Kaş : locations de vacances en bord de mer

House is great. It is very well equipped and clean. But the most important thing is the terrace and the view. It is even difficult to explain how beautiful the view from the house is. The area around is very quiet. You can hear only the sea and the birds (and in our case rain;). And the plants around… unbelieveble. The access to the rocky beach is an amazing thing. The beach seems to be shared with 2 other houses. It is true what other people wrote that some people don’t respect the fact that this is a private area and they are coming above the gate to catch fish. But it didn’t bother us at all. It was maybe 2-3 people per day, so not a crowd;). We loved it there and we already made a reservation for the next time.

Der Blick vom Balkon der oberen Etage über die Bucht, kleine Inseln und die Küste ist einfach atemberaubend. Dort könnte man den ganzen Tag verbringen. Für eine Abkühlung bietet sich der sehr schöne, große und saubere Pool an. Sehr von Vorteil ist natürlich, dass man das Auto direkt vor dem Apartmenthaus parken kann. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Keine bellenden Hunde, kein Verkehr, keine lauten Nachbarn. Man kann sich wirklich erholen. Gleichzeit fährt man nur fünf Minuten nach Kaş und auch alle anderen Ziele in der Umgebung sind sehr gut erreichbar. Zum Einkaufen können wir wärmstens den Supermarkt Muhtar empfehlen. Das Sortiment ist riesig, fast schon ein kleines Kaufhaus.

Muhtesem manzarali denize özel girisi olan bir villa. Evde genel olarak ihtiyac olan hersey var. Salim Bey güleryüzle karsiladi ve valizimize yardim etti. 2 günlük bir klima problemimiz disinda bir sorun yasamadik. Kalabalik aile olarak güzel bir hafta gecirdik. Ama gideceklerin bilmesi gereken bazi seyleri yazmak istiyorum. Iskeleye kadar 130 merdiven var, korkuluk yok, iskele merdivenleri cok pasli ve eski, acil onarima ihtiyac var (Çocuklu aileler için zor olabilir). Ayrica Cukurbag yarimadasi imkanlari kisitli bir bölge. Sadece iki kücük mini market var, online market hizmeti yok, yemek siparisini sadece bir iki restoran getiriyor, gideceklerin saglam bir alışveriş yapmasi şart.

Ev olarak çok güzeldi. Yeri de güzeldi ancak arabasız olanlar için merkeze biraz uzak. Kalırken çok memnumdum. Bir daha gelsem yine burada kalabilirim. Hem temiz hem fiyat performans hem genişti.

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege bei Erhan Bey für seine Gastfreundschaft/Informatiosbereitsschaft nochmal herzlich bedanken. Die Anlage ist die Perle in Kalkan, wir haben 2 wunderbare Oktoberwochen hier verbracht. Kalkan/Kaș bietet die Ideale Umgebung für eine 2 Wochen Urlaub. Viel Abwechslung wenn man wünscht. Besonders September/Oktober ist die schönste Zeit.

I stayed only two nights, but I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan. PLACE: The view is unbeatable, just gorgeous. The flat is rather small but beautiful, well-equipped and with all the amenities that you may need for a short or long stay. It's perfect for one or two people. The town is small so you are close to everything, 3 blocks from them main street, 10/15 min walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. There's a Migros 3 blocks away. The flat was very clean when I arrived. Towels are included. KITCHEN: Comfortable and very well-equipped, it even had a microwave and a filter coffee machine. The electric stoves worked perfectly. CHECK-IN: It was a bit hard to find the place at the beginning cause the Google Maps locations doesn't match it correctly, but Mustafa was very responsive and helpful. WI-FI: Worked smoothly and fast during my stay. HOST: Kind and polite, very responsive and helpful. Thanks for everything Mustafa, it was a pleasure!

Burcu’s apartment was the perfect place to relax from the craziness of Kas which was very busy most of the time. The short drive out to the peninsula was compensated by a million dollar view and the relaxing infinity edge pool. The space was clean and cool and comfortable. If we visit again would surely stay here. Thanks to Issa for making us feel at home and sorting out little issues.

We had a wonderful vacation in Kalkan and Kas this September and October. Deniz’s place is ideally located, just 200m from the sea and in the heart of Kalkan’s social scene, close to great restaurants, cafes, and shops. The house is spacious, with two bedrooms and large bathrooms on the lower floors, and a kitchen and balcony-patio with stunning bay views on the third floor. Evenings can be lively due to nearby rooftop terraces, but bedrooms on lower levels stay quiet. The house is clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, and the terrace is perfect for morning coffee. Deniz was a fantastic host—we highly recommend his place!

Die Suit ist wunderschön, sauber und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief immer freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist toll, es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. zur Stadt braucht man mit dem Auto ca 5 Minuten. Ein Auto ist auch empfehlenswert. Wir haben als Familie eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit dort verbracht.

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. We had an amazing time at the villa. Everything looked exactly if not better than the photos! The villa was super proper and clean, with everything you need (e.g. well-equipped kitchen). We felt right at home! The view from the villa was just breathtaking. The pool is very nice too and felt bigger than in the photos! Kalkan town center is walkable distance (15 min). Kalkan feels cosy, with great ambiance and restaurants! We highly recommend. The beach clubs around the villa are very nice too! We would also like to thank Shaina, who is an incredible host. Shaina is very responsive, she answered all our questions before and during the trip and shared her recommendations for the stay which we highly appreciated! Overall we highly recommend Shaina’s place! We enjoyed our time and hope to come back soon!

Mehmet is an exceptional host. Every single little detail was catered for. He even picked us up on arrival and took us back to Dalaman airport which was a massive help. And, on the way back he took us on a tour of some amazing ancient cites (Xanthos and Tlos), plus the Saklikent Canyon. We have been doing Air BNB for a long time and no one has hosted more diligently.

Berkay was a great host ! Always quick to respond to messages and allowed us for early check-in/late check-out which was really helpful due to our flight times . The location of the apartment is brilliant with being just a short walk away from Kalkan old town but not to much in the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.The views from the rooftop terrace where fabulous ,especially at night ! The apartment was clean & spacious with everything you need . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan and will surely be returning here myself. Thank you for a great stay !

This is a beautiful top floor unit with a panoramic view of the mountains and the bay of Kalkan. The apartment was in pristine condition and looked to have been recently remodeled. All furnishings, appliances and flooring appeared brand new. The patio was especially nice in the late afternoon and evenings to enjoy the sunset. The bedroom was spacious, with a bed large and comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculately clean and attractive with it's marble tiling. The location is also extremely convenient being just a few blocks away from the main street with numerous restaurants and shops. There is also an upscale grocery store along with a large cafe just a few blocks down the street from this building, which made it very easy to stock up on food and enjoy an afternoon coffee. If you arrive by bus, it is only a few minutes taxi ride to the building from the station Also very convenient.

The place was amazing! Great view, great villa :) highly recommend this stay. (There are also so many cute dogs and cats around).

Der Check in und Check out war einfach und ohne Probleme. Kommunikation war ebenso gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten es genießen. Ich hatte meine Flitterwochen da und kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Es war alles super!👍🏽

Güzel manzarası var. mutfak imkanı olduğu için manzaraya karşı güzel bir yemek keyfi yapabilirsiniz. seyahatte ihtiyaç duyduğunuz imkanları karşılıyor. merkeze 100m kadar uzakta. ayrıca aşağı sokaktan sağa doğru giderseniz sokak araları sahilleri ve antik tiyatro var.

Cengiz Beyin Evi beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Fiyat / Fayda performansı olağanüstü. Evin içerisi fotoğraflardan daha güzel. Güzel tasarlanmış ve kullanışlı. Ev mükemmel temizlikte. Es war eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer Traumhaften Aussicht. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus war bis ins kleinste Detail bedacht eingerichtet und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Ein Riesen Dankeschön an Lena und ihren Mann, die für alle Rückfragen immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.
