I had an amazing stay at these apartments in Phuket! The location is perfect—close to everything you need, including a mall, large supermarkets, and a bus stops that goes to Kata, Karon and Patong beach, making it incredibly convenient. The facilities within the complex are excellent, offering everything you could ask for. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the entire place is well-maintained. A special mention to the owner, who was extremely responsive, friendly, and always available to help with anything needed. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. This place is absolutely worth a visit, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt bei Joey hat mir extrem gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um dem Lärm von Patong etwas zu entkommen und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man benötigt. Ich komme gerne das nächste Mal wieder.

Rezervasyon yaptığım andan itibaren çok iyi bir iletişim kuruldu. Ev fotoğraflardan daha güzel, kendi evimizde gibiydik ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Phuket’e ulaştığımızda Nikita bizi havaalanında karşıladı, arabada su ve şeker dahil her şeyi düşünmüştü. Bebeğimiz ve bizim için çok hoş hediyeler ve bizi çok mutlu eden bir not hazırlamıştı. Gezilecek yerleri çok iyi biliyordu, sevgili annesi Marina ile birlikte bizi çok güzel yerlere götürdü ve bunu tamamen gönüllü olarak yaptılar. Kısa bir tatil yaptık ama uzun sürecek dostluklar kazandık. Tekrar geleceğiz ve burada daha uzun süre kalacağız. Her şey için teşekkürler Niki&Denis&Marina🥰

The apartment's location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Patong Beach, making it so easy to enjoy the sun and sea without any hassle. Not to mention, it's surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and shops, so everything you need is right at your doorstep. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly in the hot weather.

We stayed at this Airbnb with our friends, the place was lovely, very comfortable and clean! We had some difficulties with finding it, but the host was very helpful and assisted us. All furniture looked new and in good condition. The apartment is 7 minutes away from Central Phuket Mall, it was very convenient to walk there for groceries or dinners. They also have all luxury brands like Dior/LV there, in case you need it) We were very happy that we chose this place, really recommend it

Es war noch besser als erwartet. Ein top Appartment in top Lage. Checkin war ganz easy und gut beschrieben. Wir konnten auf Nachfrage sogar früher einchecken. Man fährt mit dem ersten Aufzug zur Dachterasse, dann mit einem zweiten in eines der höheren Gebäude. -Voll ausgestattete Küche -schönes Badezimmer -mit Glastür abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer, mit extra Klimaanlage -Riesige gläserne Balkontür -Balkon mit Hängesessel und tollem Blick über den ganzen Kamala Beach. -Pool mit Meerblick benutzbar -Gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum -Fußweg zum Strand, Rollerverleih, Restaurants, Geschäften ca 10 Minuten -ATM/Money exchange, Supermärkte direkt vorm Hotel Time war ausserdem superfreundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Alles in allem eine super Adresse in Kamala die ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen würde.

这次住宿让我们全家都非常满意！房子空间非常大，装修风格既现代又温馨，每个房间都布置得非常漂亮，干净整洁，住起来特别舒服。厨房设备也非常齐全，各种厨具和调料应有尽有，我们每天都能轻松做饭，特别适合喜欢自己下厨的家庭。房东人也超级好，沟通非常及时，有任何问题都能迅速解决，真的是有求必应，让我们住得非常安心。 总之，这次入住体验非常棒，强烈推荐给想要一家人一起出游的朋友们！下次有机会一定还会再来！

Michael’s Villa is an ideal place for any family or group of friends visiting Phuket. Ideal location, walkable distance from Kata beach and market. Very clean and spacious villa with a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and outdoor sitting area. We had an amazing time during our 3 day stay. Michael is very cooperative as well as proactive with local recommendations and arranged all transportation for us which was a very big help. All in All, it was our one of the best Airbnb experience. Would recommend Michael’s place to everyone visiting Phuket.

Недавно вернулись из отпуска, который провели всей семьёй (14 человек, от 3 до 81 года) на вилле в Таиланде – и это было лучшее решение! В отличие от отеля, здесь не пришлось тратить время на исследование территории, всё было под рукой. Вилла просторная, у каждого была своя зона отдыха. Отдельное удовольствие – повар Win, который готовила для нас вкусные и разнообразные блюда. Бассейн без ограничений по времени, дети могли купаться хоть всю ночь. На территории есть всё необходимое – стиральная и сушильная машины, настольный теннис, бадминтон. До пляжа пешком далековато, но на такси всего 7–10 минут. Сам пляж чистый, береговая линия большая, волны зависят от погоды. Хозяйка виллы Ольга всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами. В итоге отдых получился незабываемым – комфорт, уют и полный релакс! Спасибо за замечательный опыт!

Errol is great host. we had a stay for 5 says in this house, and there was some problem with tha water supply, but the Errol tried his best to resolve the issue. the house is full of amenities. it's a beautiful house.

This is a beautiful house with a awesome swimming pool. We stayed in the house happily for the whole month. The host supports us a lot during the period.

We had a super comfortable stay at Joe's home in Phuket. The interiors are very aesthetically done, and just as shown in the pictures. The locality is not the best for tourists, not much to do around and it gets slightly deserted in the evenings. Overall a great stay to chill in the villa by the pool.

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

Der Gastgeber hat auf alles super und schnell reagiert sogar wo ich den pin vergessen hatte für die Tür hat er ihn mir kostenlos erneut mitgeteilt und war jederzeit erreichbar die Umgebung ist ruhig aber man kommt überall super schnell hin mit dem Roller oder Auto mit Roller sogar extrem günstig ganz Pukhet von dort aus zu erkunden

The property was was perfect for me. I was working in Thailand so I needed a 'home from home' setup. The property is very spacious and airy, which was perfect for a warm and humid climate. The kitchen was adequate for cooking at home with plenty of fridge and freezer space. The condo is in a beautiful and secure complex within Kamala. The complex has good pools, gym, laundrette facilities, and a restaurant. There are plenty of food, drink and relaxation options in Kamala. It's a great location that's well situated in Phuket. The apartment is about a 10-15 walk to the beach which is a very reasonable stroll. The property is away from a main road so it remains very quiet at night and won't spoil your sleep. I would recommend this property to others and would certainly stay there again if I was in Phuket. The host were very help and kind, making them perfect hosts!

sehr saubere und ruhige Unterkunft mit Pool um die Ecke für die Schwimmrunde am Morgen, viele einfache Thai Restaurants in der Nähe. Vermieter war bei der Auswahl sehr behilflich, zum Kamala Strand sind es ca 10 Minuten, Mopeds Wäscheservice auch leicht erreichbar Herzlichen Dank an Per und seine Frau 🙏

Nice apartment and good location. Especially if you want to reach the fighter street and Phuket old town. For going to the beach you need 20-30 min. But if you like to ride a scooter it’s fun. It’s a really nice condo with pool and gym 😀 The communication with the host was also super good.

Super nice place! Not to far from bars and the beach a cheap ride on a grab bike away. I was charged 7 baht per kwh. So 3 nights stay was 468 baht extra for electricity. Not horrible but all the ad says electricity is extra and doesnt say the price. I would stay again tho. Pool and the gym are nice !

The condo is new built. The facilities are included gym, swimming pools and common rest areas under trees. It is comfy and feels like home in the apt. If you driving to check in, it has to do the early registration. When I was checked in, due to long queue of cars getting in, I was able to get in easily without an ask for security. The home keys are easy to attain in the mail box of lobby. The parking is spacious. Parking lot is quite near to the lift for me to check in the apt. It’s few footsteps. The apt is clean and equipped new furnitures. However it is recommended for more toilet papers and kitchen paper. The TV remote was out of battery, so I didn’t enjoy TV with Netflix. The door lock was a bit malfunctioned, it needed a harder push for door locked. When I told the host, he is responsive to send staff to check the door lock, it’s warmed. It is close to Phuket town, a lot of good restaurants out there. Overall, the apt is recommended to stay for weeks.
