Kaštel : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

We enjoyed our stay in every way. Even through we where here in february, we really enjoyed the energy of the sea and a fresh sea breeze, the air IS fantastic. We used the bikes and went on beautiful hikes mostly along the coast. We brought fresh seefood at a nearby fish shop and vegetable on the local market and prepared it at our accomodation. We also loved eating at different restaurants ( lot of seafood and cevapcici;) The villa is spacious, clean and very nice. Igor the owner is a helpful and kind person. Thank you very much🌊😌

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist, mit einem großen Balkon und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten rund ums Haus. Die Lage ist prima. Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt von Rovinj. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein gutes Restaurant, wo man sehr schön direkt am Meer sitzen kann. Zum Einkaufen ist alles, was man braucht, schnell mit dem Auto, dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß zu erreichen (Kaufland, Lidl, Konzum, etc.). Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren als auch Ausflüge mit dem Auto ins Hinterland und Richtung Bale, Pula, Limski-Kanal, Pazin, Porec sowie zu Stränden rund um Rovinj. Die Gastgeberin Ingrid war sehr nett, unkompliziert und immer hilfreich. Gerne wieder!

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, el precio es muy justo, es muy grande y cómodo. Esta equipado y cerca de todo. Realmente todo le que dicen es verdad, lo recomiendo. Es silencioso, solo se escucha un poco a los vecinos porque los pisos son antiguos, pero realmente no molesta para nada. Lo unico que hay que tener en cuenta son los 4 pisos por escalera, pero en el centro histórico es muy común que esto sea asi, si podes subir escaleras alquilalo sin dudarlo.

We had a wonderful stay in Rovinj! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed—including excellent Italian coffee and a great selection of herbal teas. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from restaurants, the pier, and all the charming spots around town. After a rainy morning of truffle hunting before check-in, the hot shower was absolutely heavenly. The host was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay, making everything smooth and welcoming. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rovinj!

Casa accogliente e pulita, corrispondente alla descrizione. Posizione molto comoda per spostarsi a piedi tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Host gentile, disponibile e veloce nelle risposte.

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in der Villa! Die Kommunikation mit unseren Ansprechpartnern Jelena im Vorfeld und Edi während unseres Aufenthalts war super nett und unkompliziert! Der Meerblick und die Ruhe dort waren unschlagbar. Der Pool war ein Traum! Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man sich vorstellen kann. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub dort!

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

wat een mooie, gezellige en intieme plek. mooi huis, prachtig sereen ingericht. bij binnenkomst viel de koelte in het huis, de lekkere geur en de schoonheid direct op. we voelden ons direct thuis. huis was mooi schoon en keuken had alle benodigdheden (fijne pannen, goede messen, heel belangrijk 😉). faciliteiten zoals jacuzzi's en 2 badkamers waren heel fijn. meerdere airco's in huis. goede communicatie met host, altijd een snel antwoord. het huis ligt in het centrum van Pazin, vlakbij restaurants en winkeltjes, maar toch is de rust en stilte opmerkelijk. ook op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden zoals de Pazin grot en het oude kasteel. een lief welkomstwoord van de eigenaar met leuke tips voor restaurants die zeker de moeite waard waren! ik heb nog nooit zulke lekkere gnocci gegeten. dank voor deze fijne afsluiter van onze rondreis en kennismaking met Istrië.

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (1,3,12)) im August für eine Woche in Porec. Davors Unterkunft bot einen überdachten Parkplatz direkt am Haus, perfekt. Nach einem freundlichen Empfang haben wir ins in den zwei klimatisierten Zimmern eingerichtet. Die Küche im angrenzenden Esszimmer bot alles was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigen. Bad mit großer begehbarer Dusche, nur das warme Wasser wollte nicht immer so wie wir. 😜 Zu Fuß ist echt alles in der Nähe, Bäcker, Shopping, alles da. Ansonsten 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, großes Shopping Angebot. Ebenso SB Wäscherei, Car Wash, alles in nicht Mal 5 Autominuten zu erreichen. Für E-Auto Besitzer empfehle ich den Lidl Parkplatz zum Laden! Das Meer ist in 10-15 Gehminuten zu erreichen, die Wohnung bietet eicht eine tolle Lage. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, trotz Straßenlage war der Verkehr nie störend bzw. nicht zu hören. Die Nächte ruhig, unter Tag war die Klimaanlage super. Davors Wohnung empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter! ❤️

Kuća u malo i mirnom selu, točno onakva kakva je na slikama, uredna, domaćinska, ima sve potrebno za ugodan boravak plus bazen i jacuzzi za opuštanje. Iako nas Lara nije mogla dočekati, ostavila nam je ključ te nareske u hladnjaku da se poslužimo. Uvijek odgovara na poruke te je izrazito ljubazna i susretljiva. Tko traži mir, daleko od gradske vreve i gužve a opet je na 10ak minuta od mora, topla preporuka za Larinu kuću u Bartićima

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage. Wir waren mit drei Familien da -dafür ist es die perfekte Unterkunft. Wir konnten jeden Morgen und Abend ganz entspannt auf der Terrasse gemeinsam essen. Viele Schlafzimmer mit Bädern , so dass das auch mit den vielen Menschen und Kindern ganz einfach war. Sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit Francesco. Ca 20-30 min von sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Kleine Wanderung nach Groznjan direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen ! Vielen lieben Dank!

Die Villa ist wunderschön und groß. Im Außenbereich kann man viele schöne Stunden zusammen am Pool verbringen. Gastgeber waren leicht zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem top!

Prijetno okolje. Sama nastanitev zelo čisto,svetlo. V apartmaju so nas pričakale sveže brisače, prijetna posteljnina,kuhinjski serveti, vse za osebno higieno. Kuhinja velika moderna založena z vso mogočo posodo. Z lahkoto bi priporočila apartma tudi svojim prijateljem. Hvala gostiteljici.

A really amazing location. The view of the farm and valley from the apt is dreamy. Franko and Milena were friendly and helpful. We happened to be there as they were harvesting olives and making their olive oil. A great experience. Izola is very close and fun. We explored Koper as well - many winding back streets and shops once you delve in. Piran is beautiful. We rented bikes in Potoroz and rode the sea wall to Piran. A truly magical place. One thing to note: the road up to the farm is very narrow and one lane. We often had to back up and find a driveway to back into to allow other cars to pass by. We took it very slow and it was fine. The view from the road is INCREDIBLE!

I loooooove the apartment, it is absolutely fantastic!! Susy and her son, Francesco are absolutely wonderful, kind, super friendly and caring hosts. 🙏🏼 They gave me great tipps where to eat, what to visit... The apartment is close to the center of Triest , yet it is quiet and the terrace 🤩 It´s the second time i visited Triest and booked Susy´s apartment and I'm sure, it won't be the last. Thank you for a wonderful time. 🌸

Abbiamo fatto una scelta bellissima. Alloggio funzionale, comodo, accogliente situato in pieno centro a Trieste a pochi passi da P.zza Unità d'Italia e dai luoghi più importanti da visitare. Ricco di locali dove poter mangiare sia uno spuntino veloce che un vero e proprio pranzo. Da non trascurare: la fermata del bus 24 che ti porta dalla stazione centrale proprio a pochi metri dall'appartamento. Donatella è una host fantastica

Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

Modern eingerichtet, sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Tito-Platz, tolle Bar für Frühstück und Drinks gleich nebenan. Problemloses Check-in und nette Gastgeber!

Großartige Lage: keine 5 Minuten zum Canal Grande in einer Fußgängerzone mit vielen lokalen. Aber im Hinterhof, daher absolut leise! Blitzsaubere Wohnung mit toll ausgestatteter Küche samt freundlichen Annehmlichkeiten wie Kaffee Tabs, Milch, Zucker, Muffin und Wasser. Bett und Bettwäsche nicht nur sauber sondern auch hochwertig! Das Bad ist praktikabel, die Dusche allerdings für große Menschen ziemlich eng. Lage im vierten Stock mit Lift, allerdings, da im Hinterhof, leise aber keinerlei Aussicht und dennoch etwas dunkel. Aber für die Erkundung von Trieste absolut geeignet! Danke Katharina, wir kommen wieder!
