It was an incredibly nice place, with peaceful quiet and easy access. We could not have asked for a better place. The community was great, and the people were so nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We just had our third stay at this house. It’s so perfect. The lanai is heavenly, the house spacious, and the proximity to beaches and trails is great. Laura is super helpful and friendly.

A perfect oasis for our multigenerational vacation. This is a vacation style home - bedrooms on the ground floor and living space upstairs w/ views. Upstairs has a huge kitchen w/ island, dining table, tv area with couch and double daybed inside and a dining table and couch area out on the porch. There is also a 1/2 bath. Downstairs are the 5 bedrooms w/ a little sitting area in the entryway. Room 1 - queen Murphy-bed w/ sliding double doors to shut off entryway (share hall bath) Room 2 - queen bed w/ regular closet (share hall bath) Room 3 - king bed and full pull out couch (actually rather comfortable but not ideal for anyone very tall or elderly as it slants towards the foot of the bed) w/ large walk-in closet and attached bath. There are also air mattresses in the closet. This room has a door directly to outside. Room 4 - 2 twin beds with regular closet (share hall bathroom) Room 5 - king bed with enormous bath and closet. This room has a door outside to a back porch.

Jonathan's place was great. We enjoyed the fresh eggs, oranges, and macadamia nuts from his farm. The beds and pillows were very comfortable!! That is super important. Having such easy access to his SUV made the trip so nice. No car rental to deal with. Johnathan was super helpful before and during the trip. He answered all my many questions and had great recommendations. If we are clever on Kaua'i again we would definitely stay here again!!

There are not enough great words to describe how wonderful it was to stay here! The house is even more gorgeous and spacious than the photos show and the flow of the space itself is truly divine! We enjoyed our meals and hanging out on the spacious lanai and did yoga on the wrap around lawn! There was great space for our group to sleep, and the Hawaiian breeze through the home felt so nourishing and enlivening. And I’m saving th best for last because all this wonderfulness is located literally just a two minute walk to what I believe is one of the most glorious beaches in all of Kauai - Hanalei Beach. I woke each morning and took a dip in the ocean before coming home to have breakfast in our spacious kitchen - a total dream! Ann was a lovely host - after trying to book other houses that were managed by companies, I loved the human touch of connecting with Ann directly who is a long time Kauain resident and a delight to work with! I’m so happy for you if you get to stay here!

One of the best places we have stayed on big island! This place is insanely beautiful, huge space & a tropical back yard all to ourselves. Highlight of our trip! Can’t wait to visit again! Mahalo

Steve's Poipu home is simply amazing. It's one of the best beach locations I've ever stayed in. A quick walk gets you to a perfect boogie boarding beach and a beach where the turtles sleep every night. We also saw lots of whales, monk seals, and pods of dolphins! A great sit down restaurant, deli, and Puka Dog are almost next door, along with a surf shop to rent equipment and do a little shopping. I can't recommend Steve's place enough!

We had an amazing 7 night stay at Tide Pools! It was so fun to have the pool table, Ping pong and our own private pool and spa. Kim was such an amazing host! Very responsive to any messages or questions I had. The house is in an awesome area in princeville. It’s a bike ride to the beach, as well as a short walk to Happy Talk Bar with amazing sunset views. The house had everything you need to cook home cook meals. If you want a place the whole family would love with a private pool and jacuzzi, don’t hesitate to book Tide pools! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!!! Kim thank you again for being such a fantastic host! We will be back again soon!

Wish I was able to extend here. Private, quiet yet still super close to everything in princeville. Loved the fully stocked kitchen / washer & dryer. Made this an easy choice over the hotel down the street. Would definitely come back and plan on doing so! Hosts are super responsive and check in was seamless. Thanks!

This place is perfect for exploring the North Shore! We loved the refreshing plunge pool after a day at the beach!

This unit is perfect for anyone who like peace and quiet , safety , many options for beaches and state parks especially ha’ena state park for the beautiful Nepali coast and Kalalau trail. The trail shuttle can pick you up at Princeville Makai Golf course at 7:30am and 9:30am everyday! If you’re camping that also means no camping reservation over night parking required for a rental car ( those are like winning a lottery ticket ) Anne and Greg are responsive to anything we asked for, they provide all the basics of a kitchen with a studio priced for at least a 3 day stay minimum, we enjoyed our time there and the bed is so comfortable it was truly difficult to get up! Television equipped with all apps so you can log into your Netflix and Paramount +, coffee maker for that great Hawaiian coffee ( bounds coffee grinder ) only thing missing was a French press but I bet if we asked it would have been provided. Beach towels beach chairs body boards etc ( you get the picture ) loved it,

Andrea was a super host, proactive with lots of information. Location was amazing, so beautiful. Probably goes without saying, you need a car to get to 90% of places, but even then a few spots you can walk!

We had a magical time at Dicle’s home! It was absolutely perfect in every way. The house is gorgeous. It is well-designed, beautifully decorated, spacious, and in the most peaceful setting. They have thought of everything from amenities in the home to great local recommendations. Dicle was super welcoming, responsive and helpful. This was far and away superior to staying in a resort and we felt right at home. It was the perfect place for our family vacation! We already can’t wait to return!

You can't beat the view at this spot. I would wake up every morning and just open my eyes to see the sunrise. I love having my own kitchen to cut down on costs and save time in the morning. Cash provides the things you need for the beach, plus some snorkel things and lots of great guide books. I love the North Shore – it's a bit more down to earth, and the surroundings are lush and beautiful. The downside is that because of all that moisture, it can be hard to find a place to stay with no mold issues. Cash's place is mostly renovated (no carpet is a must in this area!), but it's not like staying in a fancy hotel (that's a plus for me). Recommended: the Drive Kauai app and the Hawaii Revealed app for Kauai (you can cancel when you leave so you don't continue to pay the monthly fee).

We loved staying in the condo . Particularly the view of the ocean from the lanai . We sat there with our coffee in the morning and wine at night. Beautiful gardens around the complex and access to close beaches was convenient.

We loved staying here! The view from the unit is absolutely breathtaking. The unit had everything we needed and was well equipped. The unit is located on a lovely beach, and is walkable to a great grocery store, restaurants and shops, and Wailua Shaved Ice. The pool was really nice and my kids loved the water slides. The location on the island was ideal. Very nice unit and very clean. We definitely plan to come back!

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The view is even better in person. If you are a plant person you are in for a special treat with the garden. There was more beach gear than we realized so talk to the host and prevent over packing! There is not really AC anywhere but the master (which works great), but there are many fans throughout and part of the upstairs can open to be “open air” space. The downstairs rooms can stay pretty cool if you set it all up right. We felt very safe and even with 6 people there was enough room for us all to spread out and have privacy and space. Great for a family.

Pam’s place is a lovely home in Poipu, peaceful and near great walks. We’ve stayed here twice and would love to come again.

Had an amazing stay. The house is open and beautiful with breezes keeping everything cool. Waking up in the morning to birdsong and all the greenery was magical. The beaches, the lighthouse with great birdwatching, and Kilauea downtown not far was perfect. Having a home base to relax after a long day of adventuring was welcome. Would definitely stay again.
