This is a great apartment located on the edge of the very beautiful square of St Lazarus church and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Perfect spot to explore Larnaca. The apartment is exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Lora has everything perfectly organised in terms of check in, check out and provides lots of very thoughtful additions ( eg a lovely welcome drink in the fridge, plenty of phone charge leads in every location, extra tea/coffee/ amenities etc. I would definitely recommend this apartment- Thankyou Lora ❤️

A large, beautiful villa. Parking inside the courtyard. A big pool with a spacious surrounding area. There is plenty of space behind the house, and a barbecue is available. The balcony on the second floor offers a wonderful view of the sea and nature. Very easy to get to, not far from the road. The owner, Mario, is very friendly. I liked everything, highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at Peter’s place! The location is perfect—peaceful, quiet, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. The home itself is spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described (if not better!), and it’s clear that Peter takes great care in maintaining the property. We slept so well thanks to the calm surroundings and cozy setup. Peter was a fantastic host—very responsive, respectful of our privacy, and genuinely helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. He made check-in super easy and gave great local tips, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This spot is a hidden gem, and we’re so glad we found it. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore the area, this is the perfect base. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family. everything was absolutely gorgeous. the view the house stunning ! perfect for two small families or two couples looking for a quiet get away. we had trouble finding a market close by I would advise making a solid grocery list beforehand. the chicken pen and jacuzzi was a favourite for the kids. the kitchen appliances were superb quality. the only problem we had was the staircase going upstairs is extremely dangerous for little children. there's a huge empty space between the stairs and the railing big safety hazard for kids. definitely will be visiting again ! the staff were much help and very polite 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Great stay, spacious apartment with a great view. Has a water filtering machine, nespresso and a good collection of movies to choose from. Nice 20min walk from the city center but all alongside the sea so it's really enjoyable.

Super logement, nous y sommes allés en basse saison, l'île est très calme à cette période. Le logement était très propre et bien décoré. Un peu de bruit à cause des travaux juste à côté, mais ce n'est pas du tout la faute du propriétaire :)

Замечательная квартира!!! Очень свежая и чистая. Есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания. Качественное постельное белье, удобная кровать. Есть всё необходимое на кухне для приготовления еды. Очень было приятно обнаружить бутылку охлажденного просекко в холодильнике, в подарок от владелицы. Катерина очень гостеприимная, предупредительная и заботливая хозяйка. Изначально предоставила всю необходимую информацию и моментально отвечала на все мои вопросы. Совсем рядом с квартирой находится море и парк "Дасуди" с множеством хороших ресторанов и кафе. Мне очень все понравилось. Однозначно рекомендую Катерину и ее квартиру для проживания!
