We had an amazing stay at Paul’s place. From the moment we booked nearly two months ago he was incredibly responsive, accommodating and made the whole experience seamless. The property itself is exactly as pictured, peaceful and surrounded by stunning scenery. Our kids especially loved the little pool it became their favourite spot every day. It was the perfect getaway, and we truly appreciate Paul’s hospitality. We will definitely be returning.

Extremely happy for the place, location, restaurants, and the host. It is rare for a residence on a beachfront, it is very well located within Laguna area which has all the 5-star hotels around meaning you will never run out of restaurants from breakfast until dinner or if you wanna cook this place equipped with awesome kitchen appliances and ample space. The balcony with see through swimming pool blend in with the ocean is a great relaxing view from the living room. There is cleaner and pool maintenance every the other day which keep the room clean and tidy. Our overall experience has been great from the beginning until end of our trip. We already thinking to come back again already :)

Magnifique logement! Fidèle aux photos. L'espace piscine est incroyable. La plage en dessous n'est pas très propice à la baignade mais elle est très belle. Le logement est très grand et très agréable Très fonctionnel, bien équipé. Nous avons eu un peu de mal à faire fonctionner la climatisation. Mais une fois que cela fonctionnait il faisait très bon dans l'appartement. Nous devons forcément prendre un taxi pour aller sur les belles plages mais les prix sont très raisonnables. Si nous revenons à Phuket c'est sûr nous réserverons de nouveau ce logement. En face il y a un supermarché, et un super salon de massage (bee gold) à petits prix.

Отличная чистая квартира, соответствует описанию. Приятный район. Озера, дорожки для прогулки, по выходным ночной рынок с вкуснейшими морепродуктами. Не далеко супермаркет Tops. Минут 10 пешком до 7/11. До моря тоже идти 10 минут. На крыше комплекса расположены бассейны, беговая дорожка, зона для барбекю. Крыша открыта до 21.00. Нормальный интернет

Really enjoyed the stay in Alex's villa with my family. The apartament is so much better than in pictures, it's very spacious and clean. Aleks is a wonderful host, always helpful. I highly recommend to book his place. 10 our of 10 stars!

Toen we aankwamen was de kamer nog niet klaar aangezien de vorige huurders vele te laat uitcheckten. Als compensatie daarvoor kregen we een massage aangeboden. Bedankt om hieraan tegemoet te komen. Verder was de accommodatie zeer goed en in een rustige buurt. Tim beantwoordt alle vragen zeer snel. Alles was hierdoor zeer duidelijk. Bedankt voor het goede verblijf!

It was a nice villa to hang out in, spacious with lots of things inside like a projector and loud sound system. Only thing is it’s a bit far from the old phuket town but once we picked up a scooter it was okay.

Rattiya est une personne extrêmement gentille et à l'écoute. le logement bénéficie d'une localisation un peu à l'écart de la foule de Patong, dans un bel écrin de nature. Kamala reste le meilleur choix pour nous en terme de plage. pensez à louer un véhicule pour profiter pleinement de la situation du logement

Хозяйка дома очень внимательная и гостеприимная. Отличное расположение дома с собственной парковкой и приветной территорией. Дом очень чистый, все было без нареканий, все работало. Кухня большая и снабжена всем необходимым. Все комнаты были просто огромными и ещё раз повторюсь, чистыми. Для нас локация была очень хорошая, мы были на машине, рядом есть большой торговый центр и прямая дорога на все важные для нас локации. Очень рады, что посетили дом Ли, мы ей очень благодарны.

Wonderful place to spend a week. We had 5 adults and the place was spacious, with plenty of room and private spaces. All of the rooms had ample storage and the beds were so comfortable with each room having a little bar fridge. It is a 4 level house, so if stairs arnt for you, then the house won’t suit. Patrik is the best host, he is responsive and always willing to accommodate any request. House keeper Sue, who comes daily is a delight! She cleans and washes and the house was always clean after a day out sightseeing. The house is in a great location, but is up a very steep hill. Sometimes we walked it and other days got a taxi. Just factor that in if you’re not very fit and active. Would stay again next time back we are back.

De passage une nuit avant de prendre l’avion le lendemain. Propre et agréable, proche de la plage et des commodités. Je recommande !

it was a great place, a bit more private. close to Phuket old town, walked to market and loved the New Year celebrations!

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

It was probably one of the best places I've stayed at. Very quiet very nice neighbors everybody was super friendly. It was very clean. If I needed anything she was always there to help I would highly recommend.

The apartment is worth every penny you spend and only if you can compromise a small room. The view is breathtaking and utterly wowed when I first entered the apartment. It was super clean, exactly as described. Kitchen is loaded with all the needed stuff. The check in for the apartment is a bit tricky. If you have heavy and more number of bags like us, be prepared for the climbing stairs and going down for check in the apartment. Other than that all went superb and I would recommend anyone to stay here without a doubt.

Absolutely enjoyed Tony’s condo aswell as him being readily available to assist with anything. Condo was spacious and elegant ✨ Great location with lots of life just a min away along with great selection of restaurants.

Place was immaculately clean, and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The entire Laguna neighborhood is modern and really enjoyed the rooftop pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Tony’s apartment. He is a very kind and helpful host, always responding quickly to our messages. His place is well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay very convenient. Additionally, there is a 7-Eleven right at the entrance of the community, which made shopping extremely easy. Tony not only took great care of our needs but also provided us with many useful recommendations. One of his suggestions was a therapist for therapeutic massages, who turned out to be excellent. After our first session, we were so satisfied that we didn’t feel the need to look for any other massage therapists. One thing to note is that the sofa bed is more suitable for children. Overall, we had a fantastic experience staying at Tony’s apartment. We truly appreciate his hospitality and highly recommend his place to other travelers!

The place is much better than the pictures allude to. And the view was quite remarkable. The area had a great number of restaurants and cafes nearby.

We are grateful to have such a great apartment with a magnificent sea view. We enjoyed the 5-day journey. All the hosts here are very friendly and helpful.

The host is the best since using airb&b. But if somebody concerns about street noise for overnight, no recommend. Also The wall between next door is very thin, so easy to hear the next door noisy.
