I have stayed in a lot of good 5 star hotels and resorts around the world but as we were with kids this time so we wanted more like a home rather than distinct rooms. I have to admit this stay by far expels and soothes way more than any 5 stars could. The host is an angel of a lady who is there to assist you in whatever way she can. My kids wanted toys high chair baby cot and she provided all of it in such a quick time. And its just a wonderful property to stay in with a beautiful vast pool to enjoy. Relaxed , Rejuvenated and thrilled. Bestest in Phuket.

Beautiful modern villa w an amazing pool and better than the photos. Well equipped inc. new coffee machine -thanks Piotr! Great local area w plenty of restaurants and shops and friendly. Complex has friendly security staff and felt very safe. Gym not open yet but hope to be finished by next time we come. Kamala beach is ideal w plenty of restaurants and bars but low key and family friendly. Beach was v clean and water lovely. Great supermarkets for anything you need and night markets perfect for cheap delicious local food and souvenirs. Local fruit we bought everyday was amazing and cheap. Cannot praise enough the hosts. Piotr was available anytime, met us at the Villa on check in and was super responsive and friendly helping with any potential issues plus advice on trips, transport and local apps, water etc. and airport transfers. Prior to arrival Steph responded quickly and efficiently to us. Three weeks here was heaven and we will definitely return and highly recommend

My 2 friends and I stayed at Alexander’s Property while in Thailand to celebrate my 30th birthday - the villa was everything we expected and more! 100% matched the photos and descriptions, located in an area where we could have our peace and quiet whenever we weren’t running around. Duncan was very responsive whenever needed as well, which was much appreciated. My only note would be that the villa was a little bit hard to find the very first time we pulled up, but once you do know where it is, it’s pretty easy to navigate to. I would definitely consider staying here again if/when I return to Phuket!

Nous avons eu affaire à risa la co hôte personne magnifique très gentil très disponible répond à nos attentes dans la minute à toujours répondu à tout ce que l’on avait besoin positivement et nous a donné de très bonne adresse (plage , centre commerciaux,restaurant….) piscine nettoyer régulièrement draps et serviettes changer tout les 3 jours maison agréable et fonctionnel merci aime pour votre accueil dans ce magnifique pays à très bientôt.

Our stay at the place was exactly what we wanted. As a vegetarian family in Thailand, we were able to cook as the kitchen was pristine and hygienic. The host was very warm, welcoming and helpful. The house was well lit, the pool was clean too! Totally worth it.

We were a family, so maybe not the average visitors, but our original idea of going down to the beach often evaporated the moment the younger one realized he can almost stand in the pool. Thus we spent our time at the villa in the pool, in the jungle, at the local shops, in the Haifa cafe, with no need to even interact with the tourist hustle and bustle down there. The muezzin sings beautifully and clearly, the roosters too, the pool is the right size and depth, and the villa design was clearly inspired by Adolf Loos and his ideas about the Raumplan, he surely would have loved it too. We were happy there.

Brilliant place to stay. Very helpful host full of local recommendations. on-site staff Papa was very helpful, getting us supplies whenever needed. location is perfect for patong. Great views the right spot for a big group

It was about a thirty min ride to center city so that nice. Food markets are about the same distance as well. Overall it was convenient for us.

The accommodation is truly unique and amazing. One of a kind. It was the gem in the crown of our amazing holiday. Joy was super helpful every single day and felt like family. We hope to be back!

Pictures do not do this villa justice - it's much larger than it seems, has 4 floors, lovely roof terrace with hot tub and 2 more patios in an amazingly central location in Patong. Cleaning every day was a lovely treat and all the team who helped us during our stay were great including our host who was always very attentive. Would easily recommend and for what you are getting this property represents great value.

This stay was amazing! The house is pristine, clean, with absolutely amazing views. The staff is great and security is always active to keep you safe!

The villa was perfectly located with breathtaking views overlooking Patong Beach—peaceful yet close enough to all the action. Fiona is an exceptional host, communicating like a personal assistant and always one step ahead. She went out of her way to help with extra travel arrangements and made sure we felt completely at home. The dinner prepared by the private chef was a real highlight—beautifully presented and exceeded all expectations. A truly memorable stay. Highly recommend this villa and Fiona’s incredible hospitality!

Alice who takes care of the house was the best part of this home. Everything else was spectacular also

Our stay at Laemsingh Villa was an absolutely amazing experience! From the very beginning of our stay, all the staff were phenomenal in catering to our requests. The transfer from the airport to the villa was seamless and Zomzom, our butler, went out of her way to ensure our rides, meals, etc. were well coordinated throughout our entire stay, even keeping in close contact with me while we were out on excursions. Everything meal that the chef prepared was delicious, highly recommend doing this throughout your stay. We ended up asking for her to make meals for us all 3 days. Thanks for a great first experience in Phuket!

The stay was great, conveniently located, very clean, and aesthetic furniture. A few minutes ride to the beach, and also accessible to Patong. The host were also very quick in communication which helped us a lot. Would highly recommend!

Sehr geräumiges Haus in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Sehr sauberer Pool. Toller Service durch die Haushälterin, die auf Wunsch auch die Wäsche wäscht.

Ash's place was very ideal for a family vacation. Great pool with an awesome view. His concierge team was super helpful and Ash was kind enough to provide a floor mattress that we asked for our young children (we were afraid of them falling from the bed without any guard). Thank you for the great vacation!

Отдыхали в феврале 2020 года. Дом великолепный. Посёлок тоже превосходный. Все наши ожидания превзошёл. Чистота идеальная. Бассейн шикарный! В доме все было , средство для уборки. Соки, фрукты! Связь с хозяином постоянная. Уборка сада, бассейна постоянна . Мы отдыхали с детьми , все безопасно для детей. Территория около дома великолепная! Мы действительно очень рады что выбрали этот дом. Обязательно вернёмся ещё. Расположение тоже удачное. Хозяин просто отличный. У нас возникли проблемы учитывая ситуацию с короновирусом и мы вынуждены были уехать раньше чем планировали , хозяин отнёсся с пониманием и компенсировал нам остаток ночей! Мы советуем дом друзьям .

Customer service was amazing, Helpful staff, was very accomodating. Staff cleaned sheets and pool on a daily basis as well as cleaned our laundry. Wouldn’t recommend a better place in Phuket 💯

This place was great. the staff at the villa was AMAZING. They were very accommodating, responsive and also made us an amazing meal. Loved how it was by the beach, and the pool was amazing. However a few things to note, we were with a group of couples/friends and there was a drastic difference in how nice the master bedrooms were versus the other bedrooms which were pretty bare.
