The villa was perfect for our group (7 adults). To have an infinity pool and our own platform into the sea was incredible. Loved everything about it.

This was our first destination in Turkey, we had a great time, we were looking for peace and quiet and this is what we found. The pool was great and the whole stay was relaxing and pleasant. We will definitely come back. Many thanks to Semsa and her lovely son.

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Yücel hat sich hier mit viel Liebe ein kleines Paradies geschaffen und wir durften für ein paar Tage ein Teil davon sein. Durch die offene Art und Gastfreundschaft von Yücel und seinen Freunden und nicht zuletzt die liebestollen Katzen haben wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die geschmackvollen Ferienhäuser sind stilsicher und gemütlich eingerichtet und liegen auf dem großzügigen Gelände so weit voneinander entfernt, dass genug Privatsphäre gewährleistet ist. Die Fahrt hinunter zur Küste mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer, die vorgelagerten Inseln und den Ort Kaş war jedes Mal ein Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

The photos do not serve the villa justice, it is absolutely beautiful, clean and well looked after. It is very well located, easy access to the beach restaurants and activities. Arif is always prepared to help no matter what. He is extremely responsif and kind. You can tell he is proud of his property and makes sure it is as good as possible for his visitors. The proximity to the town and everything you could possibly need is more than handy! I would be more than happy to come back and enjoy the beautiful views and amenities of Arif’s home. I fully recommend!!

Villa da ihtiyacınız olan herşey var, havuz günlük olarak temizlenip bakımı yapılıyor, bunun yanında ada içerisindeki birçok plaja çok yakın konumda.

Öncelikle ev çok yeni idi.Evdeki tüm aletler çalışır durumdaydı.Ortak Havuz temizdi ve düzenli olarak temizleniyordu çocuklar çok keyif aldı.Evin altında A 101 olması da çok büyük avantaj. Eleştirebileceğim tek şey eve 17:00 den sonra giriş yapabildik.Yıllarca turizm sektöründe çalışmış biri olarak bu tarz ev tatillerinde misafir çıkışını takip eden gün giriş yapılmazsa çok daha iyi olur diye düşünüyorum.Otel mantığı bu tarz ev tatillerinde sıkıntı oluyor malum otellerin temizlik ekipleri ile buradakile bir değil ve otellerde sadece bir oda temizlenirken burada bir ev temşizleniyor ve bu da doğal olarak zaman alıyor bu sebeple o gün giriş yapacak misafirin 1 güne boşa gidiyor yorgun argın o sıcakta evin hazır hale gelmesi bekleniyor. Bunun dışında gayet güzel bi tatildi Umarım önümüzdeki sene tekrar Orlit hanımın evinde oluruz.

Muhtesem manzarali denize özel girisi olan bir villa. Evde genel olarak ihtiyac olan hersey var. Salim Bey güleryüzle karsiladi ve valizimize yardim etti. 2 günlük bir klima problemimiz disinda bir sorun yasamadik. Kalabalik aile olarak güzel bir hafta gecirdik. Ama gideceklerin bilmesi gereken bazi seyleri yazmak istiyorum. Iskeleye kadar 130 merdiven var, korkuluk yok, iskele merdivenleri cok pasli ve eski, acil onarima ihtiyac var (Çocuklu aileler için zor olabilir). Ayrica Cukurbag yarimadasi imkanlari kisitli bir bölge. Sadece iki kücük mini market var, online market hizmeti yok, yemek siparisini sadece bir iki restoran getiriyor, gideceklerin saglam bir alışveriş yapmasi şart.

Metin bey ve oğlu Levent bey'e teşekür ederiz. Konaklamamız boyunca bizimle sürekli iletişim halindelerdi ve tüm isteklerimize hızlı geri dönüş sağladılar. Evi biz çok sevdik. Çok huzurlu ve geleneksel ortama sahip bir evdi. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı ilaveten oldukça kalite kattığını söyleyebilir. Gerek bahçedeki meyveleri ve havuzu ile, gerek terası, gerekse ahşap mobilyaları ile çok keyifli bir yerdi. Şöyle bir dipnotta düşebilirim; Havuz oldukça büyük ve derin. Fotoğraflardan tam anlayamamıştık. Bu sayede çok daha fazla eğlendik. Tekrardan teşekkürler. Umarım tekrar konaklama fırsatımız olur. Sağlıcakla kalın :)

Det är en liten men jätte fin och mysig lägenhet! Bra designat med fin balkong! Det finns nästan allt i köket för att laga och äta mat hemma! Sängen var bekväm! Duschen funkar perfekt! Det var jätte fin omgivning på gården, man kan se fina katter och söta kaniner som var jätte trevligt ❤️ Men det finaste i lägenheten är - Utsikten från balkongen och alla fönster! Det var förtrollande, man kan se hela Kas! Vi gjorde det 24 timmar om dagen! Så jag vill tacka jättemycket Baris för allt! Baris är mycket snäll kille, som var tillgänglig hela tiden och hjälpte med allt om vi behövde hjälp!🙏 Jag rekommenderar gärna lägenhet och lovar att komma mer ditt! Jag saknar redan den!

1 aya yakın bir süre kendi evimde gibi hissederek konakladım. İnanılmaz pet friendly bir yaklaşım gördüm. Ev 2 kişi için çok ideal bir ev. Ama 4 kişiye kadar da 2 gün kaldırabilecek kadar ferah. Deniz manzarasında kahvaltı keyfi de çok güzeldi. Temizlik için ek ücret alınıyor ama isterseniz kendiniz de temizleyebiliyorsunuz. Ancak buna uygun herhangi bir ekipman odada bulunmuyor. Bunlar ya bırakılmalı ya da temizlik fiyata dahil edilmeli diye düşünüyorum. Resepsiyon ve operasyon görevlileri çok dost canlısıydı. Tüm taleplerimde çok sıcak davrandılar. Konumsal olarak yeri çok iyi ancak araba olmayınca yokuş biraz yorabilir. İnerken yürüyüp dönüşte taksiyle çıkmak gerekebiliyor çok dik olduğu için. Ancak yine de merkeze inanılmaz yakın. Sadece sezon açılışı olduğu için alt taraftaki mekanın tadilatı vardı ve ve 1.katta olduğum için çok fazla tadilat sesi geliyordu. Bu konuda biraz daha hassas olabilirlerdi. This is an amazing place with a bathroom in each bedroom it made it so easy for 8 friends to enjoy a holiday together. The pool and patio were great hang-out spots and we had such a great time!

We had the most amazing time, the villa was stunning and we very sad to go home. Pool was great a family of 5 (2 adults 3 children) it was perfect, one side a metre deep and the other 2 metres. Never felt unsafe at property very private and secure. A gardener came most days to water plant and tidy outside. local house management Mehmet was great very easy to get hold of. He bought us the large bottles of water at a cost of Approx 130tl and he does a lovely wine as well at 350tl per bottle. Great location very central to old town. Small shop, butchers & veg shop next door 50 metres, bigger supermarket Migros is still only the next street down. Thurs market 150m down the road. However I must stress Kalkan is built on a hill and even though the old town is 10 min walk down hill walking back it’s tough. Even to the migros can be hard work. If your in the town I would get a taxi for 150tl. Traffic is a bit mad around the place as well. We loved this place 100% recommendations.

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Evi ve siteyi gerçekten çok beğendik, konum olarak hem denize hem de merkeze çok yakındı, yürüyerek 10 dakikada denize ve merkeze ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. Evin etrafı temiz, sakin, komşular güleryüzlü-yardımseverdi. Ailecek konaklamak için çok uygun, her odada klima olması, balkondaki ve terastaki deniz manzarası, evin iç dizaynı çok hoş. Ev sahibi ilgili, nazik, sorumuz olduğunda hemen ilgilendiler ve yardım için birini gönderdiler. Ailem ile uzun bir yoldan gelmiştik 2 saat erken girmemiz için de yardımcı oldular. Tek iki eksik televizyon var fakat uydu yok-bunu da konaklayan kişilerin genelde yabancı olmasından kaynaklandığını düşünüyorum, internet var fakat hiç çekmiyor :( Ev sahibinin ilettiği yönergeler sayesinde evi kendi evimiz gibi biliyorduk bu sayede çok rahat uyum sağladık, her şey için teşekkürler :) ! Kalkan'da bir daha konaklarsak kesinlikle aklıma gelecek en iyi seçenek olacak!

Havuz gideri çok büyük havuz eşyalarını yutabiliyor bu da havuzun temizlenmesi ve yenilenmesini engelliyor. Bunun dışında ki herşey mükemmeldi. Konumu, deniz imkanı, ilgi alaka mahremiyet. Son derece başarılıydı

Aynı villada 2. Konaklayisimiz. Yeri ve konumu mükemmel. Yarımadanın çok güzel bir yerinde, manzarası çok iyi, ev temiz, Ayhan Bey e her an ulaşabildik, girişte ve konaklama suresince hiç sorun yaşamadık. Evde gecen sene mangal yoktu bu sene o da eklenmiş 😊 Evin önünden merkeze giden dolmuş geciyor, hemen aşağıda bir market var, ilave olarak da telefon ile de bir ihtiyaç olursa sipariş verebiliyorsunuz. Tek yaşadığımız sıkıntı evdeki kucuk odanın kapısı ve askili dolap olmaması oldu. küçük odanın kapısı 2 senedir kapanmıyor , kapı sorunu çözülüp bir de askili kucuk bir dolap eklenirse bu sorun da çözülecektir. 🙏🏻 Her şey icin teşekkür ederiz, 3 aile çok güzel bir 5 gun gecirdik. 😊

Just back from a five week holiday at Dolphin View in Ayse's apartment which was clean well presented and reasonably well equipped. As the apartment is in B block it was adjacent to the pool, which we pretty much had to ourselves. There are a number of stages of steps down from the road but they were not a problem for us. On the two occasions we contacted Ayse her response was prompt and positive. The small shop and the Zaika restaurant are a short walk up the road as was the regular Dolmus town bus service.

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes, sauberes und gepflegtes Haus in guter und ruhiger Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war punktgenau und freundlich. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Es entspricht der Beschreibung und die Bilder zeigen den aktuellen Zustand. Check-inn war kinderleicht. Jedes Zimmer und der Wohnbereich verfügen über ein Klimagerät. Gartenbereich hat eine gute Größe mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten und Aussengrill. Helle und mediterrane Atmosphäre, nicht überladen und dennoch gemütlich. Wir hatten für 7 Erwachsene gebucht, waren am Ende aber nur 5. Der Platz war mehr als ausreichend. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber und die stets ansprechbare Hausbetreuung vor Ort.

Great family friendly accommodation, ideal for 3-6 people. Location wise perfect, literally in Kalkan centre and you can easily walk to the beach. We also enjoyed our balcony view. I can definitely recommend the apartment.
