This villa was perfect! A short walk to a clean beach. A spotless pool, AC in every room, regular housekeeping, and private parking. The location is ideal for a peaceful vacation while still being close to entertainment (20 min taxi to Patong - local Vegas). The beach (which was never too packed) and its lively street are minutes away from the villa. For fitness lovers, there’s a great gym just a 7-minute walk away. Also a scooter rental is nearby. A food street around the corner. After exploring the island for two weeks, I can surely say - Kamala neighborhood - is the best. It’s cleaner than Patong, not as crowded as Rawai, and more affordable than Bang Tao. The host was super responsive, making everything easy. My parents and I loved it. I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Good location. Kamala beach is about 15 minutes by walking, 3 min by motorbike. Bangtao and Patong about 15 min by motorbike. The house was nice but from toilets were stinking probably from pipes. Communication with host was good, but could be better. In our generally opinion we do recommend

Host was responsive and communicated well. We found the space to be just as descripted and the staff was very courteous.

The Airbnb is very comfortable and looks exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Mark is a very good host who is always available and reacts fast. The housekeepers are very friendly and do clean the airbnb (dont forget to tip them) :) I really can recommend this airbnb to all of you , Enjoy your vacation !

Die Zeit in der Unterkunft war wirklich toll und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, was auch vorallem an der herzlichen und umsichtigen Art von Onphailin lag. Trotz des touristischen Ortes hatte die Unterkunft eine thailändische Atmosphäre. Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral und direkt gegenüber gabs einen seven eleven. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft wirklich weiter und bedanken uns nochmal für die coole Erfahrung :))

We stayed at Julia's place in Kamala for a month, and it was an good experience! The area is great, with plenty of cafes offering a variety of cuisines, lots of massage salons, and both 7/11 and Big C within walking distance. There’s also a street night market nearby with fresh fruits and street food. The beach is very close, and there’s a great gym nearby as well. The property is in a gated, secure community. It has an excellent deep pool with plenty of sun loungers. The house itself is huge, featuring a very comfortable large sofa and a big TV. There’s also a dedicated workspace and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware. Overall, I highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for two families to stay together.

Довольно просторный новый дом, отлично подошёл для нас пятерых ( трое взрослых +двое детей). Все необходимое в доме есть. Мы часто останавливались в этом районе, в этот раз понравилось, что дом расположен более уединённо, замечательный вид на сопки. Но нужно быть готовым, что арендовать транспорт будет необходимо.

Alles super. Konnten flexibel ein- und auschecken. Alles wie beschrieben. Und sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Great stay at her apartment as it was spacious and clean! Furthermore, the sea view was so amazing and I enjoyed chilling at the balcony. Would highly recommended staying here!! :)

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless and impeccably maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. Everything was so smooth, from check-in to check-out, and the host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made all the difference. This was hands-down one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

What is there to say. This was an amazing place to spend time in Thailand. The villa is everything as it is advertised, clean, cosy and it feels like a home away from home. One thing I can mention that was not due to the villa’s fault, is that the pool water is on the cold side and can’t always be used as expected, but still the best place to get back to after being away to the beach and surroundings. If I could, I would rate this villa higher than just a 5 star

Провели месяц (с 1.06.2023 по 29.06.2023) в этом таунхаусе. Прекрасное жилье, есть вся необходимая бытовая техника, посуда, постельное белье и полотенца. Принимающая сторона Юлия и Олег - замечательные люди! Помогли заселиться, все очень подробно объяснили и даже в первый день свозили во все супермаркеты на машине, чтобы не тащить тяжелые пакеты пешком😍 Огромная благодарность за отзывчивость и помощь в любую минуту! Жилой комплекс с закрытой территорией, сам таунхаус находится в 10 шагах от чистого бассейна. С крыши таунхауса любовались самыми красивыми закатами☺️ Две спальни, три санузла; проживание идеально для четверых человек. Большая кухня-гостиная, во всех комнатах кондиционеры и потолочные вентиляторы. На заднем дворе стиральная и сушильная машины и большая сушилка для белья. Жилье рекомендую на 1000 процентов! Единственный минус - в одной из спален маленький шкаф для хранения вещей и отсутствуют тумбочки у кровати🙌🏻

Very warm and welcoming both Nui and Kat! Always providing me with treats and great suggestions. Super, super friendly and kind! The place is very clean. The location is central not near the beach, but once you rent a scooter it is easy to get everywhere. Thank you Kat and Nui!

The place is beautiful! If you like peace and quiet and have a relaxing vacation in Phuket, then this is the right place for you. It’s big, spacious, and it has everything you need. The host is responsive and was available 24/7. He literally would reply immediately if you approach him. If you decide to stay here, I would suggest to hire a motorcycle because it’s a bit of a challenge to climb up the hill from the main roam. But it’s a good exercise if you like to walk. It’s not far from the beach but it’s a bit of a walk. Great place!

The location was amazing, and the team very supportive. For the price it was well worth it, and we had a great stay. The rooms were nice and homely and the view was amazing. The only concern we did have was the hill being a bit steep which made walking up a bit difficult, and with grab bikes some were not able to make it up the hill. That being said, everything else was really great and truly an enjoyable stay.

We been travelling since November it's now March and we been at a number of accommodations . Everything worked well for us and we would definitely come back again . An Oasis in a busy part of Phuket . Having access to a pool on those extremely hot city days as digital nomads it worked so well to be able to take a break and jump in pool to cool down . Loved that we had a well stocked fridge with plenty of water , drinks and alcohol, also some snacks . A bonus for us and other guests was the communal kitchen, which meant having option of cooking or reheating our left overs from restaurants. I real find this place . The rooms are large and comfortable and good cleaning service for room. Only thing we didn't appreciate was the noise from the traffic on main road, Lina was very accommodating and offered a different room with a better view and less noise.
