Abbiamo soggiornato piacevolmente in questa casetta carina dove non mancava niente , punto di forza il bel giardino dove i nostri cani erano al sicuro in quanto il giardino è tutto recintato. Il quartiere è bello e vicino al centro,nei dintorni ci sono diversi market e il Conad, bar e pizzerie. Da non sottovalutare il parcheggio dentro la proprietà. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente nella speranza di trovarla libera ! Un grazie a Endri e Albana per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità.

Top verblijf! Zeker aan te raden. Met 2 supermarkten en een café op loopafstand was deze locatie perfect. Ook is het ongeveer 20 minuten rijden naar het centrum van Tirana en de Dajti Ekspres. Parkeren bij het verblijf was soms lastig, omdat het erg druk kan zijn. Gelukkig is er wel altijd plek in de omgeving. Communicatie met de host was ook goed. Snelle reacties. Kortom, eeg aangenaam verblijf!

The apartment is great. Don't let the exterior of the building fool you because the apartment is well equipped and tidy. You might have a little trouble with parking because it is tight and always busy but it was free for me. The host Albi is quick to respond.

Heerlijk ruim huisje in alle rust. Een paar minuten lopen naar het strand en ook op loopafstand een heerlijk restaurant aan zee. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf en raden het ook echt aan!

Elio is heel erg gastvrij en prettig in de communicatie. Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben er een supertijd gehad!

casa molto bella e molto spaziosa, ha tutte le comodità per trascorrere una vacanza perfetta. molto disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento, ci ha dato molti consigli per la nostra vacanza, rispondeva immediatamente ai messaggi, molto amichevole. consiglio vivamente ai gruppi di persone che vogliono passare qualche giorno a Tirana, ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo.

the apartment is in a great location right next to toptani mall, bunkart and a lot of nice Restaurants. the apartment itself is nice, 3 comfy beds, spacious rooms, and everything you would need for cooking. if you are looking for a nice place to stay for the right price and in the right location. This is it.

We had an incredibly stay at Eugen’s property. A spacious modern villa in spectacular surroundings, with views of mountains and a lake very close by. Eugen was super helpful and responsive, and accommodating when another member of the group had to meet him instead of myself due to a flight delay. He provided a comprehensive list of local companies and apps to help streamline our stay and was very friendly. The house was clean and tidy, with great amenities like a pool, table tennis table and a PS5 which we enjoyed using between activities in Tirana. I would recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful villa. 10/10 and huge thanks to Eugen for hosting us

Nous avons passé la dernière semaine de l'année 2024 en famille (12 pers) chez Blerta. La maison est très bien équipée, chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et wc, et sont joliment décorées. Une lingerie (lave-linge, sèche-linge) est à disposition. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal et on profite d'une vue sur la mer à 180°. La météo clémente nous a permis de prendre des repas dans le jardin : salon de jardin, tables et chaises en quantité suffisante. La cuisine est très pratique, beaucoup de vaisselle, grands plats et casseroles. Le grand salon était décoré en mode Noël avec un magnifique sapin. Blerta et Koly sont sympathiques, disponibles et à l'écoute.

Netter Besitzer, sehr unkompliziert, sehr gut zu erreichen. Wirklich sehr schönes Haus in der ersten Reihe am Meer. Mit Pool (ohne Beheizung), Kamin und sehr tollen Terrasse im Erdgeschoss und auf dem Dach. Schöne Anlage am Meer zum verweilen.

Dejv was an amazing host, offering us raki at entrance. He informed us in advance of delays and traffic jams in the city and was extremely flexible in meeting us at the villa. The villa is really 'secret', hidden between privacy walls. The area is under construction, but feels extremely safe. The beds, bathrooms and kitchen were great. Swimming pool was great (albeit a bit cold, but that's worth it). He offered us extended check out as well! Very kind and welcoming host all around :)

We had an incredible time hosting our New Year's get-together at this villa. The property was spacious, beautifully maintained, and provided the perfect setting for our group. The host was exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and attentive to every detail, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The villa's cozy indoor spaces and lovely outdoor areas gave us plenty of room to relax and celebrate. It was the ideal spot to create lasting memories with friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for anyone planning a special gathering!

This is a great villa for hosting events for large groups, given its private location, loud music system and pool / hot tub. The recommendation for a local chef to come to the villa worked out great and Marina was very responsive and helpful. Not a negative but worth noting that staying here does require planning for drinking water + food - the closest "good" supermarkets are 15 mins drive away (and still didn't have much stock), and the kitchen is very small. There are a couple of takeaways that deliver but will require cash.

Villa très agréable, située à 30 min à pied du centre de Tirana. On a apprécié l’espace, la piscine, le garage privé…Kevin et Taulant ont été très réactifs suite à une panne de Climatisation. Wonderful little townhouse in the middle of Tirana. Easy to store our bicycles in the front “yard” for safe storage. Spacious house with two rooms and two beds in each. Eldri is extremely responsive and comes immediately if you need hands on assistance or answers quick through WA or Airbnb app. The yard could have mosquitoes so be prepared. There is bug repellent available in the house and the windows are covered with bug netting so as long as you keep the door closed they won’t come inside. There’s a machine in the yard making quite a bit of noise when using water. This is because water is filtered or treated. Luckily you can turn this off at night so it won’t wake up everybody when you flush the toilet. Centrally located to all you might ever need but at the same time peaceful and quiet at night. We liked staying there a lot!

Нам дуже приємно було перебувати в апартаментах Лаури. Квартира дуже зручна, є все, що потрібно для життя, і навіть більше. Було дуже чисто, приємна чиста білизна, дуже зручна кухня, дуже багато якісного посуду. Навіть деякі продукти були, це було приємно. Квартиру ми знайшли швидко і легко туди потрапили. Лаура нам дала чіткі підказки як це зробити. Дуже дякуємо Лаурі за гостинність, за довіру та поступки, на які вона ради нас пішла. Рекомендуємо з радістю ці апартаменти.

Exceptionnel !! Oui c'est vrai, il n'y a pas la vue sur mer, mais on s'y sent tellement bien, il y a tout, vraiment tout , tout le confort nécessaire "Comme à la maison !" (plus que ce que les autres logements propose sur Airbnb ) une vraie cuisine équipée et avec une place de parking privé devant le logement situé au rez de chaussée au fond d'une impasse. Climatisation puissante dans les 2 pièces importantes par ces fortes chaleurs, literie et canapé confortables. Arrivée en autonomie. L'hôte a été très réactive. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Rapport qualité prix imbattable et bien situé. Le séjour à Durres a été très agréable grâce à cet appartement, il mérite bien 10 étoiles !!!

If you want to feel at home miles away, you should stay here! I definitely recommend it to everyone; the bus stops are almost in front of the house, Adriatic Sea is behind the building, the beach is great for watching sunsets, taking long walks and swimming! The house was very clean, everything was comfortable and thought out to the smallest detail Artenisa answered all our messages immediately and patiently, she was always ready to help (even the questions not related with the house ) There are many restaurants around you markets, exchange office, pharmacies, all of these are maximum of 3-4 minutes walk away, Durres center is 5 minutes by bus there are two air conditioning ( more than enough) Above all, Artenisa and Eno are wonderful people, they are the best hosts I have had in my 5-6 years of airbnb stays. They really put our comfort and happiness first, we are grateful for making us feel at home even though we were miles away Thank you for everything, highly recommend!!

We stayed in Ada's place for 2 weeks and loved it. The big windows were amazing, the bed is comfortable, and you can walk from there to everything in town. It was quiet and a dream to stay in. You'll love it!

After staying at Marins place the first time , we decided to stay here again for a week . This pleace is super clean and tidy . You have everything you need and in great condition. The area is very peaceful and nice . The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, they always came to our help, and made our stay in Tirana much easier . Totally recommend! Great friendly environment! Если ещё раз поеду в Дуррес то только к Brikene. Расположение дома замечательное,свое тихое место на закрытой территории возле моря,закаты на терассе или на берегу моря,сон под звук моря это особое удовольствие. Brikene всегда на связи и любые вопросы( такси,позднее прибытие или наоборот нужно выехать попозже,аренда машины) решаются моментально. Мы были с годовалым ребенком и это место подходящее на все 💯. Спасибо за гостеприимство.
