Rattiya est une personne extrêmement gentille et à l'écoute. le logement bénéficie d'une localisation un peu à l'écart de la foule de Patong, dans un bel écrin de nature. Kamala reste le meilleur choix pour nous en terme de plage. pensez à louer un véhicule pour profiter pleinement de la situation du logement

Yun was an amazing host, always very responsive and helpful with anything. The villa matched the description and was perfect for a peaceful vacation. We loved the pool!!! Would recommend this property and Yun as a host!

Wonderful place to spend a week. We had 5 adults and the place was spacious, with plenty of room and private spaces. All of the rooms had ample storage and the beds were so comfortable with each room having a little bar fridge. It is a 4 level house, so if stairs arnt for you, then the house won’t suit. Patrik is the best host, he is responsive and always willing to accommodate any request. House keeper Sue, who comes daily is a delight! She cleans and washes and the house was always clean after a day out sightseeing. The house is in a great location, but is up a very steep hill. Sometimes we walked it and other days got a taxi. Just factor that in if you’re not very fit and active. Would stay again next time back we are back.

We stayed at Piotr’s villa for three nights, and it was a beautiful, cozy, and private retreat. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Piotr’s was a wonderful host he kindly let us drop off our luggage before check-in and shared several great recommendations for the area. He also helped us get around, making our stay even more convenient. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t wait his calendar is almost fully booked for the year! Thanks, Piotr’s! Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und bietet viel Platz. Das WLAN war ausgezeichnet. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Eine Überraschung war jedoch der Ausblick vom zweiten Stock auf ein heruntergekommenes Gebäude, das scheinbar als Unterkunft für Obdachlose dient. Die Lage ist okay – etwa 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, allerdings muss man eine große Hauptstraße ohne Fußgängerstreifen überqueren, was mit Kindern mühsam sein kann. Positiv ist die Nähe zu mehreren Supermärkten. Der Preis von ca. 4500 Baht für 10 Tage für Strom und Wasser zusätzlich, entsprach der Beschreibung, wir fanden ihn aber etwas hoch. Die Kommunikation war aber sehr gut und wir waren auch sonst grundsätzlich sehr glücklich mit der Auswahl. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Waschmaschine auch sowie funktionable Küche. Pool war super mit Kindern und hat auch viel Spass gemacht.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique villa, moderne et fonctionnelle. Un petit coin de paradis au cœur de Patong, grâce au jardin et la piscine . Pratique, tout est accessible à pieds que se soit pour la mer, la ville, les restaurants ou autres loisirs . Très bonne communication avec l’hôte, je recommande à 100%.

Kezia was incredibly responsive. Before my arrival, they answered all my questions promptly, providing detailed information about the property, local attractions, and check - in procedures. Their clear and friendly communication made me and my husband feel welcome. The location is extremely great. 2min walk to the Patong beach and 5min to the Bangla street. There are also numerous restaurants, cafes, and massage shops around. And the view from the property is absolutely breathtaking! Much better than the profile pictures. The place was clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. The bedroom was private and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep even with the night life around. Overall, I highly recommend this place! Overall, this stay was highly satisfying. We deeply appreciate the warm hospitality and thoughtfulness of both the host and the housekeeper. Below, I will provide more detailed feedback. [Positive Points 1. The host was very quick to respond. 2. Daily cleaning service was provided upon request. 3. Items we needed or requested (such as beach towels and hand towels) were promptly replenished. 4. We received a New Year’s gift. 5. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. 6. The bedroom air conditioner was broken on the first day. However, the issue was quickly resolved, and it was repaired by the next day, so this doesn’t count as a negative point. Additionally, we were given a fruit basket as an apology. [Negative Points] 1. The elevator would not function if three people were inside, as the alarm would go off. Since there were three of us staying, this was a minor inconvenience.

Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Fint boende bra värd som svarade snabbt på frågor och hjälpte till med transfer. Det enda som kan upplevas lite negativt är den hårt trafikerade vägen nedanför och att städningen genomfördes varannan dag så inte 6 av 7 dagar som stod i beskrivningen. Men överlag en toppen lägenhet kommer gärna tillbaka.

The location and view is unbeatable, yes it's on top of a hill but we had no issues with uber/Bolt (hence the price the you pay for such a view :D) the place was really nice and the rooms were very clean and fancy. Pawel was really communicative and checked in on us upon our checkout and was even nice to give us a late checkout. We had our concerns at first at the house manager but as we had asked for some privacy this was easily resolved. the housekeeper who came every day or other day was so nice and even did our laundry which was SO NICE.

Apartament posiada 2 sypialnie i salon z kuchnią. Duży balkon. Jest czyste. Dostaliśmy dwa klucze. Budynek to Patong Tower. Idealna lokalizacja - pieszo 3 minuty na plażę, 5 minut na Bangla Road. Dostępny jest podziemny parking z którego skorzystałem. Gospodarz jest bardzo komunikatywny i pomocny. Apartament pominmo bliskiej odległości od imprezowej Bangla Road jest cichy gdy się zamknie okna - moża zatem spokojnie spać. Wejście do budynku jest łatwe. Na windy nie trzeba czekać. Oceniam to miejsce na 5 gwiazdek - jest idealne w Patong

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, liegt in einem sauberen und gut gesicherten Wohnkomplex, sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter Lage etwas ausserhalb, zwei 7 Eleven um die Ecke, man braucht 15-30min mit Roller zum Strand👍🏽

Really enjoyed the stay in Alex's villa with my family. The apartament is so much better than in pictures, it's very spacious and clean. Aleks is a wonderful host, always helpful. I highly recommend to book his place. 10 our of 10 stars!

Spacious and clean apartment located in a quiet area of Patong. Plenty of stores and restaurants etc. nearby. The atmosphere at the apartment is very relaxed and the views are fantastic. Check-in was smooth and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, with good communication throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

The stay was excellent - host is very responsive too. The location itself was perfect - 7/11 right around the corner & also an accessible spot for activity pick up / drop off e.g. Phi Phi boat tour. In terms of the rooms, they were fairly spacious & has the amenities you need for a short-to-medium term stay. We really enjoyed our week in Phuket, will definitely be returning again!

This place has the ultimate view in all of Patong Beach. It was spacious and very clean. Ladies came every day to clean and stock waters which was very much appreciated. Our host was amazing and always very helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

在这里住了8天，入住体验非常好，房子里面所需要的一切都很齐全，全家人都很满意，酒店有去海滩的车 每两小时往返一次，走路去海边也还好 15分钟左右，周边距离7-11、bigC 超市等也不算远，还有一个星期一、星期四、星期五都会开的夜市，总体真得很满意，如果还有机会，一定还会来此入住

Der Aufenthalt bei Michael war fantastisch, es war sogar noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Besser geht es nicht, wir haben jede Sekunde in der Unterkunft genossen. Mrs. Aoijai welche uns in Empfang genommen hat war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, herzlichen Dank.

The apartment was really good. Its location was perfect as it was 10 minutes from the beach and was in a quiet area at the same time. It was a bit hard to find at first, the taxi took us to a wrong address (which was a common confusion for taxis during our whole stay). We were greeted by a local contractor working for the host. Make sure to check the phone number provided by the host in the description, as he won't answer texts in the app. The shower cabin felt a bit dirty upon arrival but we did clean it up and had no issues afterwards. The place is spacious, the living room is quite large and the kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is probably at the exact center of Patong, so it is easy to go in any direction.

Second time at this amazing apartment, really comfort, clean in the middle of Patong beach, providing at the same time serenity and privacy. Andy & Nikki always so kind and friendly, to help or answer at any questions. Missing already this place, will visit for sure soon :)
