Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

This is a beautiful villa with a stunning view. It’s in a quiet neighborhood next to the forest, so it’s a perfect place for relaxation and small activities (walking, running, etc.). The only thing you should keep in mind is that you probably will need some sort of transportation to move around. This place will be my first choice when I come back. I highly recommend this place.

Michael's place and his attitude contributed greatly towards the wonderful experience of our trip. Not an easy job to list all the good things and memories. Michael moved check-in and check-out times for us. Still we received the place in a squeaky clean condition and had zero issues with the next guests. Not only he provided some great tips on places worth visiting and dinning, his hint led to THE BEST evening we had in Phuket. Some beautiful scenic views and great people. He helped us with transfers to the property and back to the airport. Organised a rent car and it's delivery for a decent price. While so far I prefer to explore various places and rarely stay at the same place twice, but I believe there is a great chance we are going to return, if Michael agrees to have us again. Veldig flott sted som jeg anbefaler! Jeg og min familie bodde her i en uke. Perfekt for barna, med basseng og en trapp som leder direkte ned til en liten og rolig strand. Området var perfekt for oss, vi søkte rolige omgivelser uten for mye turister. Det kan være verdt å merke seg at dette krever litt ekstra innsats ved at man må bestille taxi for å komme seg til og fra huset (kun 3-4 min med taxi til Rawai), og det kan være lurt å være forberedt på å bruke apper for både mat- og taxibestilling. Den siste veien, ca 500 meter, til huset er litt humpete og noen taxier ville ikke kjøre helt frem. Belønningen med en slik lokasjon er at du bor i et paradis uten de store folkemengdene som du ser veldig mange andre steder. Anbefaler The beach house på det sterkeste!

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Идеальное жилье с идеальным расположением. Биби (милое имя хозяйки 😌) была очень любезна, приветлива и всегда помогала. Если вы так же как и я, читаете отзывы и по ним отталкиваетесь бронировать жилье или нет, то поверьте ответ однозначный - бронировать! Относительно много раз снимал жилье на АИРБНБ и это одна из лучших моих находок. К сожалению получилось приехать только на неделю, надеюсь в следующем году вернуться сюда на подольше! :) P.S на территории отеля ходят две кошки и у одной из них колокольчик на шее и они постоянно мяукали, возможно для кого-то это будет важно, иногда мешали спать ))

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem kompletten Ablauf. Alles ist digital für jeden Kunden zugänglich was das ganze unkompliziert macht. Es gibt einen Chat wo alle 24 std erreichbar sind. Für thailändische Verhältnisse ist es preislich am oberen Limit aber dafür ist auch alles modern , sauber und nicht kaputt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das komplette Team von Herzen empfehlen. Lieber etwas mehr ausgeben und dafür glücklich nach Hause kommen. Menschlich einfach top bei unseren Check out morgens um 6 Uhr wurden wir sogar mit einem Kaffee verabschiedet. Danke für alles 🫶

Отличное место для семейного отдыха. Стивен был дружелюбен и всегда на связи. Немного сложно было найти место, тк Title имеет несколько отдельных комплексов с разными названиями. Апартаменты как в описании, на территории закрытого кондоминиума с двумя бассейнами. Есть чайник, тостер и минимум посуды. На фото было 2 отдельных кровати, но оказалось, что теперь эти две кровати соединены и на них лежит большой общий матрас. Все было отлично и мы остались довольны отдыхом. Из минусов - жесткие подушки и шум стройки по соседству. Стройка не прекращалась до 2х ночи иногда. Но это временная проблема и скорей всего к моменту вашего заселения, стройка уже закончится.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war wie beschrieben. Miles hat sich immer sofort gemeldet wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es gab ein Problem mit Wasser im Bad was aber gelöst wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage war die 1. die nicht direkt aufs Bett bläst. Das war sehr gut. Ich würde wenn Rawai dann zu Miles gehen. Eigentlich wählten wir Rawai zum Inselhopping was dann aber auch woanders war. Zum schwimmen würde ich andere Strände empfehlen. Hier fährt ein Bus ab für wenig Geld Richtung Airport. Dieser fährt auch zu den Stränden auf dieser Seite (Karon)… Wir danken Miles für den Aufenthalt und die sofortige Hilfe. Alles Gute 🍀

Airbnb Bewertung: Mein Aufenthalt bei Nuttavut in Phuket war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft hat all meine Erwartungen übertroffen und war ideal für eine erholsame und gleichzeitig spannende Zeit. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die fantastische Lage: Viele Dinge sind bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Banzaan Markt direkt nebenan ist ein absolutes Muss – perfekt, um frisches und leckeres Essen zu genießen und in das lokale Leben einzutauchen. Die Unterkunft selbst war makellos sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt habe. Nuttavut war zudem ein äußerst hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich stets darum bemüht hat, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon jetzt darauf, bei meiner nächsten Reise wieder hierher zurückzukehren. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung!

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt bei Toss! Seine Mama hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles wichtige gezeigt! Die kleine Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Alles war in einem TOP Zustand. Allgemein die Anlage war super modern und die Community sehr entspannt. wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.☺️

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect - very close to all the shops and walkable distance to patong beach and all main attractions Host provided beach towels and other small essentials needed for the stay. Very clean space and wonderful views from the balcony

It was my fourth time staying in Phuket over the years. This was my first time not staying in a tourst trap area. The location is very walkable to seven eleven and a little lotus store that has everything you need for cooking. We had a 3-year-old, so we needed to do some cooking. The night market is about a 10 minute walk from this place. Getting there was a bit difficult because I gave the taxi the wrong information. If you use "Plus Condominium 2" it will show up on google maps and other apps. It's a good central location to stay in to visit different parts of phuket. The host is up front though that it is not on the beach. You can't just walk there, but getting there is not that big of a hassle. I'd stay here again.

superbe villa, jardin exotique sublime, le personnel gentil et bienveillant, petit dejeuner servi à table, le plaisir absolu. Un grand bémol, maison près d'une route ,beaucoup de trafic, bruyant durant la nuit. Faudrait choisir les villas au fond du jardin nettement plus au calme.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, Mon Mari moi et mes enfants, le personnel est incroyable, la rapidité et les échanges pareils, le logement était d’une propreté impeccable et très bien équipé le service Menage tous les jours vraiment je recommande 10/10 ça va aller largement son prix. Je suis vraiment heureuse d’avoir passé un séjour avec eux. Je recommande !!! sans parler de la gentillesse de ce peuple et surtout de leur personnel. Ils sont d’une gentillesse absolue. Bravo

It's hard to find words to describe this villa. First of all, the pictures on the listing do not do it justice, no matter how fantastic they look. The property is so much more impressive on arrival - it's considerably larger than the pictures represent, and the location is even much more beautiful. About the location. This property sits at the top of a hill on the north end of Patong. One can walk 5 minutes down the hill to the beach and also be stuck in the non-stop craziness that is Patong. But in the villa nested above the city it's serene and quiet. It is truly the best of both worlds in an exotic location - I don't think there's a better address to stay at in this area. The people managing the villa are absolutely fantastic. Geoffrey organised our pick up from the airport to the villa as well as our transportation back to the airport on our departure. He was continually in conversation with us and made everything seamless. Such a wonderful person to be in contact with.

We had the most amazing stay here. Nicely decorated place, extremely spacious and we loved the secluded pool! The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful, we slept very well, and the bed was comfortable. The spaciousness continues even in the bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure.

The villa was as shown in the pictures, spacious and even larger than expected. The view was fantastic! While a car is necessary to get around, it’s well worth it for the location and scenery. The support staff were attentive, helpful, and communicated quickly. We stayed as a family and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Прекрасная вилла! Просторная и красивая! Заботливый хозяин. Шикарный бассейн! В пешей доступности большие продуктовые магазины. Такси легко находит. Приватность на высоком уровне - тихо, нет посторонних людей. Есть охрана. Удобные кровати. Завтраки очень вкусные! Шеф-повар прекрасно готовит. В один из дней мы заказали барбекю. Это было очень вкусно! Все было замечательно! Я и мои гости очень довольны! Большое спасибо!!
