast at Van Kahvalti. Going to Istanbul in low season is advantage but be prepared that it may a bit colder than that you would expect. So bring warm clothes (like I did) and you will be fine. I had a chance to be there when Ramadan ended, well that night was a bit on the louder side. I highly recommend this place and Ugur is an exemplary host and wanted the best for me. Thanks Ugur!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Volkan. Arrivée tardive due à notre horaire d’avion, nous avons été très bien accueilli malgré l’heure tardive par notre hôte. Le logement est idéalement placé. Il correspond en tout point à la description de airbnb. Merci encore à notre hôte d’avoir rendu notre séjour idéal. Nous reviendrons.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

Perfect verblijf gehad hier met 10 man, familie vanuit 4 landen. Schoon. Fijn zwembad. Fijne kamers met goede bedden en kussens. Mooie witte handdoeken ruim aanwezig. Stoffen badslippers voor iedereen. Wasmachine met waspoeder, droogrek. Geen theedoeken aanwezig. Contact met host is goed, heel gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het terrein van meerdere huizen is met een poort gesloten waar je de sleutel van krijgt. Het is wel afgelegen en half uur rijden van vliegveld Sabiha en 1 uur van International vliegveld IST dus een auto is wel nodig. Het ligt aan een zandweg. Er is een supermarkt in het dorp waar je heen kunt lopen en je kunt er ook met pin betalen. Oja je moet wel een trap op om in het huis te komen. Er is wel een slaapkamer met badkamer op de begane grond. 

Rezervasyon ânından çıkışa kadar herşey harikaydı. Fırat bey çok iyi bir evsahibi, çalışanlar bir o kadar ilgiliydi. Ev de ihtiyacınız olacak tüm detaylar düşünülmüş. Herşey için çok teşekkürler

We loved the view and the house. We had such a great time at the house. Our parents were visiting us and they had such a nice istanbul experience. It was great for the crowded family. The house had everything you would need. Such as every kitchen supply, hair dryer and cottons in every bathroom. Saeed was so nice and help-full, she was kind and sincere. We had such good time made some great memories.

Ozel bir gunumuz icin tutmustuk, artik bu ev de bizim icin ozel bir yer. Cok guzel anilar biriktirdik bastan sona cok guzel bir deneyimdi, ilgi ve nezaketiniz icin cok tesekkurler!

Very cool place to stay with friends, family. The owner is very friendly, we liked everything. The house is on the shore of the sea, very nice views.

It was a good experience. The team of sea view grand is very nice and professional. The area is wonderful, everything is just a walk away. We enjoyed our stay.
