Жилье мне в целом очень понравилось – оно словно из Pinterest! Основной плюс – потрясающий вид из окна, который делает пребывание здесь незабываемым. Квартира оснащена всем необходимым: оборудованная кухня, два санузла, чистота и комфорт. Хозяин отзывчивый, быстро реагирует на запросы – даже предоставил второй комплект ключей по моей просьбе. Отдельно хочется отметить бесконтактное заселение, что очень удобно. Однако есть несколько минусов. Wi-Fi в квартире практически не работает – страницы не грузятся, пользоваться невозможно. Также крайне мало горячей воды: душ принять нереально, в кранах почти всегда холодная вода. Это может быть особенно важно зимой. Кроме того, в здании нет лифта, что стоит учитывать при бронировании (есть в описании, заранее не посмотрел). Несмотря на эти недостатки, проживание в квартире мне понравилось. Я с радостью вернусь сюда, если будут исправлены проблемы с горячей водой и интернетом. В таком случае я бы остался здесь даже на несколько месяцев.

Все понравилось, но было трудно найти, сайт привел нас к магазину, далее пришлось ждать пока нас проведут к отелю, который был в 2 мин. Было бы проще, если самим прийти в нужное место, без лишних волнений. Хозяину нужно давать инструкции, где четко описан адрес.

Amazing apartment right in the center of Kas. Spacious, full of light. The location is perfect — it's very easy to get anywhere from it. Restaurants are just a couple of minutes away, beach is 15 min away, supermarkets and bus station across the street, grocery shop righ beside. Probably the best located apartment in Kas i've been to. Before arriving I was a bit worried that there might be a smell of gasoline due to the gas station right under the windows, but there was no problem with it at all. Huge thanks to Seda, she is a truly super host. She and her husband were very helpful. We have asked for a few extra pieces of tablewhare and a couple of new lightbulbs, and Seda brought everything the very next morning — it helped to make out stay extra comfortable. Huge, huge thanks. Highly recommend.

Öncelikle ev sahiplerimiz Safiye ve Apo’ya misafirperverlikleri ve ilk andan son ana kadar bölge hakkındaki güzel tavsiyeleri için teşekkür ederiz 🌸 Ev tam olarak açıklamalarda anlatıldığı ve fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi, muhteşem güzellikte bir manzarası var her sabah bu kadar güzel bir manzaraya uyanmak konaklama deneyimimizin en güzel yanlarından sadece biriydi. Ev tertemizdi, mutfakta ihtiyaç duyulabilecek tüm eşyalar mevcuttu, detaylar incelikle düşünülmüş ve mükemmel bir dekorasyona sahipti. Biz kendimize ait araçla geldik, otopark konusunda bir sorun yaşamadık çarşıya ve denize inmek araçla bir kaç dakika sürüyor, araçsız olanlar için yürüyerek kısa yoldan ulaşım da varmış. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, mutlaka tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir ev ve herkese de içtenlikle tavsiye ederim.

Evin manzarası muhteşemdi.Evin lokasyonu heryere yakındı temizdi ve bir tatil evinde gerekli eşyalar mevcuttu.Huseyin bey çok ilgiliydi ve sorularımıza hızlı dönüş yaptı.Tek eksik yani üst katin tavanı biraz alcakti biz çok fazla kullanmadığımız için bizi etkilemedi . Tekrar tercih edermiyim kesinlikle evet

What a stunning spot!!! Gorgeous views, patio facing the sunset, beautiful pool, our very own personal sea access, private and quiet location, lovely kitchen and ample ample space for a large group. Hilary was a great host and made us feel welcome before we had even arrived. We will be back again!!

Die Villa ist wunderschön, ruhig und im Verhältnis zu anderen Unterkünften die wir gesehen haben einfach top ausgestattet. Man kann hier gut längere Zeit verbringen, auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick essen, grillen, Feuerschale machen, im Whirlpool chillen etc. Şeref war extrem freundlich und kam sofort wenn es irgendein Problem gab. Absolut empfehlenswert! Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell in der Stadt oder am Strand

Wir haben uns in Murats Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Toller Pool, schöne Aussicht..., gleich zu Fuß erreichbar ein gutes Lebensmittelgeschäft. Gerne wieder, 100% empfehlenswert

Wir verbrachten einen traumhaften Kurzurlaub in dieser besonders gepflegten Villa. Der Ausblick war wunderbar und man konnte wunderschöne Sonnenauf- und Untergänge betrachten. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und alles gut ausgestattet. Auch Askin und Okan ließen keinen Wunsch offen und waren jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. Danke für die schönen Tage 💖

If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

We’ve looked for years to find the perfect place to stay in Kalkan & for us this was it! Right in the heart of the old town within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants & quirky shops. It was lovely to arrive back after an amazing meal in one of the local restaurants & relax on the terrace before going to bed in one of the lovely comfy beds! The property was exactly like the pictures & there were many lovely touches. It was nice not having to shop on arrival as there were ingredients for breakfast, including bread, coffee & most importantly , wine ( not for breakfast 😂) We definitely hope to be back.

Ev sahibi Saime hanım ve ailesi mükemmel insanlar. öncelikle evin konumu harika, kalkan merkeze ve kaputaş plajına 5 dk mesafede. çok yakında zincir marketler de olduğu için her hangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Evin duşu, havuzu, jakuzisi herşeyi ile dört dörtlük. Havuzun düzenli olarak temizliği ve bakımı yapılıyor. Mangal için gereken tüm teçhizata sahip, mutfak malzemelerinde eksik yok, aradığınız her şey var. Fiyatı ise olağanüstü uygun. Burada konaklama yapmayı düşünenlere söyleyeceğim tek birşey var, izinlerinizi uzatabildiğiniz kadar uzatın çünkü bu evden ayrılmak istemeyeceksiniz. Saime hanım ve ailesine güzel ev sahipliği için çok teşekkür ederiz.

this was my 3rd time staying in this beautiful property. every time is perfect. wonderful central location, restaurants, harbour so close, my first choice for accommodation.

It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Très belle appartement plein pieds ideal pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge très très propre, on s'y est senti comme chez nous très bien équipé il ne manquer absolument rien du tout, tout est bien penser. calme, proche de la ville , plage, market superbe piscine je serais ravi de le relouer pour l'an prochain je tien a préciser un très bon accueil de la part des managers ils étaient très gentils et bien sur a l'écoute.

Wow what an incredible place! Our first time visiting Kalkan as a family of 5! Our 3 children absolutely loved the villa, the pool and Kalkan. The villa is located out of the way up the mountain side, a 15 minute walk into the town down very steep hills, easy to get a can back up at any time. The villa…. Wow what can I say, absolutely spotless, easy access and loads and loads of space. Such a perfect place and such great hosts. The host was so easy to contact if I required anything which was so good to rely on. I highly recommend this Beautiful villa in one of the most perfect places to visit in the world. Thank you so much for having us, we will defiantly be back in the future. P.s we had the most perfect days on a boat trip (the Falcan). We spent 6 hours or so stopping at certain islands for a swim and the most perfect lunch, it was truly a great experience. 2 excellent restaurants we ate at, the Berahamas I think, excellent steak dinner and the Doy Doy restaurant.

We had a pleasant stay at Hayri's place, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Hayri's warm and friendly welcome during check-in immediately made us feel at home. He took the time to give us a detailed tour of the house, which we appreciated. The location of the property was exactly as described in the listing. Having our own car made it convenient to explore the town and its surroundings. However, it's important to note that Hayri's place is situated in the elevated part of town. While this provides scenic views, it might require a bit of effort if you plan to walk back to the house, especially for those who prefer a flat terrain. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and we found the accommodation to be well-maintained. If you're looking for a welcoming host and don't mind the uphill walk, Hayri's place is a good choice for your stay.

Très beau logement conforme aux photos. Les équipements sont impeccables et notre arrivée dans les lieux a été parfaite (eau, fruits et petit déjeuner à disposition).
