Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

Amazing doesn’t describe our stay! We came from AK and WI for a double anniversary trip and this place did NOT disappoint. We even had a baby and toddler who enjoyed everything. We were allowed to check in an hour and a half early after a long night of flying. Didn’t think the house would have any beach equipment and then we found the treasure trove of beach supplies in a room closet! The only hiccup was a minor door lock code issue mid stay, which Monica and Rohit were extremely responsive to fix for us via text. All in all….we are already planning our next stay!

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

Loved this wonderful studio in Hanalei and Devaki as well! A wonderful hostess!

This property and house was perfect for our family. The backyard had a large tree for climbing with a swing! It provided hours of entertainment. The beach, view and location was peaceful and secluded. The layout was great. The beds were comfortable. The hot water was endless and pressure was amazing. We could stay there for a month. Our 11, 8, 5 yo kids swam in the ocean, played in the sand and discovered marine life along the beach and the river. The location was half way between the airport and princeville which was nice. The property management company was quick to provide restaurant recommendations and answer any questions. We were very happy with their service. We will be back!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

Jake’s place was very comfortable and close to beaches and restaurants. He was very responsive to emails before and during our stay and answered all of our questions. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use.

This was a very nice condo at a great value. It’s located in the harbor on the shoreline. We were able to watch cruise ships and other boating vessels come in and out. Nice sunset view! Great food nearby within walking. Golf course also within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is amazing and in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor spaces, comfortable beds, etc. The shared pool and tennis courts are essentially in the backyard, and we had them pretty much to ourselves. Both were great to have so close. And we were a quick drive to Hanalei, beaches and walkable to the resorts. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lanai was great, comfortable with great landscaping. Beach chairs and towels for around the pool or the many near by beaches. Perfect house for 3 couples. Each bedroom was nice and had its own bathroom with shower.

Home was great. There was 8 of us and plenty of room to relax.

Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids enjoyed our stay! This house is amazing! Loved getting up and drinking coffee out on the patio watching the sunrise. Lots of space for everyone and close to walking paths to Poipu beach & Shipwreck beach. They had everything you might need for the beach! We would love to come back here our next time in Kauai!

Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

The house is beautiful. Was actually bigger than we expected. Truly felt like we had some personal space. It felt like home.

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen- we were able to experience many local restaurants, while also being able to stay in for meals. Beautiful, private, yard, perfect for early morning coffee, and sharing meals. The timing of our visit gave us the additional bonus of fresh Papaya and Dragonfruit! Unique outdoor shower. Close to Pickleball courts, pool, and Poipu beach (with boards, mats, and coolers provided for our use). Dale and Kelly were easy to reach when needed, and offered suggestions for places to visit. We took several day trips around the island, but enjoyed having such a lovely place to come home to. Entire group loved this place, and hope to visit again!

These 3 couples had a blast during our stay and the location and home made it that much better! The views were amazing, the neighborhood felt safe, new and private. Excellent dining was close by and balcony morning coffee, while listening to the birds, watching the sun rise and see the greenskeepers diligently prepare the #2 green were certainly highlights. This is a peaceful spot and the home was pretty perfect. Shana and her team always responded promptly and gave very helpful and clear instructions. We will definitely utilize this space again.

Peter was flexible and accommodating of our last-minute booking. We appreciated his tailored local suggestions for dining, beaches, and hiking spots. (Hiking Sleeping Giant was a perfect dramatic introduction to the area.). The property is at the southern edge of the Kapa’a strip so feels less congested than other lodging, and positioned us well to take day-trip exploration of some southern Kauai gems, too. Meticulously appointed cottage with high-end appliances, stylish and comfortable seating and bedding. Loved waking up to the morning sunrise, ocean sounds, and delightful breeze! Would stay again without hesitation.

We had the most incredible week at Deborah’s house! It’s in such a beautiful location - surrounded by lush groves of palm trees and then steps from a great beach that’s never crowded. It’s a perfect place from which to explore the island, but if you want to just stay home and read in the hammock, that’s a great choice too. Deborah was a wonderful host - incredibly warm and responsive. We felt really lucky to have gotten to live the Hawaiian lifestyle for a week with this as our home base. Mahalo!

Great spot for 2 families and 2 young kids - we were able to walk to town (1block) and the beach (5min) all day everyday which was our main goal. We would def stay again. Layout is 3 beds upstairs with a bath and living room, downstairs is 2 beds and bath with kitchen. Slightly strange layout but worked with our group, my only feedback would be to install full blinds on the downstairs rooms as the window doors let in a lot of light from kitchen.

Great place to stay with a young family. The only thing we had a challenge with was the hot tub. 48 hours into our stay the host got this rectified and thereafter it was a perfect place

Beautiful home in Princeville! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway—including all the beach accessories. The only minor issue was that the washers could use a deep clean or possibly be replaced. Other than that, everything was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home. Plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed using all the beach chairs, umbrellas and other amenities the house offered. We loved the community

This place was absolutely perfect! We had 3 adults and 2 kids and had more than enough space. The upstairs living room has a wall of doors that open up to the deck- our favorite feature of the house. Amazing sunsets and such a nice place to eat a meal. The location was great. Close to Hanalei and easy to get to. It’s also walking distance (about a half hour walk) to the Princeville shopping center and playground. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
