We’d like to thank our hosts for a very enjoyable stay - the space is surprisingly large for a Tokyo apartment and very central to the sights. We would certainly stay again.

Great location. Convenience stores just across the street. And just several minutes walk to Ebisu Station & Atré Shopping Mall. The apartment is very clean and not cluttered with knick-knacks. (Maybe a bit austere.) It has basic amenities but doesn't have a TV set. Guests to this apartment will get a good taste of urban life in the middle of Tokyo.

Very good value accomodation, in a great location a few minutes walk from Golden Gai. Host allowed us to leave luggage before check-in so we could explore the city, and communication during stay when needed to check a couple of things was very good.

Great accommodation in Shinjuku, on a quiet little street corner away from the chaos of the central streets, but very walkable to all the food and the bars, etc. host was meticulous and communicative, will be back! 😊

Great stay! Perfect location – quiet but still convenient. Spacious for Tokyo with nice sunlight. Super comfy bed and super nice host.Just one note: The glass bedroom door lets in sunshine and light from the hallway's night light. An easy fix like a curtain would make it perfect for sleeping. Would definitely stay again.

A pleasant and wonderful stay. EleVen and his wife, Yuyi are very accommodative, helpful and respectful. 1. They allowed us to check in earlier than the check in time (no tenant before us). 2. Waited for us during the check in 3. Provided us with drinks, milk, coffee 4. Showed us how to use the stove and gave us instructions on few of the house appliances 5. Helped us to book a van to transfer us to the airport since there are 6 of us and we have 7 luggages and a stroller. Highly recommended to book this property with such wonderful and helpful hosts

Absolutely great location, so close to multiple train stations and Akihabara centre. Very spacious unit for a big family and has all the amenities you would ever need. Washing machine is huge bonus. Great restaurants close by and the unit is located in a beautiful quiet alley. Fully recommend this place for you stay in Tokyo, we wished we could have stayed longer! Fantastic host, with good communication.

정말 좋은 숙소였습니다. 모든 공간이 목적이 분명하게 설계되어 있고 심미적으로나 기능적으로나 모두 만족하였습니다. 1주일 정도 숙박했는데 여행객이 아니라 주민이 되는 경험을 한 것 같아 매우 평안하였습니다. 근처 긴시초역에 매우 큰 다이소 등 쇼핑할 곳도 많아서 긴자나 하라주쿠에서 사지 못했던 아이 용품들도 모두 구매할 수 있었습니다. 집 앞에 1분 거리에 슈퍼가 있어서 밥도 해먹을 수 있고 5분 거리에 한인 마트도 있어서 아이를 위힌 집밥도 해줄 수 있었어요. 아이도 일본집 너무 좋았다고 하네요~! 감사합니다!

素晴らしい施設でした。 ホスト様も柔軟な対応をしていただけて、気持ちよく滞在できました。 お風呂場の入り口が段差が高いのとお風呂場がタイルで滑りやすいので怪我に注意するといいと思いました。 駐車場も十分にありました。 機会があればまた利用したいです。 ありがとうございました！

Thank you so much for providing a special place for our family. We have enjoyed the place so much. Wanyi is very friendly, responsive. Things inside are everything needed, even with children-oriented, and with extra welcoming snacks, good description and suggestion of where to go. Just one thing is that the rooms are on second floor and third floor, which already listed on the description, just slightly handy to carry the luggage upstairs, but first floor is spacious to keep the luggage as well. We highly recommend this for travelling with whole family. We will also visit again if we come to Tokyo.

今回は職場の同期で泊まりに行きました。とても綺麗で整頓されていて居心地良かったです。みんなで『ここに住みたいね〜』と話していました笑 アメニティや備品も充実していて快適に過ごすことができました。今回は雪雨の中だったため、部屋にあるプロジェクターを使用し好きな音楽をかけながらみんなで料理をして、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。 次回は、綺麗な海の景色を背景にBBQや焚き火を楽しみに！リベンジしたいと思います☺︎ 素敵な思い出をありがとうございました！

Eric's place is a quiet, cozy retreat minutes away from Ginza. Plenty of nearby restaurants and parks to walk to. Highly recommend!

we had the power go out for 24hours (Japan powers fault, not the units) and Zhu had us in a spare unit next door overnight until it was sorted, which we were very appreciative of... we will book the same unit on our next trip to Japan we liked it so much

The room was very cosy and clean. Provided all the amenities that I required to feel at ease. The location is nice and away from the busy night life but may get a little noisy during the day, as it’s next to a fuel station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider coming back in the future.

Great location, close to public transport and Golden Gai.

This was my second Airbnb stay in Japan, and it didn’t disappoint. The property is brand new, stylish and offers everything you might need—from cooking utilities to hygiene products—free for use. I needed a quiet space to finish a work presentation, and this place was perfect. The building faces the Pacific Ocean, offering a stunning and unobstructed view. The clean, deserted beach was ideal for reading, strolling and morning yoga. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. The interior was unique, with a stunning red theme, a super comfortable bed and a strong shower. It even had a work desk and chair, perfect for remote work. There’s a small pool outside (likely summer-only) and outdoor showers for surfers. The owner recommended a French bistro nearby—it was AMAZING, with delicious food and a friendly French staff. A seafood restaurant is also within walking distance. Getting there is easy by JR Wakashio line to Wadaura Station (~2 hours). Free parking lot next to the building.

家族４人で約1週間泊まりました。全てが綺麗でしたし、近くにスーパー、コンビニ、公園等もあり快適な滞在でした。また利用したいと思いました。

Great place for what we needed. Plenty to do around the area. Very responsive host. Would stay here again if I’m in the area!
