Villa Papaya is a spacious and comfortable villa in a perfect location near the Pafos promenade along the sea. There are several nice restaurants nearby. The villa features a courtyard and two balconies, offering shaded spots to relax in privacy. We stayed there with our friends and had a wonderful time. The villa is highly recommended for large families or groups of friends.

I enjoyed our month stay. I was a little worried about the location but was an easy walk to places. The younger members of our family decided they liked old town Paphos, especially to eat, so this was perfect as also easy to walk to. (We drove mainly.) Parking was easy. The gentleman who attended to the pool was quick and proficient. The pool was small, perfect for children, even the big children had fun. I would recommend this place to families.

this is the second time im staying at Themithia properties. As the first time, everything was as described and spotless clean! Felt cosy and right at home. Definitely returning.

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

We had a comfortable stay in Desi's house. It is spacious and cozy and was a good fit for our family. Desi was responsive and offered great tips when I bugged her with my questions ; ) I'm also thankful for her flexiblity with the checkout time. We definitely recommend others to be her guests!

Endroit calme et reposant avec une vue magnifique. La grande piscine, rien que pour vous, est bien adaptée aux petits et aux grands. Pambos est un hôte très réactif. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless and clearly well-maintained, showing the host’s great attention to detail. The parking spot right next to the house was super convenient, and the entire area was wonderfully quiet. The outdoor space is impressive—perfect for a BBQ with everything you need, and the pool area is amazing. The views are great, and it feels completely private. Savvas, the host, was incredibly thoughtful, super friendly, and provided very clear instructions, making the stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

We had a great stay in Arianna's charming, comfortable place, which was decorated with a real style eye. Location-wise, we couldn't think of a better place we could have stayed in the Old Town. It was peaceful but right at the centre of things, next to a smart restaurant and an easy walk to buses. It was a little boho -- the odd missing lightbulb and loose door handles -- but the bed was comfortable, there was a decent shower and it was generally a really nice place to hang out in. Would definitely stay there again.

I booked this apartment for a colleague to stay in for a short trip to the area. It was easy to book and Mike communicated well and was friendly. He was flexible with the check in -my colleague arrived a lot later to the area than planned as his hosts took him for a meal and he was unable to communicate directly with Mike to let him know. But all was well in the end. Thank you.

great place and great hostess, very helpful, gave us lots of advice. if you rent a car, the parking is in a gated community so you don't have to worry about damages

Excellent ! Un endroit paisible et calme. Le logement de Christian est très propre et fidele à l'annonce. Otto nous a accueillis devant le logement malgré la pluie. Les chats sont très amicaux et très câlins ! Le petit-dejeuner preparé par Otto est délicieux. Mention spéciale pour ses petits pains fait maison... Un délice ! Je vous conseille d'y aller les yeux fermés vous ne regretterez pas !

Our stay at the charming Summer Forever Townhouse was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning views and serene atmosphere .The host was incredibly kind and allowed us to check in early, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, blending modern amenities with cozy, rustic charm. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local area. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows just right. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The private terrace offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape providing the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening drinks. The pool was pristine and provided a refreshing escape from the sun and our kids made friends. everyone spoke well of James.Loved relaxing in the Townhouse & chatting with the locals.

It was a lovely holiday home, extremely clean, well presented and a home from home. A few improvements could be made: The double bed even though it was extremely comfortable it was on slats and if you’re not a small person then it would not be suitable for you to sleep on. The pool area was lovely but not as private as it looks although it was extremely clean. It was also very cold - I think it should be heated from October onwards. There was also a lot of furniture around the pool and that did make it seem quite cluttered outside. Also the BBQ was not really any good - it is charcoal and we couldn’t get it to stay alight plus the food was horrible. Also the oven was not up to much so cooking can be difficult. The lounge area was lovely and could be kept cool with air conditioning etc but the couch was not over comfortable and if there were 5 of you then there is not a lot of space. The home does have most things you need and the host was extremely helpful. Overall a good stay!

Nice and quiet place, 10-15 minutes drive to main area in Paphos so need to consider that it’s not that close to all the attractions. Beside that the house was perfect for us. Very suited for family with kids. They have a baby bassinet and also baby bath. They have a lot of games and toys for a large range of ages. The kitchen is also full of instruments to cook with. Overall very nice place I will come again if I would travel to paphos.

Had an excellent stay with Sabina. She was extremely helpful with recommendations, tips and advice throughout our stay around Sea Caves. She definitely went above and beyond as an Airbnb host - she was great to talk with and really made us feel at home. We had plenty of space and the facilities provided were super clean and looked after. Please stay with Sabina as she will ensure you get the most out of your holiday and is always available for any issues questions that you might have. Great place to stay and great host. Loved the privacy and peaceful environment. The pool was great to have and well kept. Walking distance to a great beach. I would stay here again.

This spacious and sunny house is located in a quiet neighbourhood (during winter, at least) and offers a parking spot (we fit two small cars) and several balconies. Kitchen is fully equipped, as are the three (!) baths. Communication was great.

Costas place is an amazing spot for every family or group of friends! The place is very clean and fully equipped! The best time of day is the sunset with an amazing view! Totally private and very accessible. I would recommend to anyone! Definitely i will visit again. Costas also is very friendly and caring person

Wir haben im Haus einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Für bis zu 4 Leute ausreichend Platz. Schlafzimmer1 zum Pool mit Doppelbett 1,80m, nach hinten zwei 90cm Betten. Kaum Verdunklung, nur Vorhänge. Schrankwände mit viel Platz. Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. Küche offen zum Wohnraum, alles Wichtige vorhanden, etwas wenig Besteck, leider keine Kaffeemaschine nur FrenchPress & Espressokocher. Bad gut, Wasserdruck durch Hauswasserwerk gut, Temperatur ok. Gut funktionierendes und schnelles WLAN überall. Steckdosenadapter von Englisch auf Schuko reichlich vorhanden. Garten um Pool schön angelegt, schwer einsehbar, man hat seine Ruhe. Einige nette Katzen. Pool schön groß, bis 2m tief und sauber, Savvas kümmert sich fast jeden Morgen darum. Ruhige Lage, toller Ausblick über Pafos. Parken problemlos. Reichlich gute Restaurants etwa 2km weg in Tala, zu weit zum Laufen da mit viel Steigung Große Supermärkte in Pafos. Insgesamt können wir das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Everything was good as expected. Only one concern the water pressure was low so taking a shower was longer then expected :)
