Mas Arief's place is a wonderland of peace. It is about 20 minutes away from the city center, which is something to keep in mind. For me, this was absolutely perfect. The calmness of the village life was exactly what I needed. I stayed here for two weeks while finishing a project, and I was able to focus and relax at a very high level. The daily breakfast was always delicious and ibu kept the place spotless on a daily basis as well. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will come back.

Untuk harga segini tapi dapet fasilitas yang oke banget. Kamarnya luaas bersih dan ada ruang tamunya, kamar mandi bersih sekali, ada TV yg sudah ter log in ke netflix. Tiap pagi dapet sarapan nasi goreng dan besoknya dapat bihun goreng, bahkan kami dikasih belimbing hasil metik dari halaman mereka🥹🙏. Host dan penjaganya ramah sekali. Terima kasih banyak kak sudah service kami dengan sangat baik🙏😊

I can't thank enough for Bakti's team! D-3 I told them if there's a chance for me to change / upgrade the bungalow. And yes! They helped me to upgrade the bungalow. Quick response, very helpful. Nice bungalow, best view, and the breakfast was fantastic! I wonder am I the only local who have stayed in this fantastic eco-bungalow ahhaaha. Highly highly recommended for everyone and I would love to share this place to my friends and relatives.

This stay was a great experience. We had tried a tasty breakfast every morning, even with trips starting at 7, we managed to eat and try the local breakfast prepared just a few steps from our rooms. The rooms were tidy and clean with everything we needed for the stay. I appreciated the AC and the pool a lot. As well as the great location of this Airbnb. We have managed to walk to many places in the surrounding area. I have to recommend the market that’s just a street away for grabbing dinner. As well as a nice pizzeria just 10min by car. And walking to the water palace(Taman sari) and sultan palace(Keraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat) and Malioboro street/mall was okay if you don’t mind the traffic that much.. and have time..

I had an amazing stay at Kristy's place for four months and barely experienced any issues. It's quiet and peaceful in the area, so you won't have issues focusing when working or studying. The place is in a strategic location and is close to many shops, groceries, and restaurants. It is also close to the UGM campus. If you need to get something that's further away, you can always use the mobile apps Grab or GoJek. Kristy was very helpful and accommodating and responded promptly. We had no issues with communication as she was easy to approach. Overall, the place is good for both short- and long-term stays. They also have a very convenient laundry service so you won't have to go out anymore. I wish more success for this property!

Es ist ein magischer Ort in den Reisfeldern, umgeben von Ruhe und vielen Tieren :D Man wird rundum versorgt wenn man etwas Hilfe benötigt. Die Menschen und Katzen dort sind super lieb :))) Es ist ganz toll dort
