Rattiya's place was the highlight of our trip! We watched the elephants everyday from her beautiful outdoor terrace. Listening to them eat and trumpet was incredible. It's the first thing my wife talks about when people ask us about our Thailand vacation and her eyes light up like the 4th of July every single time! Rattiya was the perfect host!

Bigger than it looks in the pictures and not as far to walk to the beach as some made out in other reviews. Great pool and local amenities made it a great base to explore the area.

Super fed lejlighed! Vi havde nogle rigtige gode dage i patong! Udsigten er det hele værd hvor til du så for en super fed lejlighed med nogle alt for blæret rum hvor man kan trække sig tilbage når man gerne vil være alene! Køkkenet passes os perfekt og Sue var perfekt hun gjord en dyd ud af hun ikke blev set og var rigtig dejlig at snakke med! Bedre stuepige kan man vist ikke få….dejligt der blev fyldt vand og cola op hverdag så man slap for at købe det med hjem fra byen….Vil gerne takke Patrik af hjertet! Jeg kommer igen! Mange tak fordi vi måtte låne din bolig ✌🏻mvh Stefan

We spent the Xmas period here and the house and pool lived up to expectations. Everything that we needed was provided and we would love to return another time.

We stayed at Piotr’s villa for three nights, and it was a beautiful, cozy, and private retreat. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Piotr’s was a wonderful host he kindly let us drop off our luggage before check-in and shared several great recommendations for the area. He also helped us get around, making our stay even more convenient. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t wait his calendar is almost fully booked for the year! Thanks, Piotr’s! This place is a hidden gem. Clean, spacious, quiet and peaceful. It looked exactly as in the pictures. Pim was very helpful throughout the stay & very accommodative. Worth every penny spend. The only downside is the house is up the hill. So, not walkable up & down at all but getting tuk tuk or Grab was not an issue throughout. Just cater that discomfort but otherwise everything was super great. will stay here again.

Ein besonderes Highlight ist die fantastische Lage: Viele Dinge sind bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Banzaan Markt direkt nebenan ist ein absolutes Muss – perfekt, um frisches und leckeres Essen zu genießen und in das lokale Leben einzutauchen. Die Unterkunft selbst war makellos sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt habe. Nuttavut war zudem ein äußerst hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich stets darum bemüht hat, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon jetzt darauf, bei meiner nächsten Reise wieder hierher zurückzukehren. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung!

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt bei Toss! Seine Mama hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles wichtige gezeigt! Die kleine Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Alles war in einem TOP Zustand. Allgemein die Anlage war super modern und die Community sehr entspannt. wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.☺️

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect - very close to all the shops and walkable distance to patong beach and all main attractions Host provided beach towels and other small essentials needed for the stay. Very clean space and wonderful views from the balcony

It was my fourth time staying in Phuket over the years. This was my first time not staying in a tourst trap area. The location is very walkable to seven eleven and a little lotus store that has everything you need for cooking. We had a 3-year-old, so we needed to do some cooking. The night market is about a 10 minute walk from this place. Getting there was a bit difficult because I gave the taxi the wrong information. If you use "Plus Condominium 2" it will show up on google maps and other apps. It's a good central location to stay in to visit different parts of phuket. The host is up front though that it is not on the beach. You can't just walk there, but getting there is not that big of a hassle. I'd stay here again.

It's been lovely staying here. Everything was perfect. The location, the property itself, the staff here. All excellent. The place itself was great too. Really well equipped and well thought out. Had everything we needed and more. Last but not least, it was great dealing with Cory as well. I will make sure to book again in the future. Thanks for everything.

superbe villa, jardin exotique sublime, le personnel gentil et bienveillant, petit dejeuner servi à table, le plaisir absolu. Un grand bémol, maison près d'une route ,beaucoup de trafic, bruyant durant la nuit. Faudrait choisir les villas au fond du jardin nettement plus au calme.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, Mon Mari moi et mes enfants, le personnel est incroyable, la rapidité et les échanges pareils, le logement était d’une propreté impeccable et très bien équipé le service Menage tous les jours vraiment je recommande 10/10 ça va aller largement son prix. Je suis vraiment heureuse d’avoir passé un séjour avec eux. Je recommande !!! sans parler de la gentillesse de ce peuple et surtout de leur personnel. Ils sont d’une gentillesse absolue. Bravo

We've stayed in the Villa for 2 weeks. The place is absolutely amazing. Pool is great and our kids loved it. Margaret is a great host, very responsive and also have a great team locally that is always ready to to help you with any of the queries. Also Villa services like cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance were spot on. Location is super family friendly - away from the Patong craziness but close enough to Bang Tao beach and local restaurants and shops. Every room have a separate bathroom and 2 of them have even an outside private shower which is amazing ! Villa is very well kept and maintained with a highest standards. The option of free airport transfer is also a very welcoming addition. If we ever go back to Phuket we will be coming back to this place as it ticks all the boxes for us and even exceeds some of our expectations. Highly recommend !

We had the most amazing stay here. Nicely decorated place, extremely spacious and we loved the secluded pool! The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful, we slept very well, and the bed was comfortable. The spaciousness continues even in the bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure.

The villa was as shown in the pictures, spacious and even larger than expected. The view was fantastic! While a car is necessary to get around, it’s well worth it for the location and scenery. The support staff were attentive, helpful, and communicated quickly. We stayed as a family and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

absolutely amazing place for a great price. Spacious, big pool, perfect daily cleaning service, pool service. Bit far from a city/night life, which makes it very private, calm. We were a family of 10 and very satisfied. Will surely stay here again.
