This old ranch house is almost finished with the renovation making it mostly very clean with a lot of very attractive antique decor in every room. This place is so charming with the best location in Texas, on a horse ranch! We enjoyed talking with the horseshoeing school students, petting the horses in the stables, watching the horse trotting competition, and walking the polo fields. Kim & Nacho are the nicest people. You will have a great time. We certainly did.

We stayed here for a couple of months while we had some repairs done at our house. We felt right at home, Kandice was very helpful and responded quickly to our requests. everything was in working order, the place was clean and the location very convenient.

The home was simply perfect ! My son’s 13 th birthday sleepover was a success. Everything was so clean and the host was very kind ! We can’t wait to have another family night ! I recommend 100%

Lisa responded to all our questions and was very helpful. The house was very well equipped and everything worked well. The city of Kaufman is nearby and has excellent stores for all your needs. The area was very peaceful and serene.

Our stay was a good one. The house was great and the game tables in the garage got good use. Everything was clean. When we had a need for something Patricia responded very quickly. And it was a perfect location for us, near family we were visiting.

We loved our stay at this ranch with 2 families for Spring Break. We were looking for a lovely isolated spot & this fit the bill perfectly. One of the dads in our group is an expert fisherman & he had great luck on the stocked pond.

Beautiful home not far from Canton, perfect for girls trip and staying out of town. Very spacious and clean.

Second year in a row we’ve stayed here. The hosts are amazing, and very responsive. The place is clean and organized. Overall, this place is perfect for our annual stay. Will be back next January!!

Great stay! Close to the activity we were attending. Host was very responsive and flexible! We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or garage game room due to the extreme cold weather but that was nature!

We had a fantastic time! Very kid friendly with lots to do. Aman did a great job of communicating and was proactive in making us feel welcome!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place looks better in person than the pictures. Very clean including the towels and blankets. Everything was provided for us (coffee, hand soap, Kleenex, etc) so we didn’t have to ask Paul for anything extra. He checked up on us to make sure we got everything we needed. He even provided a little bit of laundry detergent which was really appreciated. It’s the little things that made us very happy. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Paul!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Scott’s place for an extended weekend. Check in was a breeze and the place was exactly as described. There was a nice large fenced in backyard perfect for the pets. The bed was super comfortable and the place had all the amenities we needed to include shower essentials, and even snacks in the kitchen! It was only a 10 minute drive to downtown Forney, and I would definitely recommend Eno’s if you’re looking for a great meal. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
