Lovely little flat in a great area. The soaking tub is great but the train and street noise are a little loud.

From the moment I’ve set eyes to Liang’s property and up until the moment that my group checked out, she’s been amazing and very helpful in assisting our group, which was a big deal as we were traveling with 3 kids. Her property is exactly as published, and the neighborhood is very peaceful - if you don’t want to be in the middle of Tokyo’s busy life, Ota should be on the list. As for the property, It is a 2 floors property with 5 bedrooms and 2 full restrooms - a rarity in Japanese properties. It is well worth if you’re traveling with a group - and the house is entirely kid friendly, with safety equipments installed. 10 out of 10.

Host was EXTREMELY accomadating, everything from late checkout (I checked out 10 hours later!) to food and bar reccomendations, the host really cared about my stay. Nice location if you like to have fun, every accomedation you could need and pretty view, you will never be bored in this location

The apartment is comfy, light and has it all, all that is needed. It is a discrete location in a wonderful special part of Tokyo. Akari was very responsive and supportive.

Miko’s place was just lovely. Soooooo conveniently located to the train station and food/snacking shops. We were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

It was our second time at Masakatsu‘s apartment and we really love it! The beds are really comfy and the room is very clean, and spacious and has everything you might need. The onsen was great, too! As he says, it’s no problem being heavily tattooed and the water was really relaxing! We‘re definitely coming back!

Mie-San's place was great. The location was amazing with access to the entire city by train at the very least. It was also clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very useful. The train stop was a 7 minute walk away with the main line being only 1 stop away. Quiet and bigger than average for Tokyo. Mie-San is a great host.

The house was comfortable and well heated! It was close by to a lot of amenities and honestly we would definitely stay again!

Kan’s house is truly a gem – unique, spacious, and beautifully designed! Every corner of the house reflects thoughtful attention to detail, making it an inspiring and comfortable place to stay. We were especially impressed by the abundance of natural light that fills the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a host, Kan exceeded our expectations with his proactive communication and genuine care. He was always available to offer assistance and even checked in to make sure we were doing well during our stay. The location is perfect for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to popular areas like Shibuya, Meguro, Roppongi, and Ginza. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a memorable and immersive experience in Tokyo, staying in a one-of-a-kind home that blends style and functionality.

房東十分之幫忙，我們帶兩隻小狗入住，一直未能跟成田檢疫處聯繫，房東會幫忙致電預約出境手續，有一天半夜花灑頭損壞了，房東馬上在15分鐘內趕到，給我一個花灑頭更換，感激遇到好房東，謝謝照顧了我們九天，期待下一次見面

Very enjoyable stay and good location within walking distance from Shibuya and other stations. As mentioned in previous reviews, there is a flight of steps to go down to access the property so you have to get your luggage back up on checkout which may be an issue for some. Otherwise very compact, clean and comfortable.

Yukari was more than a host, she is a friend. She is kind, friendly, helpful and very responsive. She picked us up at the station and also dropped us off when we departed. Japan is a great place to visit for its beauty, culture and especially the people. It’s our number one favorite country to come back again and again Thank you Yukari for allowing us to stay at your place and for being so nice to us

オーナーさんが親しみやすく、丁寧な説明に加えておすすめのスポットや朝市の様子を教えていただきました！ 時期的に寒くバーベキューはしませんでしたが、家の中にあったカセットコンロや電子七輪？で、鍋や焼き鳥を楽しめました！ 室内は暖房器具が充実していて、景色も良かったです！

This was a great stay for our family. The location was excellent - Hiro-o is a lovely area with local cafes and restaurants, easy access to metro and central to all we wanted to do in Tokyo. Relatively small living space but all we needed as a base for our family of 5 in Tokyo. Azabu was a great host - meeting us (even with our late arrival), recommending restaurants and was always responsive. Would definitely recommend his place and would stay again if we came back to Tokyo

犬1匹と大人２人で2泊利用させていただきました。 まず、門構えから綺麗で入る前からワクワクしました。 庭にはプールにサウナ、バーベキューの場所、そして広いドッグラン。囲いも高く、プライベート感もしっかりあり、安心して犬を走らせられました！ 室内もとても綺麗ですし、必要なものが全て揃っています。ベッド、敷布団がある中で、敷布団が好きなので敷布団で寝ましたが、フカフカで、掛け布団ももちもちふわふわで、どこのブランドの布団か確認しました(笑) 分からないことがあればオーナー様が電話で丁寧に説明してくださいました。 2泊だったので、2日目の日中は出かけましたが、早めに戻ってゆっくりお酒を飲みに帰りたくなるようなとても素敵な宿でした。 またぜひ利用させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました。

It super easy walk to Shibuya (15 min and Ebisu St (5mins) on the Yamanote line. Easy to get to Roppongi, Ueno as well as other popular sites. direct from Tokyo St. If u have one bag and no kids. easy walk. By cab, less than 1000 yen. Beds r comfy, washer can dryer, tub fills easily. Kitchen is also well equipped. One thing is d walkways can b cold but d rooms r warm. TV are Jap stations. We stayed 5 nights n spent 3 of them just walking to Shibuya with the kid. Highly recommended as can fit up to 10 ppl I tink. If she cud also provide disposable amenities and sleeping wear, wud b fantastic. I had trouble finding the house the 1st time coz the doorknob didn't match the pics 🤣 Easy to find the key n check in. have already recommend this place on Jap FB forum so do check her place out.

Great stay! The room was spacious and very clean. The neighborhood is very classy and calm and yet has a lot to offer: shopping, restaurants, Konbini, bakery.

가격대비 숙소가 말이 안될정도로 좋습니다 비슷한 가격의 신주쿠 주변 호텔과 비교하면 정말 차이가 많이 나요 일본 가정집 분위기를 느낄 수 있고, 숙소 자체의 크기도 큰 편입니다. 숙소 설명 속 사진으로 본 것보다 훨씬 크고 좋아요 또한 깔끔하고, 사용할 수 있는 식기구, 전자렌지 등도 구비되어있어 편하게 사용할 수 있습니다 동네 또한 조용하고 관광객이 거의 없어 현지인들이 자주 가는 듯한 맛집을 가볼 수 있습니다 참고하실 부분은 지하철역에서 숙소까지 거리가 조금 있어서, 걷는걸 싫어하신다면 불편하실 수 있습니다 동네 자체의 분위기가 일본의 번화가랑은 달라서 조용한 동네가 싫다면 별로일수도 있습니다 전기를 한번에 많이 쓰실경우 정전날 수 있습니다 전체적으로 매우 만족한 숙소였고! 너무 좋은 동네를 알게 된 것 같습니다 일본의 현지 동네 분위기를 느껴보고, 현지 집과 비슷한 느낌의 숙소를 느껴보고 싶은 분들에게는 이 숙소를 매우매우 추천드려요!!

There have a little miscommunication at first. However, we managed to settle! Overall the place is super convenient and near subway station! And 2-3 mins walk to restaurant and 7-11 convenient shop! There have 2 toilets and 1 bathroom, every place in the house are clean and well-instructed, can tell they really putting a lot of efforts to welcome us! Thank you!

The neighbourhood Shibuya is a great neighbourhood to walk around in and feel right at home. It was our introduction to Tokyo (and Japan in general) and we were off to a great start. The little streets with cute shops made the major city a bit less intimidating and felt very comfortable. The house is quite small, just a small room with a table and a bed, but we only used it to sleep anyway. We didn’t cook there and I wouldn’t recommend cooking a big dinner there, but the kitchen had what we needed. The shower was really nice! Thank you for also leaving some soap (I forgot).

The perfect place to explore Tokyo for our family of 4. We wanted a basecamp that would make everything easy, and this was it. 5 min from metro, 7-11 and restaurants made it easy to eat out or bring home breakfast or dinner. While a bit cramped, which is typical, there was just enough room for our family to get ready each morning and evening, with plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The tea and coffee provided were nice touches. Would absolutely stay there again.
