This homestay hosted by Jitender Ji and his team is just an amazing place to stay in Shimla. Situated in a peaceful surrounding of Badash village, this place is a pure bliss. The response of the team is as best as it can be and they are readily available for any help which is needed. The food served by them will give you an exactly homelike feel as its so tasty and soulful. All in all this is a great place to stay and is highly recommended. Aakarshan Homes, a very beautiful and approachable home in the hills cared with spotless rooms with clean bedding and hygienic bathrooms with all the necessary amenities, lovely balconies with picturesque views and food home delivered from the restaurants serving local Himachal cuisine. At the outset, Host Gaurav was extremely helpful, made swift response to our reservation request and made an extra effort to make us feel at home. It is also helpful to mention that this place is at a walkable distance from The Mall Road and convenient for all the local attractions. We were completely recharged with this lovely staycation and would definitely come back to Aakarshan Homes. Strongly recommended for big groups with as many as 8 guests. We had a really nice and pleasant stay at Jujurana House. The house in itself was sooooo pretty and it looks like it has been curated with such love. Felt very at home. The location, the scenery everything was perfect. Mr Bishember was sooooooooo helpful with possibly everything. Such a sweet and caring guy. We checked in quite late, Bishamber and host Anjali were available for a smooth check in even around midnight. Our stay was made stay extra special. Just wanted to convey my appreciation through this review.

Very beautiful view and location. The rooms were all good with all facilities and very clean washrooms at very affordable prices. The property has a big parking space which is difficult to find in Shimla. Food is very tasty. Positive vibes. Good place to stay in Shimla with friends or family. Lastly the staff and owner Shantam provides you excellent service takes care of all your needs providing you taxi and will guide you for sightseeing’s of Shimla.

Chetan ji is great host and make sure all arrangements are in order. Food is great and gives feel of home food. Thanks to his wife. Location of property is excellent. We enjoyed lot during our stay and highly recommend to others. House is very nicely built to have lot of common areas to sit and enjoy.

we were fortunate to have stumbled upon Promila's place. A nice Himachali home which is perfectly located- a quiet neighborhood placed 10 minutes away from the Ridge. The host as well as the caretaker were fine, helpful and kind people. Thanks again.

This is a great place with nice private pool with amazing views. Nice food was made by caretaker Jitendra! Would recommend if you’re looking for a private and peaceful getaway!

We were 13 people with 5 kids. This place has taken our heart starting from check inn till last few minutes property manager Mr. Satvir was on his toes, always help and proactive. Location wise it very good and near to small shops in case of any grocery needs. In house food and kitchen very good, we had our all meals from there kitchen itself. Although we also carried some of our snacks for kids, helper in kitchen also cooked them and serve(they charge very nominal Amt for this) which is ok. Not to mention decent pool to enjoy and each room has balcony with valley and all rooms spaces, neat and clean A big thank u Skymount team and host Dhawal for making this trip memorable. Surely , I will recommend this place to others

Absolutely amazing!! We stayed at Salud for my son's birthday. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and way beyond what I expected. The property was pure luxury, with every detail carefully designed. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The food was another highlight—every meal felt like an adventure! rich and unforgettable, and the presentation was just as impressive as the taste. I have stayed at many properties but never seen such attention to the food. They arranged for a live singer and BBQ for us in the evening and we had some decor done. It was an unforgettable experience to enjoy live music with great food and candlelight dinner by the pool side. This place went above and beyond my expectations, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re looking for a luxurious escape with fantastic service and incredible food, this is it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our stay at Kashi Villa was our first experience of an Airbnb in India & it could not have been better! We were a party of 10 with 3 generations & every one enjoyed the stay alike. The property was beautiful & tucked away from the hustle-bustle of the town. One doesn't need to go anywhere, the property itself has a lot of natural beauty to offer. Rachana was such a gracious hostess; Gangaram ji & rest of the staff took care of everything in between. I would definitely recommend it to someone who wants to enjoy quiet time in the hills.

The swimming pool was very clean and well-maintained, and though it is usually chargeable, the owner gave it to us for free as it was our first stay. The cook prepared delicious homestyle food that made us feel right at home. The farmhouse has four huge bedrooms, each with a cozy sofa, providing great comfort. One side offers a stunning city view, while the other side gives a peaceful countryside feel. The cool breeze and beautiful garden made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a perfect getaway

We recently traveled to Vandana ji's homestay in Barog and stayed there for 3 nights. My wife, 2 year old son, our 2 year old Shih Tzu and the nanny made up our group. It's a great place to unwind and relax in. It's extremely easy to find and is located right by the main road and relatively easily accessible. The 2 BHK unit we stayed in is very comfortable with all the essentials taken care of that reduces the dependency on the host to a large extent including a fairly well equipped kitchenette. It has a microwave, induction heater, a small refrigerator, useful crockery, glassware and cutlery. Vandana ji is an easy going person who was always ready to help and shared useful tips and suggestions on getting around. She played a really friendly hostess with an ever ready smile. The highlight of the place is definitely the man Friday named Nitin who is always around to help with everything and cooks really well. The mutton curry he cooked for one of the dinners was absolutely fabulous.

It was an amazing experience one of the best homestay. The best part was the caretaker Mr ram and his family. They made us absolutely comfortable and also maintained proper privacy. Loved the stay and will definitely come back.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying with Uncle and Aunty, who were truly the kindest and most accommodating hosts I've ever met! As a solo female traveler, I was a bit nervous at, but they immediately put me at ease and made me feel welcome. The independent flat was cozy, comfortable, and had the most stunning view! Uncle and Aunty went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, even offering to let me check in early. Their genuine concern for my comfort made this stay truly unforgettable. Our stay at Vinamra’s home was absolutely perfect. The place itself is nothing short of luxurious. Every detail is carefully crafted to create an elegant property. The property was spotless clean when we arrived. The attention to detail by Vinamra, to make arrangements for every requirements in the kitchen and bathrooms was something that stood out for us! Vinamra was super helpful throughout our trip. The check-in and check-out was extremely smooth. He came up with great local suggestions for us! He helped us arrange local transport personally. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! We loved the delicious home made food, and would recommend it any day! That elevated the experience and added a personal touch! Would certainly love to revisit & experience the exceptional hospitality! :)

We had a fantastic stay at Anil's place. The location is awesome, the property is rustic and comfortable. Kamala gave us excellent food. Anil gave us great suggestions for things to do. We spent a lot of time at the Salogra station on the Kalka-Shimla heritage railway line which is a few steps down from the homestay. The highlight of the trip was Bhola - the resident mountain dog who was just a joy to be around. We have already recommended the property to a bunch of friends and we intend to visit again soon.
