If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

Mirko is the perfect host. Always available, friendly and with great recommendations. The place was perfect for my wife and I. Authentic, modern with all the amenities you could desire. Great location! We travel often, and we’re very happy with our choice. Delivered breakfast was perfect to start our day!!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Der Blick vom Balkon aus, direkt auf das Meer, war super entspannend. Die Anlage hat den Bildern und den Angaben entsprochen. Der Service vom Haus war spektakulär. Dora, die fleißige Fee, hat auf Wunsch alles erfüllt. Sie hat das Haus fleißig gereinigt, auf Wunsch auch täglich. Jure, der Concierge, hat auch jeden Wunsch erfüllt, wenn dies gewünscht ist. Er hat viele Tipps zum Essen gehen uns gesagt und hat uns viele Freizeitangebote angeboten. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir hatten auch den Service des Chefkochs gebucht, hier muss es jeder für sich entscheiden, ob dies dem Gaumen entspricht. Wir fanden es gut. Wir wollten ursprünglich unsere Fahrräder mitbringen, dies ist nicht zu empfehlen, nicht allein wegen der Anfahrt, sondern ist es in dieser Region nicht machbar. Das Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und waren mit allem Rund um sehr zufrieden.

Eine absolute Empfehlung,die Villa ist Luxus pur und es fehlt einem an nichts, super eingerichtet,alles absolut sauber,alles was das Herz begehrt von Pool,Whirlpool, Playstation, Kino,Unmengen an Spielen wie Tischtennis, Volleyball,Badminton (alle Spielgeräten vorhanden), die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet,dass man braucht,der Kühlschrank war sogar befüllt,da wir sonntags anreisten,Ivan ist der beste Host,den man nur haben kann,hat uns stets Empfehlungen gegeben,alle Restaurants für uns reserviert,um Ausflüge gekümmert,selbst als wir einen Arzt gebraucht haben,hat er sich sofort gekümmert,unglaublich nett,herzlich und aufrichtig, tut euch etwas Gutes und bucht die Villa 😀Danke für Alles

We had 8 people in the villa for a week and everything went perfect. I was a bit worried about the noise from overflying airplanes but it wasn´t bad at all. The villa was very calm and near shops and the beach. Bikes and scooters were a very nice addition and we used them daily. Djana was a great host and answered all my questions fast. I would strongly recommend this villa for a vacation.

Polecam!!! Super dom zgodny z opisem. Niedaleko do plaży, sklepów itd. Bezproblemowa komunikacja z Ivanem, zawsze odpowiadał na nasze pytania i był bardzo przyjazny! Polecam!

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.

Ana was an excellent host and her villa is outstanding. Great location in the countryside, peaceful, lots of room for our dogs to be outside without worrying if they wondered off.

Host was super helpful and responsive to our questions and requests. This property is ideally located to the water, coffee shops (Cookie Lab is great!), restaurants and downtown to the markets and palace! We were very comfortable here with the 6 of us. We downloaded the WOLT app (similar to the US DoorDash app) making groceries and food for some meals easy. Tons of Ubers around within 1-3 minutes to get to different locations, Highly recommend

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

Tout était parfait, super logement. Très bon emplacement, propre, piscine agréable et super jacuzzi, accueil excellent… Semaine au top à 5 minutes de Trogir.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

Tonko è un host grandioso, sempre amichevole e pronto ad aiutarti. La sua villa è incredibile con una vista pazzesca, interni nuovi e dotata di ogni confort! Per noi è stata la prima volta in Croazia ma ci siamo trovati talmente bene che credo proprio che torneremo. Grazie mille per tutto

We loved our stay! The villa was close to the beach, walking distance to a bigger beach and not far from Trogir. The rooms were big, each bedroom had a separate bathroom and it was clean. Very good communication with Petar, he answered all our questions and was a perfect host. He even brought us wine and a cheese board the first evening! He also helped us book a restaurant and look at alternatives for a boat tour. Would highly recommend!

Sehr schönen Unterkunft, alles wie auf den Bildern. Kristian ist ein sehr netter und einfacher Gastgeber. Alles sehr Gastfreundlich, Kuchen und Getränke direkt da gewesen was sehr nett ist. Der Pool wurde von unser jeden Tag genutzt. Mit einer Freundesgruppe eine super Unterkuft. Einziger Minuspunkt, ist die Bundesstraße direkt unterhalb des Grundstückes. Daher ist es schon recht laut. Trotzdem alles in Allem, klasse Unterkunft.

We spend one week in Mirtas villa with our friends (8 peoples). There was enough space for all of us and it was nice that there was possibility to eat inside and outside. Jacuzzi and heated pool were very excellent and we used them a lot. Sunbeds were nice also, you did not have to go beach if you like to lay in sun. The house is very lighted and functional. We used also table tennis and other activities. We did not met Mirta but her husband Vinko was very friendly and helpful, he even brought us two new bikes. Vinkos father have a big car (1+8) and he was driving us where ever we want to go in reasonable prices. Thank you for your hospitality.

Wir haben kurzfristig die Unterkunft von Iris gebucht und waren überaus zufrieden. Wir wurden mit kaltem Getränken im Kühlschrank nettem Spielzeug für den Pool, Kaffeekapseln und allem, was man für den Start benötigt, empfangen. Boris hat uns super Einkaufstipps und nette Restaurants empfohlen. Die Lage ist großartig. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Meer. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und bedanken uns für den großartigen Aufenthalt.

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

Very helpful host from time of booking to check out. Would highly recommend. Villa was stunning with beautiful views.

Wir haben Nenad und Vedrana als ganz tolle Gastgeber kennengelernt. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und die Unterkunft wurde mit ihren Details vor Ort übergeben. Alles war so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt, Details wurde erläutert und Hilfestellung bei der Freizeitgestaltung angeboten. Das nahmen wir gerne in Anspruch und es war einfach klasse. Die Kommunikation war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hervorragend und Nenad war immer ansprechbar. Wir können uns einfach nur herzlich für einen tollen Urlaub bedanken und kommen gerne wieder.

We had a magical stay at Petar's house. The house fit all 11 of us extremely well and was well suited to a beautiful family vacation. The pool was beautiful and very spacious and our kids had a wonderful time playing in it. The surrounding vistas of the mountains only added to the ambiance. Petar's son was extremely communicative and gave us a number of great suggestions as to what to visit and we felt extremely well taken care of. We absolutely loved Croatia and are definitely coming back!

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

Jenny und Luis sind die perfekten Gastgeber und das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen: super sauber, super ausgestattet, schön gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an einen der zahlreichen tollen Strände zwischen Omis und Makarska, nach Split und Trogir. Ein Highlight war die Rafting Tour auf der Cetina, die Jenny für uns gebucht hat. Sie hat uns auch einen Tisch für den letzten Öffnungstag der Saison im örtlichen Restaurant reserviert und vieles mehr. Gleichzeitig war sie immer diskret und nie aufdringlich. Wir waren die ersten beiden Wochen im Oktober in Gata und hatten perfektes Spätsommerwetter: Jeden Tag Sonne und mehr als 20 Grad im Schatten. Wir konnten sogar den Pool noch nutzen, der 17-19 Grad warm war. Das Mittelmeer hatte 22 Grad.
