Beautiful place. We loved the decoration, and the whole vibe of the place. Maybe the only downside is that one of the bedrooms has curtain instead of door, so no real privacy...but that was it. Everything else was great. The jacuzzy was also a great touch. The host is very nice and welcoming. We loved the stay - thank you Dimitra!

Hallo,wir waren eine Woche mit 14 Handballdamen in Georges Villa .Es war eine tolle Zeit ,das Wetter passte und wir konnten immer unter der schönen Pergola frühstücken.Beim Duschen mussten wir uns gut organisieren bei den 3 Möglichkeiten.Der Pool und die Aussenanlage waren top.George ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber,er reagierte immer sehr schnell auf unsere Wünsche. We were 7 people and we all loved our stay here! George is an amazing host - he's very kind and friendly, he was making sure that we have everything that we need. The location is great - next to the beach and just 10 merers from the taverna!

This property is a beautiful refuge, and provided a spectacular location for a meeting of friends that also included a series of business meetings/discussions. The views are spectacular, there is a nice public beach nearby, and you can access a lovely (if pricey) resort nearby where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a market. This is about a 3 minute drive away. Better yet, if you cross the peninsula (about a 12-minute drive) to Nea Fokea, there are good restaurants at half the price, a larger market, and also a lovely public beach. That said--you don't have to leave the property to enjoy a great time. There is a breeze to cool things down much of the time, a nice small pool/spa and spectacular sunsets. The interior of the house is comfortable, and feels like a lovely family home--it has essentially two apartments, with separate kitchens upstairs and down. The wifi was more than adequate for 5 to use simultaneously, and we were able to hold international Zoom meetings.

We liked the stay! The hosts were very flexible with our arriving and check out times. The rooms were good, the kitchens great, bathrooms fine. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the BBQ. To manange future expectations: beds are a little hard, hot water was medium, and there were some bees at the pool. Apart from that. Amazing place, book it!

It was a very pleasant experience, though we had a short stay in Agios Antonios. Daniil and Maya were very kind and the house was indeed nice with large spaces, clean and beautiful views from the huge balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and one can feel the relaxed countryside life. The village itself is close to Thesaloniki and Halkidiki, which makes it perfect location if travelling Northern Greece. We all appreciated Maya's talent, she prepared for us a special dinner, excellent mediteranean salads, delightful desert and an excellent white wine. Daniil has helped and advise us about the best places in Thesaloniki, parking places, historical points of interests, museums and traditional shops. We were in permanent contact and he managed to arrange all the details for a smooth travel experience. In few words great hosts, very nice house, excellent food, good location.

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

Amazing stay! Felt right at home. There is EVERYTHING and more you could need for short (or long) stay. The views are breathtaking, the area in general has a lot to offer-from mountains to the beaches to the cultural sites and buzzing towns. Theodoros was very nice and had solid recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. The pool obviously was a blessing on hot days. We highly recommend this place and would come back anytime.

Very nice location and a very lovely home with everything you will need. (Also children friendly). Walkable everywhere with very nice Restaurants, Cafes and Shops. The host was always reachable and helpful. Totally recommend it ♡

It was our first time family holidays - 10 people. The house and the close beach were just what we were searching for! Amazing! No need to pack for the whole day to go on the beach. With the baby and small kids (2 to 5 yo) it was a real treat - you go to the beach just in swim suit, you swim, you go back. Georgia is very friendly. Nothing is a problem. Definitely a place to go on family vacation. Calm place. Blue Flag Beach. Friendly Lifeguard. Just great! thank you!

The location of this unit is fantastic. It’s conveniently situated near markets, shops, a wide variety of restaurants, and the waterway, all just a short walk away. Essentially, everything you need or want to do is nearby. Aristotle Square is also within walking distance. For those looking to visit tourist attractions, access is easy. I stayed in this unit for a couple of months, and it genuinely felt like home, allowing me to feel connected to the community. The unit was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with all the essentials like towels, dishware, and an incredibly comfortable bed, making it hard to leave when the time came. The host was always just a message or phone call away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this unit and will definitely return to Thessaloniki. This unit is worth the price, and I would stay here again!

Kally şahane bir ev sahibi. İletişim hızlı ve kolaydı. Ev tertemizdi ve her şey tamdı. Kızım için ufak hediyeler bile vardı. Ev her yere yürüme mesafesinde ve toplu taşımanın dibinde. Çevrede yeme içme mekanları mevcut. Güvenlik açısından da bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Cadde üzerinde olmasına rağmen sessizdi. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir konaklama oldu. Herşey için teşekkür ediyorum.

이 숙소에서 28박을 지냈습니다. 제가 지금까지 경험했던 숙소중에서 가장 컨디션이 좋았습니다. 호스트는 정말 친절했으며 여러가지 문의 사항에 대해서 정말 친절하게 답을 해줬습니다. 숙소 위치는 공항에서 버스를 타고 내리면 바로 길 건너에 있어서 찾기 쉬웠으며 주변에 대형 마트 및 카페가 있으며 바닷가까지는 충분히 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리입니다. 너무나 훌륭한 숙소이긴 했지만 딱 하나 문제가 있다면 그건 바로 인터넷 속도입니다. 저처럼 일을 해야한다면 한번쯤 다시 한번 생각을 해봐야합니다. 다운로드 속도는 10Mbps까지 나오며 업로드 속도는 0.5Mbps가 나옵니다. 업로드 속도가 느려서 일을 하기 정말 힘들었습니다. 그리고 사진에는 없지만 세탁기는 발코니에 있는 창고 같은 곳에 있으니 참고하세요. 이 숙소 덕분에 테살로니키가 정말 더 좋아졌습니다. 다시 한번 더 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

Great house with big yard, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, nice balconies, various TV sets, great kitchen. Plenty of parking, coffee shop and bakery at walking distance. We loved it. All good

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Idyllic place to stay and relax, close to all necessary amenities. Friendly host, you couldn't ask for more.

Ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες. Ο εξωτερικός ήταν πολύ καλά διατηρημένος και μέσα χωρίς ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρος. Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση και αποδράσεις.

The Vila really felt like home and it was the best choice for our group. The garden with the pool, tenis field and bbq zone were the most used, the inside of the house best for sleeping! 😆💘 The area has very good restaurants, specifically the “Pirates” one with beach view. Depending on what activities we choose, we just walkers down to the beach or went with the car for 30min-1h drive and it was totally worth it! 🎉 Elena is the best host who really helped us order food and plan/book some activities. She made the vacation better and we are already planning the next year vacation. We still have a lot of places to visit nearby and activities to do, from the list Elena sent! 🙏🏼 We’re all very grateful for all the help and amazing support! 🤗

My existing reservation cancelled on me one day prior to my flight to Greece. I was able to secure Foteinhs’s place right away. She returned my message and confirmed reservation within minutes. She wasn’t available to check me in, in person but it wasn’t her fault and she made it exceptionally easy to get inside and make myself at home. Her place is not particularly easy to find however, she responded immediately and consistently when I contacted her for assistance. Her place was well equipped, immaculately cared for and clean, and very peaceful relaxing. Loved the pool. The beds are not very comfortable, but if you like a very firm bed then you will be ok. I loved everything about my stay.

Къщата, верандата, терасата и градината са страхотни! Изкарахме си чудесно с двете ни кучета, които не спряха да тичат из градината. Единственото, което не ни допадна е близостта на магистралата и шумът от преминаващите автомобили, но може би се свиква след два-три дни:)

Hello! Our family spent a wonderful vakation at this villa from 24/06/2019 until 31/07/2019. It is a very comfortable and cozy villa with a good location in the forest very close to the sea. Very beautiful backyard our favorite place. In the house you have everything you need like at home. This is the second time of our stay and we were very happy to be here. Special thanks to the owner of the house , he is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help. If you are thinking about a holidays on the sea with children this is the best place! ευχαριστώ πολύ!!!

Μια υπέροχη βίλλα! Η θέα είναι ίσως η καλύτερη στη βόρεια Ελλάδα! Νιώθεις σαν να κινείται το πλοίο. Το σπίτι είναι άνετο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ τους ιδιοκτήτες! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

We had a really great time here. The place is amazing, especially the fact that it has the pool available for us. We would gladly come back anytime
