깨끗하고 아름다운 숙소였습니다. 인테리어가 매우 훌륭하고 주방 조리기구 및 편의시설이 훌륭했습니다. 나가노에 스키여행으로 와서 하쿠바,묘코,시가고원등이 모두 차로 1시간 거리에 있어 아주 좋은 위치라고 생각 합니다.

Lovely home and decor, we really enjoyed our stay. Two things I wished it had: 1. proper gaurds along staircase and second floor corridor as the wide gaps on the railing means a baby / small child could easily fall through, so we had to keep a close eye on our baby at all times; and 2. a dishwasher would have been very much appreciated!

We don’t know where to start, our stay at Masaya’s place has been amazing. Masaya was very responsive, communicative and supportive. Even when we had a medical issue he was so supportive. As we were traveling with our young kids he clearly understood that that is not easy and went above and beyond. The apartment is fully equipped with all you can need, carefully designed, modern and almost in pristine shape. Really feels like home. The location is perfect towards all the restaurants, cafes, “frog street”, the Aeon Mall and the castle on walking distance. Don’t think, just book..!

Cherry’s place was incredibly comfortable, and it’s clear she’s a highly experienced host who truly cares about her guests’ experience. The location was excellent, especially for families looking to visit the nearby train park or enjoy skiing at Karuizawa. We loved how conducive the well-stocked kitchen was for cooking, and we ended up preparing several meals during our stay. Cherry’s responsiveness was truly commendable. When we discovered that the humidifier wasn’t working due to damage by a previous guest, she quickly arranged for a replacement through Amazon. If there’s one area for improvement, we’d suggest looking into the electrical system. Using air-conditioners on heating mode while running the washing machine on drying mode would trip the system, causing a blackout. This was a bit challenging in the cold winter months but didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the house. It’s a lovely home, and we left with wonderful memories. Thank you, Cherry!!

Masuda-san was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She responded promptly at check-in, sent helpful location links, and met us at the door to give a quick but thorough tour of the house. She went above and beyond by providing a baby bathtub for our infant and even buying strawberries for our kids. She also set out children’s books, which was a sweet touch. The house is in a great location—right across from a mall with restaurants, a grocery store, and shops. Matsumoto Castle and the shopping district are a short walk away. Inside, the home blends modern amenities (kitchenette, modern bath, coffee, etc.) with traditional Japanese charm. If you have energetic kids, note the delicate sliding paper doors and valuable artifacts. Masuda-san kindly moved breakables when she saw our 5-year-old. Also, the rooms are bright at night due to street lamps, so consider an eye mask if you’re light-sensitive.

急な予約でしたが、丁寧な対応して頂き、とても助かりました。 お部屋も広くて、綺麗で1泊でしたが、ゆっくり過ごせました！

清潔感がありくつろげました。対応もレスポンス良く、分かりやすかったです。立地も静かでありながら利便性も良かったです。入室直後から部屋が暖かく、助かりました。大変お世話になりました。

The house is great but the road to get in is a bit narrow, so be careful if you are driving large car when the car turns.

完全プライベート空間で、部屋のデザインもおしゃれで最高でした！特にサウナが素晴らしく、贅沢なリラックスタイムを満喫出来ました！静かで落ち着いた雰囲気の中、自分だけの時間を楽しめる理想的な宿泊体験でした。

部屋は清潔ですごしやすく、大きな窓から見える景色も最高でした。

Amazing host, friendly and super responsive. He checked available restaurants and booked seats for us when we had trouble finding an open one! The property is peaceful and gorgeous, and it has all kinds of amenities, way more than a usual Airbnb. Highly recommend and would certainly come again if in the area!

Enjoyed our stay of 4 couples and kids. Many rooms, good layout for hanging out and good appliances, hot water and heater.
